The office is really nice and modern. The staff is AMAZING. They were able to get me a new crown in less than 2 weeks to replace a crown I had done in California (which was improperly fitted and causing a lot of sensitivity) . My new crown is great, no sensitivity or issues flossing, and I can finally chew on that side of my mouth again! Dr. Johnson & all the staff at Premier are the best and I absolutely recommend their business.

They are hard to get on the phone also. When I show up after taking time off from work, all they do is reschedule. I called corporate in December, after the 2nd time it happened. They said they'd have someone call me. I finally got a call from the office manager in late February after calling corporate and the location again. When I called to schedule a new appointment (this is still from what I was supposed to have done in November), I was told that I'd have to have a totally different service since I hadn't been seen in 6 months. Um, it was 6 months because they kept canceling.

Then, when I called them, they said they had to order a part for my implant before they can do it. This is AFTER I told them that I had broken a tooth at the gumline that most dentists consider a dental emergency. Not this front office! A week before the appointments, I received a text saying both were canceled because there was no hygienist available that day. Understandable- things happen and of course hygienist can't be replaced on such short notice but when I called to reschedule, I was told the next available appointments were in December. Yes, December. They kindly offered to put us on a "short call list" which I had to call back later to follow up and still there were still no appointments Not ONE! I'm not sure how this office handles new patients, but canceling appointments made in advance and then pushing reschedules four months out is certainly a bold business model. My dentist retired so i'm having to look for a new one…read more I had a implant put in and it failed due to a massive infection. So now instead of a implant i have to have a bridge done. I went in to get a teeth cleaning as that was priority one since it had been 3 years prior.This way a new dentist could see everything more clear. The cleaning went great and the dentist seemed to be a good fit with her information she gave me that i had already been given from previous dentist. I had to set up another appointment to look at the rest of my issues because she didn't have enough time that day. so i got my price for the bridge 7600 which i have no problem with except one small part which i planed to ask her about and resceduled to today to plan the rest. Now a crown includes impression to make it.Grind the tooth down. Make a temp crown.Remove temp and guma, cement, place new crown.basically all labor and installation materials.and the new crown itself.1000 to 1400 is fair prices.they came in at 1200 so price is fine. So i went in today to do the 2nd part and get a scedule for the teeth that needed to be fixxed asap so as not to lose them. Everything went fine and i agreed with the plan. Where things went bad is when i tested her character by asking that simple question. IF A CROWN INCLUDES ALL LABOR, MATERIAL. THEN WHY WOULD I PAY FULL PRICE FOR THE BRIDGE SECTION THAT REQUIRES NO TOOTH LABOR.WHY PAY 1200 FOR A SECTION THAT DOESN'T HAVE ANY LABOR OR CEMENTS ETC. IF ANYTHING IT SHOULD BE THE SAME PRICE AS A IMPLANT WHICH IS TYPICALLY 700 ABOUT HALF OF A FULL CROWN. Instead of being professional she got mad and lashed out.I said it was very dishonest that you would try to convince me its your suppliers fault as they make the prices.Instead of taking ownership that its YOUR practice and you set labor prices not YOUR supplier. I never raised my voice, i was calm and regular volume. I would never cheat or pass the blame to any of my customers and id expect the same from others to me. she started raising her voice and telling me i can go anywhere else .I don't have to choose her.which of corse i said i agree and will be doing just that,i don't deal with dishonest people. She then said good i'm glad, imagine having to deal with you everyday.She muttered some other curse words under her breath as she walked away. Lol she got so mad over being confronted over something so small in the grand scheme of proly 20k i was ready to spend with her to finish my teeth plan. Instead of just saying sorry and adjusting HER price maybe 500 dollars of a 7600 plan or even just saying that's what i charge and i'm not changing it. id have been ok with it and sceduled.Not taking accountability and trying to blame it on supplier that makes the crowns. But instead she got mad, loud, rude and insulting me , it shows i asked the correct question to see what type of character she has.
