Chatgpt tells me its most likely a leak and I saw a puddle under the car before I towed it. Ian, the manager, calls me and tells me the transmission needs to be rebuilt and the fluid is fill. Cost:$3900 - $4900. Something felt off because I literally saw the puddle of fluid and I towed to another shop (Sal Transmission on Stillwell). Turns out it was just a leak. Sal sealed it and topped it off. Cost: $235 Dolphin tried to take me for $4500 so this review for anybody considering going here. Beware!

He did not just install a part, he made sure everything was lined up properly. I was also impressed with how he cleaned his tools before he put them away. Including cleaning electrical wires before winding them up neatly. The way a person takes care of their work area says a lot about them.
