The office is really nice and modern. The staff is AMAZING. They were able to get me a new crown in less than 2 weeks to replace a crown I had done in California (which was improperly fitted and causing a lot of sensitivity) . My new crown is great, no sensitivity or issues flossing, and I can finally chew on that side of my mouth again! However, the crown that was put on at MDS less than six months ago fell out and it was suggested that I go back to let them fix it to avoid paying out of pocket. I should have just paid the money. The appointment was made for noon. Apparently the doctor takes his lunch at noon. Has anybody told the people who set appointments? Why are appointments being made for when the doctor is not in the building? Why is the doctor not checking his schedule before leaving to see if he has a patient waiting? After the hygienist/assisstant did as much as she could do without the doctor present, she let the doctor know I was waiting. He was already out at lunch, but she said he'd be back within 10 minutes. I sat there for another hour and a half before he came strolling in, no care in the world for the fact that I had been waiting for a total of two hours at that point. Just a "well I take lunch at noon" as if it was MY FAULT the appointment was scheduled at that time. Not only that, while I was waiting nobody came in to see how I was doing or provide an update. It's almost as if I was forgotten about. I've never had a GREAT experience here, but they've been okay enough and the studio is close to my house. The hoops I've jumped through this year, though, had definitely already turned me off completely. Today's experience just reified my decision to never come back. If this crown falls off again, I'll just pay out of my pocket to get it fixed this time (and maybe then I won't have anymore issues with it).

I was told they did not have a office manager and someone would call me back. I had to do my own research and after speaking with my insurance company they paid my claim out of network. New resident of GA and was referred to this dentist office by a friend. I was initially told in January that my insurance was accepted and in network just to find out this month that wasn't true after I was sent an invoice from the office of unpaid insurance claims. The first office representative I spoke with tried to blame it on them no longer being in network with my insurance but after consulting my insurance company the agent informed me they never were in network and are not HMO and have never been so she was unsure why they would service me anyways. As I am not confrontational but discussed my frustrations they said they would take off half the bill but as an office who was 100% wrong the full bill should have been taken care of. So annoying when you have people who don't know how to handle processes correctly that are important!!!

They…read moreare taking necessary precautions by taking temperatures, covid symptom surveys, and spacing the waiting patients out. The wait time was not long at all either. I worked with Tequila for my deep cleaning which can be very painful. She was amazing! She made sure I was comfortable throughout the process, wasn't unnecessarily rough, and was extremely efficient. I was in and out in less than 30mins. Deep cleans have to be done in 2 visits so I made sure to request her for the second session as well. I strongly suggest that you request Tequila but not on any of my visit days because she is already booked. Haha!

No call back to date. After doing some research, I know I should've done it before getting services. I realized that I most likely will never get a call back. This "business manager" provides the same two canned responses to most reviews and "manages" multiple facilities/chains throughout Georgia and Florida, all of which have one to two star ratings. Right now I am fighting an infection, which my original dentist had to prescribe an antibiotic, because for some reason the endo that performed the root canal did not. Hopefully after I complete treatment, i can put this entire terrible experience behind me.
