I checked out yelp, found the location and picked myself up some items for my train ride back home. I got an iced spiced chai latte,and an iced cookie butter for tomorrow morning's work day. My oldest daughter got an iced vanilla latte and my other two daughters ordered a chocolate and a cinnamon muffin. I later learned that they were giving 15% off for visitors visiting the convention center and because I missed that opportunity, I was instead offer an assortment of complementary danishes. I have to say my iced spiced chai latte was delicious! So go that I ordered another one in the larger size to take home. I wished all chais would taste like this. They have set the standard. It was so smooth with the amazing yummy spices you could taste, just really good. My daughters, all three had no complaints. They loved the muffins, although they said it should have been warm up, but still was very soft, moist and fresh. I wished that on my second order, the girl who rang up our order would have honored that 15% perfect off because we still made another order after finding out but she didn't and she wasn't very pleasant like the guy, so I just let it go, it was a spiritual weekend for me and I didn't want to let her irritated me. I even included a tip because the male staff member was great. The space is very cafe friendly, plenty of seating, nice ambiance with relaxing music playing. If I lived in this area this place would definitely be my choice of places to frequently visit. So although four stars I'm still giving two thumbs up! Happy Yelping!

My go-to is their Moo Brews and their Lox bagel sandwich or a sausage egg and cheese. Their bagels are sourced from NY so they're really good. They also have great grab and go sandwiches and wraps. They have plenty of regulars and there's always people occupying the tables - great spot to get work done or to catch up with a friend. It's overall a great local business that any town would be lucky to have.

The market is pretty big and bright with a good amount of seating. The staff were very friendly and service was prompt. They had a nice selection of gourmet ingredients and foods to purchase as well. I ordered the nitro cold brew and received what appeared to be a regular cold brew. I asked the staff member if it was their "nitro" and they assured me it was. My wife had an iced latte that seemed like a cold brew with oat milk and some flavored syrup. The "nitro" cold brew didn't have any body to it and ended up being a pretty smooth and tasty regular cold brew. Solid enough pit stop.

It was bold, natural tasting, and definitely the star of the drink without feeling artificial. My only critique is that I expected to be a little more wowed considering all the hype surrounding it. At **$9.39**, it's also a bit of a premium price for a latte, so that makes the expectations even higher. Modern Love roasts their own beans. I bought a house blend and another bag of beans. I also had a Black Cold Brew and it was definitely well above average and balanced for a coffee shop cold brew. The shop is nice. Service was reasonably efficient. We arrived about 20 minutes before closing on Sunday during Memorial Day weekend, which seemed to make the one person working somewhat anxious because she presumably wanted to get her weekend going. I obviously get that, but she could have been a touch less obvious about it as her 5 minute warning was a bit intense. In any event, I would definitely return. 4.25 Stars
