I rarely write online reviews of businesses, but honest, good value, good quality work deserves a few minutes of my time to write this today. Perhaps, like many wanting to find an honest auto glass company that delivers quality work in Vancouver, I searched online and found AllSet with the most positive reviews - by far. When I arrived @AllSet @9am this rainy Saturday morning, my front passenger window was a piece of taped plastic ( replacing the shattered glass left by the !X!X! thief the night before ). As one of the AllSet owners - King - checked the damage, I was hoping - perhaps unrealistically - that without an appointment, *maybe* they could somehow fit me into their existing scheduled customers for the day, finding and delivering the necessay glass replacement window and installing it before closing at 4pm? King said he would try to get the work finished by 1pm that day. Instead, my car was returned to me - with the new window - @11am. A total of 2 hours from arriving with a plastic sheet for a window to new installed glass. Power window functions and sealing fit was as perfect as before. I spoke with another customer at AllSet this same morning and he shared multiple similar positive experiences with AllSet over the years. I have been to AllSet twice. The first time was to repair a windshield chip; the process was prompt and the staff were courteous. The second time was for a broken rear window due to a break-in. Called Dan and set up an appointment. He was very professional and thorough in his explanation. Dan and his crew were able to obtain Honda glass and took care of the ICBC paperwork. The glass took longer a day to obtain as it was not a stocked item, but Dan texted me when it came in, and texted me later on when my vehicle was ready. AllSet also did a great job removing all the tiny glass bits that had accumulated in the nooks and crannies of the rear seat of my SUV. I found Dan and his crew provided exceptional customer service and care; the business prides itself on leaving a positive impression among its customers. Their friendly and honest approach to customer care is very apparent. Of course it's going to be frustrating and time-consuming when you need to get a windshield repaired after a break-in, etc., and AllSet understands this. This is the best place for high quality auto glass in Vancouver!! I brought my older classic Toyota in to All Set Glass for an ICBC claim windshield replacement. I was pleasantly surprised when I called after hours and the owner Dan answered, and started looking for the right windshield for my car that night. He called back the next day to let me know that my windshield was available but needed to be shipped in from out of province and we set up an appointment for the next weekend. The windshield arrived on time, and they started the installation. Once my old glass was removed, Dan found that my car had some rust in the window sealing area and did an AMAZING JOB repairing it so that it wouldn't leak in the future. They ground the rust off, and used a special sealant/primer to stop it from coming back, and then installed the windshield all in one day. My car was ready on time, looked great, and even though the job took much more time, and hard work, Dan kept the price the same. I had my car window smashed in at my workplace last night. I spent 45 miserable minutes scavenging materials and patching it up with garbage bags in the rainy, freezing dark. I was cursing this so much I didnt sleep. The next morning I took it to Dan, and he not only restored my window in a couple hours but my faith in people as well. In addition to some superb replacement work, Dan and his crew buffed out a large, long-neglected scrape near my wheel well, vacuumed out all the glass, dirt and debris under every seat, and powerwashed the floor mats. I was completely blown away! There are probably complimentary pillow mints I've yet to find. Good guy and human being, that Dan, truly a professional. He really cares about what he does, and is devoted to helping his customers. It really shows. Wonderful service. We went in to get a front windshield replaced. I had spoken to King previously on the phone and he was professional, accommodating, and friendly. He met us when we went in and went over our options. We wanted a specific manufacturer's brand of glass and he was able to source it quickly and without additional cost to us. Our car was being readied to be sold and since he had to keep it overnight, he was able to find protected space for it. It turned out, we were not able to pick it up immediately but he offered to keep our vehicle until we made arrangements to retrieve it. In addition, when we picked it up, he stated that there had been extra time so he had the interior vacuumed. All in all, a great place to have our auto glass work done. We plan to return in the future and highly recommend AllSet Auto Glass. read more

Tried to overcharge me by over $400!!! I was really impressed with the reviews and decided to give this place a call when my passenger window was smashed. The man on the phone was super friendly and told me to come in straight away, I asked for an estimate and he told me that my specific car model costs more for parts and I was looking at over 600 just for the window! Tried to convince me that honda CRV parts were apparently rare and unusually expensive. A bill of ~800-900 seemed a bit steep so I decided to call a Honda dealership to compare the cost. They said to order a brand new genuine window for my Honda CRV was just over 300 plus 200 for labour. I am a young woman and Im sure he thought he could rip me off and I wouldn't know better. Dan was great! I got a same day appointment. I searched for months to find the piece of glass that broke on my car. I finally found it in Toronto and got it shipped here. I contacted Dan based on the reviews here and the fact that All Set is a local business. He inspected my glass and found it was missing a piece. I had been on quite the journey to find the glass, get a friend to go to the wrecker, ship it and also dealt with an unimpressive Greyhound attendant. I thought I might have to start from scratch. However, Dan improvised and made it work. I am truly thankful for this! Also, my interior has never been so clean. I cannot recommend him enough. I put off getting my windshield replaced because Broko said it would take a week to get it in. My wife was nagging me to get it done so I got on the internet and found AllSet. I spoke with Dan at Allset around 11:30am this morning to ask him how long to get the glass in. He took a minute to check and said bring the car in today and we'll do it. I said "right now" he said "yes, if you can". And he delivered the goods. I had my dirty old van in around 12:30pm and I picked it up at 4:30pm. This old work van hadn't been vaccumed for probably a year, yet they cleaned it all up for me (which wasn't expected). Great service, great attitude. Thanks Dan! Great glass shop ! My uncle's driver window got broken into and he asked me to fix it for him. Of course Google was my first resort in looking for a nearby shop. Little did I know that All Set Glass was 10 minutes away from our house! I dealt with Dan, who I found out was the owner of the shop, and had him deal with all the paperwork for the claim. Dan was quick and efficient and got the job done nicely within the next day. The great thing about All set is that the owner does the installation, so you know its done right. Their shop is clean and spacious with a nice waiting area. I recommend anybody with a broken window to visit Dan, as he is a very friendly and efficient guy. read more

Picked up a nasty stone chip right in my line of sight. Checked the reviews and knew this was the shop I wanted to deal with. Cory and team were great booking me in same day for quick repair (glue injection?) which was able to hold the windshield from cracking until a new replacement could be delivered from factory in Germany (old Porsche). Their repair team was patient and were able to navigate a previous shops clumsy glue job without too much additional drama (did have to order some replacement trim). Old cars can be a pain, they come with history. Cory was excellent in his communication and updates. AllSet Auto Glass lived up to their great reviews. read more

Dan was excellent to deal with for my ICBC claim. Not only did he get me in and out quickly, there was a mistake that was out of his control with the windshield supplier, and he leaned on them hard until they came through in a timely manner. His team also vacuumed my whole car, which was a nice touch. They even found my girlfriend's ring that had dropped under the seat who knows when. Service. Honesty. Efficiency. I had a cracked windshield from a bit of debris thrown up by a passing vehicle and checked online reviews for a number of Vancouver auto glass shops. AllSet was on my way home from work so I stopped in the next day and they answered all my questions and set up an appointment for the next day. I took the car by at lunch and it was ready in a couple of hours. Wow, fast service and the new windshield is great and they cleaned the car like new. read more

Definitely recommend this place! My boyfriends truck got broken into over night and when we found all the broken glass in the morning we were both obviously upset. Such a great experience! I had two cracks in my windshield from a road trip, and was worried about the cost of replacement. Had a chip in my windshield and heard the guys at All Set do a great job. Turns out "great job" was an understatment. They were professional, friendly, quick, and the chip repair is almost invisible.
