Do you think we have our cards yet???? The physical card expired on 5/13/17 so we had to get on our computer and print a copy. How difficult is it to treat your customers like we matter? We moved out of Seattle years ago and will soon be looking for a new agent because this office is beyond incompetent and lazy. I am sick of calling and reminding them to do their basic job each year. This was one of the most frustrating insurance experiences I have ever had…read more Kris Jackson at ProStar provided incorrect information and showed a complete lack of ownership during an already stressful situation. I was told my assigned agent was out of office for the holiday and that nothing could be done. However, that agent's voicemail clearly stated to press 1 to be connected to another agent, which I did. The alternate agent immediately confirmed that what Kris told me was incorrect. From there, I was forced to do the work myself. I personally called the policy department to remove our totaled vehicle from the policy. The representative I spoke with even stated that this was the agent's responsibility, but since it was not being handled, they would take care of it for me. That should never happen. When you are dealing with a total loss, you should not have to fact check your agent, chase down departments, and resolve issues on your own. I do not recommend ProStar if you are involved in an accident. Be prepared to handle everything yourself, because this office will not proactively help you. I dropped ProStar immediately after this experience. For comparison, I switched to Robert Pfarr at Allstate and the difference is night and day in terms of customer care, responsiveness, and knowledge. His team has been wonderful. I would not recommend ProStar to anyone, even as a last resort.

Anthony doesn't answer calls, doesn't reach out to lenders to get escrow insurance payments, doesn't return calls, takes days if not weeks to respond to emails, tells me that he can't get payment from my lender but tells me we have time because Safeco isn't cancelling policies because of the fires, then lets my policies cancel, doesn't tell me anything, doesn't inform me of the cancellations, doesn't let me know it's pending cancellation, then I start getting collection agencies calling me from Safeco. This is absolutely unacceptable for clients!! Anthony has wasted my time and money and continues to do so. Stay away from this place! You have been warned!!

Christy was the type of Business Owner I wanted to help me in securing insurance for my house, auto and umbrella..................she explained everything to me like I was her student..............She has an admiral way about her presentation, and you just lean forward and take it all in. She is easy to look at and she speaks with a proactive approach as she wants you to understand completely what she is teaching you, and I say, teaching, because it is a form of teaching, of all the ends and outs of insurance coverage's. So she is through, as she should be..............now the other part to this insurance policy, is putting it in writing......and that is where Lindy comes in. Lindy took all of the information for my policy from Christy and than made up the policy for home, auto and umbrella, and when I looked over the policy it was readable and while reading it, lindy stood by to make sure what she wrote up was what i understood was to be the new policy that Christy and I had agreed to, and it was. The very last time I was involved with such technical data was in the military. Christy was amazing, and Lindy was heart warming......................Today was a perfect day. I don't know where you can do better if you want insurance coverage. I wish I had State Farm many years ago from this Agency.

When trying to switch my insurance from Washington to California (and when setting it up initially), my mom called to help me switch it over & was continuously shamed & talked down to simply because she was helping her daughter out. The woman was so unhelpful and instead of doing her job, continued to tell my mom that she should not be paying or helping me out because I am an adult. Frankly, that is none of her business and is completely unprofessional that she would treat a customer that way. As long as we are paying, it shouldn't matter who's account it is coming out of. Judging your patrons based on their socioeconomic status or needing assistance with financing bills is disgusting. Every encounter we had with her (3 separate times) we were treated the same way. The agent we swapped to in CA had absolutely no issues helping us and was happy to do so, as it should be.
