Terrible agent - staff did me dirty. Had my car listed as for pleasure when it was not, but only served to jack up my rate. Only discovered that when exploring new policy quotes elsewhere. Never worked with me at renewal half year after half year to try to help me save money when I asked for some consideration. Wanted to raise my policy premium this time by 30% with no accidents, no tickets, and no change in coverage at my current renewal, claiming it's across the board. Welp, their competitor is offering me the same coverage for less than half and after a rude phone staff experience followed by 2 weeks of unreturned messages, as getting a human on the line seems impossible with this franchise, even when being connected from corporate customer service, I will be moving on. read more

So I'm Back with the good hands people I spoke to Cynthia on the phone several times I was with Mercury insurance with my credit union which gave me a kind of a good deal for few years but when I received a phone call from Allstate and said they could pretty much match and lower my deductible I gave them a shot they gave me a quote in November my insurance was not up until March so it give me plenty of time to look around they beat out Mercury insurance so I switched over there saving me 180 over six months Now that works for me now I can use that for Renters insurance Great job to Cynthia read more
