The office is really nice and modern. The staff is AMAZING. They were able to get me a new crown in less than 2 weeks to replace a crown I had done in California (which was improperly fitted and causing a lot of sensitivity) . My new crown is great, no sensitivity or issues flossing, and I can finally chew on that side of my mouth again! Dr. Johnson & all the staff at Premier are the best and I absolutely recommend their business.

They are hard to get on the phone also. When I show up after taking time off from work, all they do is reschedule. I called corporate in December, after the 2nd time it happened. They said they'd have someone call me. I finally got a call from the office manager in late February after calling corporate and the location again. When I called to schedule a new appointment (this is still from what I was supposed to have done in November), I was told that I'd have to have a totally different service since I hadn't been seen in 6 months. I showed up for my appointment at 7:50 am for and 8am appointment. The door was locked but I could see the staff gathered around the desk. No one acknowledged me, so I waited and at 7:58 someone opened the door. I thought patients should be there and seated for their appointment. I gave my name and the young lady advised from acrossthe desk far from methat she couldn't verify my insurance. I said to her why am I just learning this. plus weks no call, email or text. I proceeded to give her my card so she could call and she said this is a medical card, and I advised that this is the card for everything and to just call. I was stared at and told that she could not do that. I said to her forget about the appointment and asked where is the owner/dentist. I advised him of the matter and his response was OH no one contacted you? I dont have anything to do with the insurance side. Just horrible customer service, horrible patient management and awful business practices. DON'T PATRONIZE this business!!!!!!!!

The hygienist cleaned my teeth did it so fast and she was done in 20 minutes. It's seemed she was rushing. she didn't even floss my teeth. Then my billing was a messed. I've changed my dental insurance, and I have to claim it myself. So, when I looked at my bill to claim it to the insurance the amount was so high (ridiculously high). From my previous dentist that I've claimed, it's the same amount I was billed and the same for the insurance. Also, my account still shown that I have previous balance. He told me that they are still waiting for the insurance to pay. That should have been claimed last year in December (more than 6 months). So, I've called my insurance yesterday (6/17/2026) and she informed me that there's no such claim for that month or any month of 2025. The only reason I've changed dentist is because my previous one retired and I've been with him for more than 35 years.
