I would just like to start with WOW!!! From day one, David and his team have demonstrated a tremendous amount of professionalism and general knowledge with our event. My Husband and I chose to have our wedding at Allure for multiple reasons. The interior decor where the ceremony and reception is held just takes your breath away. When we sat down with David and asked our questions, we received back elaborate answers which led to more questions that we had not thought to ask. David took the time to sit with us and walk us through what the event would entail from beginning to end.The price for such a beautiful place is more than reasonable and if you book in advance, he allows for you to make small payments. If you budget and book with ample amount of time, you won't feel like you are being drowned with bills! We booked majority of our vendors with him too (catering, violinist, photographer and full bar)! The ability to keep track of all the event items in one bill was amazing. David and his team set their standards so high that we had to book at Allure. As the months progressed and we closed in on our event we waited for something to pop up at the last minute but it never happened. David and his staff always seemed to be three steps ahead of us and always making wonderful recommendations. The ability to interact with someone on a regular basis made us feel very comfortable due to the personal relationship that developed. Relief and relaxation emerged as our big day neared and our bill was finally paid in full. You also get the benefit of food tasting! If you want to spoil your guests, this is the place! So many choices and deliciousness, makes my mouth water just thinking about it! When the wedding day came, it all went smoothly. As expected, the day went off without a hitch as David and his staff out performed our already high expectations. David was always available or at our side and once again 3 steps ahead of the game. We had our wedding at Allure on 08/20/2016, David and his staff were very professional, super accommodating and always pleasant to work with. It is not the cheapest hall, but definitely worth every dollar spent. We had almost 150 guests, booked the big hall and enjoyed absolutely amazing and very professional service from the very beginning. David accommodated every request we had, he altered the menu to our liking, added more choices of seafood and meats and helped us finding a florist after our original florist bailed on us. in a nutshell (nice place, 0 management) late last year i started looking for places as i was getting ready for my wedding, i was very picky on where i'd do my wedding because most halls regardless of their presentation are unfortunately operated by shady people, after a long search i finally found what seemed to be The One! i called and scheduled an appointment with David which is the general manager of this establishment, after i went and toured the place, i really did like it but my main goal was to make sure im in good hands rather than find a beautiful hall that was mishandled by greedy people who know nothing about customer service or take Big Days serious. long story short, David came off as a very professional individual and quickly earned my trust, shortly after booking my date i had a few things that came up that didn't allow us to proceed with the wedding in the time that we setup, i tried reaching David to notify him of the change but i was not able to reach him, so i ended up leaving detailed messages explaining the situation with the new date we had in mind, i was bombarded by life challenges during that time that kept my mind and days busy enough to forget to follow up with David to make sure he got my msgs and that he is able to accommodate the changes, but i truly felt that i was in good hands and was dealing with a large brand and wasn't anticipating any issues. i continued trying to reach David leaving repeated detailed msgs regarding the change and demanding a call back but didn't get anywhere, which made me very concerned and thought the place had closed down, so i was going to drive out there and see whats going on but i thought to myself let me try to call again as its quite a bit of a drive from where im now located, so i called 4 times and finally decided to dial other extensions to see if someone else would pickup my call, so they finally answer and it was David that picked up the line, so i asked him why wasn't he returning my calls for and voicemails that i have been leaving for several month and i also asked him if his extension had changed, he simply replied with " yes my extension is the same and i never got any msgs" which immediately made me angry and disappointed as he continued to deny the fact that he has been ignoring my calls and msgs and kept telling me how their system is flawless and never skips a beat which evidently it did, and in his defense he started to imply that i wasn't being truthful about the fact that i tried to reach him which i thought was ridiculous!!! then with no form of sympathy or genuine apology to my situation, he started telling me that even if he would have received my voicemails, (which was shortly after the time i made the reservation and left a big deposit!) that he would still not have been able to refund my money, which shocked me because i wasn't asking for a refund, i was just simply trying to reschedule my wedding date and continue to do business with them, he then started telling me "ANY ATTEMPT TO MAKE CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS EVEN A DAY AFTER THE BOOKING DATE, WOULD RESULT IN FORFEITING THE DEPOSIT!!" which again left me very confused and dumbfounded! and when i told him that i would not accept this and there is no way ill be ok losing $2000 for simply wanting to make a change, he made matters worse by making me an offer that he said he couldn't even guarantee! here is the offer: "i can try to apply your deposit towards AN UPGRADED PACKAGE but you would have to give an additional $2000 deposit and also have to agree to an up-charge for a new rate per person" which simply means, that im obligated to upgrade my package by $2000 and also pay an additional $5 more per person in order not to lose my $2000. At that point im insulted, angry and thinking this guy is just being flat-out greedy and thinks im stupid or something, i responded by telling him that this is completely absurd and that no one would ever find this fair or a professional manner of conducting business, especially that i was just trying to reschedule my event and not cancel!! anyways i got off the phone asking him to rethink this and get back to me tomorrow with a better answer and he agreed to talk to the owners and get back to me, and after i got the phone i thought about it and as you can imagine that it wasn't settling in very well with me, and i completely felt like i was being PUNISHED and HUSTLED, and realized that i wasn't going to receive anything positive. so i called my bank explaining the situation and asking for an advise, after explaining the situation, my bank specialist immediately advised that i dispute the transaction and that its a no brainier! i asked him to call the hall and try to mediate with them before i proceeded, and after he reached David, he got back on the line and told me that David isn't willing to cooperate, and that we should proceed with the dispute. needless to say, I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy! read more

We had our wedding here at Allure last weekend. Let me start off by going back a few months to when we booked the venue. The moment my husband and I walked inside Allure, we were mesmerized. The hall was modern yet sophisticated. It was very spacious and roomy, given we had more or less around 250 guests. David, did an amazing job in answering all our questions leading up to the wedding. He did everything to accommodate our needs. The staff is also incredible. Our guests are still talking about that night. And now the food....the food was absolutely delicious. The salmon is a must. The ribs were mouth watering. We had a nice treat from Allure that night. We were the first to experience the indoor fireworks during our entrance and first dance and let me tell you it was amazing and beautiful. Our guests were left in awe.
