Sammy joined us in 2021. Great service. Sammy's our baby and we love spoiling him! He was 2 lbs when we got him. He loves food. I can't recommend these people enough.

Here is our little Teddy. 9 weeks old

We got the cutest smarest puppy from this pet store on Wednesday. I am so happy with our baby from Allie's store. They were caring and very dedicated to their puppies and their heath. We chose them because a lot of online puppy scams are occurring and we knew Allie's was super reputable. Our family thanks you.

Prices are cheaper then other places we've been to.

Allies Pet Corner is cute and approachable. The employees were nice and were taking GREAT care of the pups! They were all being groomed one at a time while we were in store mid day on a Thursday. Potty accidents were being cleaned up as they happened. The pups were priced less then some other pet stores I've been too. They offer financing. The pups had lots of raw hides, toys and seemed to be having fun playing with each other. The store didn't smell and appeared to be clean. They have a store pet cat that roams around freely and has a cat door attached to the back employee door. They have a nice selection of Parakeets and the bunnies are oh so cute, some with unique markings. The ferrets were also cute and very friendly. I would recommend this pet store.

I purchased my puppy there about a month ago. The owner was very friendly and gave me plenty of info I was looking for. I think everyone can agree that purchasing a puppy from a store is frightening and Allies pet corner made it very comfortable. They have a great reputation and hold the highest standards for puppy health and breeder info. I am very pleased with their services and we love our new puppy, Leala! If I ever get an itch to purchase another puppy, I will definitely go right back here as well as recommend them to anyone who is looking for a puppy!

    New baby!

This past weekend my husband and I decided we were done with pet withdrawal (we both grew up with dogs) and it was time to get a new friend. We aren't home enough for a puppy right now so we decided a rodent was the way to go. After trying petsmart and petco with no luck we stumbled upon this little gem! They had many options and we went home with the most adorable panda hamster! I wish I'd gotten the name of the employee who helped us as he was great. He showed us all our options and let us handle each to see which we liked the most. We bought a habitat here too which was a mistake as they are much cheaper at other stores. We'll definitely be back if we decide it's time for another little friend!

Lollypop Farm Humane Society Of Greater Rochester - Giant cow outside by the petting zoo!

This has to be the most beautiful, well maintained SPCA I have ever visited. The building itself…read morelooks epic from the parking lot. (And there is a good sized lot for parking, by the way!) Flowers were planted everywhere. You can see a big metal heart, a gigantic cow, and signs for the petting zoo and the farm walk. We started inside. When you first walk in you are greeted by the gift shop. Lots of fun things here. My daughter of course was totally entranced by this part of our adventure! Then we started with small animals. We saw bunnies, rats, ferrets, and turtles. They all seemed content and well cared for. Everything looked and smelled clean. They had hammocks, toys, food and water, and space to play. The kitties were next. Though the cages are always smaller than you'd like to see due to necessity, almost all of the them had a box, a bed, and a litter box, and quite a few were doubles that had places to climb, toys, and "privacy" visors for kitties who just wanted to nap in peace. There were a couple of larger rooms with cat towers and other fun things for free roam time and visitors! We saw the dogs last. There weren't too awful many, and most of the rooms were signed "staff only". So that part was a little bit disappointing. I would have loved to have a little more interaction with the pups! We wandered outside after that to scope out the petting zoo, which was closed at the time of our visit, and then the farm trail. We LOVED this part, as we got to see horses, cows, pigs, and ostriches! There was also a really beautifully done pet cemetery, complete with "rainbow bridge". If you're an animal person this really tugs at those heartstrings. You know what I'm talking about! The whole farm trail was just so beautifully done and well maintained. And it made for a decent walk, too! On our way back to the parking lot we saw some other things that caught our eye, like sidewalks bricks that were laid "in memory". Right next door is a playground, too! Absolutely 100% recommend for pet adoption, volunteering, or if you are just looking for a fun place to meander like we were.

They…read morehave refused to step in and help dogs that were chained up outside in temperatures well below zero. In fact dogs have froze to death due to their negligence. They also have lied to animal advocates regarding dogs being kept inside an abandoned "house" without heat, food and water- stating that they were taking a dog that was in a crate and had eaten his way through the side- and was stuck and bleeding, for help. Animal advocates watched them back a van in to "take the dog for medical help" while numerous Rochester PD stood guard on the property. However, it was later learned that they never removed the dog- it was all a staged game. Lollypop takes in thousands and thousands of dollars- pays their board of directors massive salaries and continues to abuse and mistreat animals. STOP SUPPORTING THIS TRAIN WRECK!! THEY ARE USING PUBLIC DONATIONS TO FUND THESE SALARIES-NOT PROTECT ANIMALS. After walking through the above mentioned house - through feces and urine and finding more than one dog in this type of situation, Reno DiDomenico, from Lollypop, stated that they don't take action because nothing is wrong. You do the math.

I see there have been some negative reviews- know that they are operating with volunteers and are very low-budget. With that said, the volunteers I worked with were very nice and doing their "job." They want to know that you will will provide a loving and safe home before adopting. You will be "screened" and need to wait a few days before taking your new kitty home. There is also an adoption fee, they need to cover costs. The sweet cat we adopted was in a foster home and clearly very well-cared for. She was socialized with other pets and the owner gave her lots of attention. We are so happy with our new kitty, Phoebe Katz, THANK YOU!

I honestly don't know why anyone would give this place a good review. After no one responded to my…read moreon line application I went in person. They had me fill out a written application. Then I got to see the cats. The cat I was interested in was listed as gentle and loving. The gentleman who came to get her out of her cage had to call another staff to help him because he said she was "difficult". They let you interact with the cat you choose in a small room in the back. The room was crowded with random furniture and generally unpleasant. I understand that cats can be really nervous with strangers but there was no way to tell what her temperament might be in these surroundings. They offered to have the foster call me to talk more about her. Again, no call, no response. I'm guessing some of the people in there were probably volunteers but they didn't seem to know much about the cats in there (or much about cats in general). All in all it was a really disappointing experience. I ended up adopting from another agency.

After a…read morerecent grooming appointment, Ace came home with a wound on his neck that he kept scratching and crying over. The area was raw, irritated, and clearly painful. When I reached out to the store, they failed to take responsibility. Despite there being a veterinary clinic on-site, Ace was never examined or given care. I requested an incident report, and though I was told I'd receive a call back, no one followed up. I eventually received a refund, but that doesn't undo the pain and stress this caused Ace. This isn't about money -- it's about accountability, animal safety, and trust. Grooming should never result in injuries, and every pet deserves to be treated with care and compassion. I'm sharing this so other pet parents know to inspect their pets immediately after grooming and demand proper documentation if something goes wrong. Ace is healing now, but PetSmart has lost my trust. #PetSafety #PetSmartReview #Negligence #AnimalCare #GroomingSafety #JusticeForAce The manager has failed to provide an incident report
