Called to make an appointment to get my cracked windshield replaced. The quote process was easy, fast, to the point and the woman I spoke with was very friendly and knowledgeable! Bill came out quickly, was also friendly, knowledgeable and fast! He did a great job at not only the removal and installation but also took the time to explain things and put everything back on the windshield where it was on the old windshield. Had a small nick while driving my Boss to a customer. Took it here they used glue said N/C gave the guy a small tip. Got back to work the owner next door sai in leaned or stood on your fender it has 2 small creases but very noticeable. My car is in a garage every night that crease was not there before I went to All star. From Allstar I went straight to work. I had to leave my son had surgery almost died couldn't call them till today. The first guy I talked to was nice tried to help me then the owner got on said it didn't happen here basically he said they don't screw up! He was so so Rude talk to me like a real Jerk! Again the other 2 guys where polite but God forbid the owner would according to him they don't make errors. 2 Stars are for the other 2 guys and a lesson learned check your car out don't trust he wasn't the great personality when I was there. Avoid Ma & Pa small place's for repairs. I would not recommend this place at all! read more

Allstar was recommended to me by my insurance agent. I called, spoke to Alicia and she pretty much took over. She asked for my insurance agent's name, found out that I had windshield glass coverage on my policy, and she submitted a claim for me to the insurance. I have a camera built into my car to auto dim the highbeam headlights and because of that she had to order a windshield from the manufacturer. She handled that, told me it would take 5 days, she called after 2 days to tell me it was on the way, then again called in another 3 days to tell me it was in. The installers came to my house. Changed the windshield in my driveway. They found the tollbooth transponder I had taken off the old windshield and they put it back up for me (nice touch!) Everything looks exactly like it did before. My headlights autodim like they used to. All good. read more

The chip in the front windshield became a crack of 8 inches in a few days. So it was time to get the front windshield replaced before cold, nasty winter weather arrives. I compared prices online and Allstar beat the competition. They have a coupon during November, mention it when you get your quote. I made an online request and received a voicemail response the same day, Sunday. I returned the call on Monday morning and booked a time later in the day. They called to tell me the tech was on his way and where he was coming from, so I had a pretty good idea of the timing of his arrival. Paul was very professional and did a first rate job. It took less than an hour to complete. He was able to transfer the village sticker. I also bought new wipers at the same time becasue I get lazy once it gets cold out. Very positive experience. Had a small crack in my windshield that was at most 12"-18" in length. Called my insurance agent to recommended using Allstar Auto Glass and I'm glad she did. All the people in the office who handled the scheduling and processed the insurance claim where wonderful. Very helpful and positive to work with. They set me up with an install date within the week. The tech (Dylan) that came out was truly amazing. Called me in the morning to inform me of his arrival time window and then showed up on time on the earlier side of the appointment window. Dylan was able to change the entire windshield out within an hour and discussed every step while doing it. He was polite, courteous and very skilled at what he does. Took the time to wipe down and clean the interior of the car, and now it looks better than when he arrived. I highly recommend using Allstar Auto Glass and they are lucky to have Dylan as their tech. Needed to replace a cracked windshield, and after requesting quotes from three different vendors, we chose Allstar. Their quote was half the price of the next lowest, and there was no extra cost to use their onsite mobile service. We had requested the work be done before 1:00pm, and the tech arrived at 8:30am and was done in an hour. After getting a crack in my windshield I spent a great deal of time calling around getting quotes. All Star gave me one of the best quotes and they had all the certifications I was told to look for in a good glass place. The woman I spoke to was very nice and professional as well as informative. I was told l would have to bring my car in to get the window replaced since temps at the time were in the negatives and the adhesives might not adhere properly because of the cold. This was fine by me and they arranged for me to go to a Windshield Center (which is a company that they just recently purchased). The next day I arrived for my appointment. Everyone was very nice and helpful, however they had ordered the wrong window. Because I had to be at work in a few hours I told them that I could come back the next day since I'd be off and that would give them more time to get the right window. Now, I had no problem coming back, but on my way back the next day it dawned on me how much time and gas the two trips wasted for me. It took me about 40-45 minutes each way and burned a quarter of a tank of gas. I figured they would appreciate my time to bring them my business and maybe would offer me some kind of compensation for my time and trouble. Well, it came time to pay and they didn't. So, I suggested it, maybe 10 or 20 bucks to make up at least for my gas. It was clear the manager didn't like the idea and was reluctant. I felt like I had to convince him that I deserved to have at least ten bucks taken off my bill, which he finally agreed to do, but didn't seem happy about it. It was a little disappointing especially since everyone was so nice, I liked the office and the shop looked professional. I also liked the people I spoke to originally on the phone. All in all they did a good job and I've yet to have any problems with my windshield. Besides this unique situation and the managers reluctance to cut me a break on their ordering mistake, I would still recommend this place to anyone needing a new window. read more

I needed to have my windshield replaced due to a crack that was spreading and the service manager at Toyota recommended I call Allstar. I called and talked with Alicia, who could not have been any nicer. She booked me for a day or two later (to accommodate my schedule) and sent emails to confirm. Matt, the guy who replaced the windshield, called the morning of to give me an approximate time and arrived at my workplace when he said he would. I showed him the car, paid the deductible and left him to do his thing. He was very friendly, polite and professional and did a great job. From beginning to end, this was the most hassle-free transaction and the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. I can't say enough about this company and I wish there were more like them. I will use them again and recommend them to anyone I know who needs a windshield replaced. read more
