The issues include: - Large gouges and scratches on the surface - A busted drawer that doesn't function properly - Peeling wood finish When we complained and sent the dresser back, we expected a hassle-free replacement or refund. Instead, they've repeatedly sent the same broken dresser, ignoring our concerns and gaslighting us into thinking there's nothing wrong with it. It's been incredibly frustrating to deal with this situation, especially given the high cost of the furniture. I'm still left without a complete bedroom set and feel ripped off. Unless you enjoy dealing with broken products and unhelpful customer service, I would strongly advise against shopping at Ethan Allen.

The favorite comment is "tired" but we have found things on the floor that were dirty and covered in dog hair.
