After having AAA send Meyer's towing, I went headed to Tampa to see my truck delivered and start work. Instead, after hitching my truck and heading out, Chris called me with the above statement. I had to return to Lakeland and find wherever Chris had threatened to leave my truck, which wasn't at my house. I had no idea where he was and now late for work. Elier was great, he was able to get to the car faster than the owner of the car and pulled it out of a tough parking space by himself. Elier delivered the car quickly and impressed me with not only his professionalism but his ability to back the car up between two cars, heck he was better at backing up a car on a wrecker than I am at driving a car. Told me to run the car for an hour to charge up the battery. I did and then headed to take care of business. When I came out, the car won't start again. James to the rescue. He also tested my alternator and battery. Turns out the battery was bad; glad it was still under warranty. I took a picture of the readings that James had taken; with that image, it made it impossible for the dealer to wiggle out of replacing my battery.
