During the cleaning, the hygienist was quite rough and I was poked several times, which hurt. The appointment also ran much longer than expected, so my parking expired and I had to leave to move my car, and overall the visit took so long that I missed lunch and was extremely hungry by the end. After I returned, additional imaging was done by another assistant, which again took a long time and was uncomfortable because she took so many tries. While the dentist apologized and explained new patients usually take longer, it overall wasn't very reassuring. The whole experience felt so poorly managed. I left feeling sore, hungry, and stressed, and came home in tears. Because of this experience, I just can't return.

I was told that one of my front teeth was going to fall out at some point and that I should proactively have the tooth pulled and get an implant which cost several thousand dollars. They strongly encouraged me to get this done sooner than later, even though the tooth showed no discoloration or signs of movement. When I started at my new dentist and xrays were taken, they shared that there was absolutely no concern about the tooth falling out or needed to be replaced. In looking back at some other procedures I was also told to do by this office, I would not trust them.

As someone with over 20 fillings completed by 5 different dentists, I can firmly say Dr. Gluskin is absolutely the most knowledgeable, patient and understanding. I basically was running away from the needle and he brought me down for the work to be completed. As I prepared for pain and literally grabbed the chair harder than Thor could have, he began what was the most PAINLESS experience at the Dentist in my life. The filling was among the largest 3 I've had filled of the 20 or so, and it was the most "pleasant". I was comfortably laying throughout the experience. To boot, the filling feels natural - not sure if other people have experienced that super smooth weird filling-feeling, but this filling feels "natural" and "jaded" as opposed to be slippery/smooth surface. At my request she took the time to confirm my insurance coverage before I booked the appointment. They have state of the art equipment including digital x-ray that give you instant images. I was having hot/cold sensitivity with one of my upper teeth which they were able to show me was due to the root intruding into my sinus cavity (No cavities-yeah!.) Amy cleaned my teeth and she was great, she doubled cleaned them, first with the metal pick followed by a water pulsed cleaning. I finally started to ask friends for their suggestions and found Dr. Nui. Dr. Nui is not only faculty at Tufts Dental School..he is the Division Head of Prosthodontics and get this...HE DOES HIS OWN CLEANINGS! Seriously, that's just unheard of. Of course, that also means he only sees patients one day per week (Wednesday) so plan ahead! I have been lax in my dental visits over the last ~ 5 years and I knew I'd need several procedures. They didn't try to push everything on me at once and have been very accommodating in scheduling follow-up visits. I'll update my review once I've had more work done with them.

Be prepared for the "soft sell", first to try to get you to switch to him as your regular dentist, and also for the Zoom take-home maintenance kit with custom trays. A friend had already had Zoom elsewhere and strongly suggested the take home kit so I already was planning on going that route, but I'm confident had I declined that they wouldn't have been pushy about it.

One of the teeth that is next to one of the crown Dr. Gallucci worked was compromised during the course of the work, and had to be treated with a root canal. It still hurts on and off. Another crown he put in disturbed the tooth and that tooth has been also been hurting on and off ever since. Many, many thousands of dollars, two destroyed teeth, countless bottles of antibiotics and painkillers and months of pain later, I can only say that I wish I never walked into this office. I feel completely taken advantage of, and considering further options including legal action. Run away.
