I added collision waiver and what was once a $440 policy became $1605 a year. Do not switch to Amica. They will surcharge you $375 a year for three years for 1 moving violation. My one ticket in 10 years and they surcharge me $1225? Good news is I switched to a better carrier and they were $1000 a year less for my auto and homeowners. BEWARE. Amica agents will give you low quote to get you to switch by not reporting your past violations. Later Amica home office finds violation and you will be surcharged for three years. Very unfare and dishonest.
