The day of the appointment Esther informed me she was running a little late, so I appreciated the heads up. Once we got started, I explained to her what I wanted (root touchup, haircut and to refresh my copper highlights) and she managed to get 90% of what I wanted. The copper refresh turned out more red than I wanted, but I came back 3 days later and she nailed it! I made my appointment early in the day so I could be done at the salon and still able to work in the afternoon. I should have known when I was explaining to the stylist what I wanted that this wasn't going to go well. The application was the messiest I've ever seen in a professional salon, she had color and lightener going everywhere, and half of the foils laying on my face and bleach was getting in my eyes. (Which she didn't seem to care about when I told her I couldn't breathe) It took her OVER 2 HOURS to apply the color to my hair, which i not even to my shoulders. She didn't mix enough color in the beginning and when she went back to mix more she added the wrong color and my hair came out BRIGHT PURPLE. Nothing about my hair came out correctly. I left the salon crying, and now I'm trying to find someone who can do a color correction for less than $300. I will NEVER return to this salon, and if you don't want a bigger mess than what you came in with, I suggest you stay away too. UPDATE: My hair is now falling out in chunks.
