I thought I was going to be in trouble not having AAA but this was a better situation altogether. They were personable and able to accomodate me very quickly. There is an issue with either transfer case or shaft drive , not sure. Someone recommended me to go to this place. So the owner Oleg told me that he has many cars in the shop and told me to come in 2 days. I came in and again he said there is no place. Said to call him up daily and see if he has an open space. After several attempts still nothing available. Then Oleg said to leave the car and he will check it the next day. After 2 weeks folks .Well it didn't happen . Not the second day nor the 3 Rd or so. On the fifth day I still saw my car where it was parked . I remember vividly how I left it there. So here it comes a shitty liar. He couldn't even lie , he said that both transfer case and shaft drive are not good and needs to be replaced , what a coincidence right ? same info that I told him. And the funniest part is that the cost will be about 5k. Again if you buy those parts brand new will cost you 600-700$ . I work in real estate and I depend on my car and this guy lied to me for weeks and I couldn't even do my job. Well what goes around comes around. Karma will get him. Don't trust this guy folks . Will make your days missarable and smile at you like nothing happened .

My parents had a "maintenance required" come up on their dashboard on their 2016 Toyota and a flat…read moretire. They brought it to Dolphin transmissions for this reason and told them about both things. After 2 days of waiting, they get a call back saying the car is ready. Once they arrive they were prompted to pay $600 for the "service" they did on the car. Once the $600 was paid, they told them they parked the car over 5 blocks away and they had to go and retrieve the car. Once my parents got back to the Toyota and started it up, all the same things that they brought the car in for were still coming up on the dashboard and the tire was even flatter. They went back to Dolphin Transmissions to get an explanation as to why everything was the same exact way they dropped off the car and all the owner replied with was that "there was a clanking sound and we fixed the sound, no one told us about the maintenance required." When you turn on the car on every screen it says maintenance required so why else would they be bringing the car to you? My parents said this to them and they just replied with "no one told us about it, but it's saying that because it needs an oil change and we can do it for you for an extra $150." So then they said "what about the flat tire? Do I have to tell you to fix that too?" They were left speechless. My parents left and a day later Dolphin transmissions called them back promising to fix everything for free. What a joke. My parents are older folks who were clearly taken advantage of, had I known their car needed service I would have brought it to my guy to get it fixed same day. Stay Away !

He did not just install a part, he made sure everything was lined up properly. I was also impressed with how he cleaned his tools before he put them away. Including cleaning electrical wires before winding them up neatly. The way a person takes care of their work area says a lot about them. Attached is "Before & After" pictures of the missing muffler and the new muffler installed. :-)
