We purchased our first sofa and loveseat set (pictured) from American Furnishings six years ago. I'm a firm believer in waiting at least a few months or so review to ensure a product is durable, and six whole years later can confirm! They have held up BEAUTIFULLY. Cushions have softened a bit but are still comfortable, supportive, and structurally sound. The top cushions are only scrunched because of the cute little fur baby in the photo who MUST see outside at all times ;) We just purchased a second sofa set to replace our worn out sunroom sectional. We found the couch we liked and several stores had the same sectional, but after doing a Yelp review, American Furnishings had the best reviews, and now we know why. We bought our Ashley sectional in March and it had USB ports on both ends of the sectional. We noticed one port was not working properly so we reached out to Tony since it was still under the one-year warranty. After numerous attempts to correct the situation under his direction, and failing, he made a trip to our house himself and removed the end piece brought it back to his shop and replaced the port with a new one which works great! I got what I wanted, same product as a name brand chain that may be right across the street, with fantastic service. I paid for couch haul away and delivery, worth every penny to not bother with it. Definitely stay away from it. Bought a sofa with a pull bed. It only last for 6months. The springs on the bottom of the sofa were already broken. Called the owner and he refused to take it back even it's still in the warranty. The reason was "abuse". What a joke! We used it with care. Was told that it was not allowed for big kids to jump on it. Never did it. Just our little one(5yr old girl) occasionally jumped couple of times. They called this abuse and refused to replace it. The broken piece which holds the supporting springs is just a piece of plastic!! Don't waste your money here. Go somewhere else. All low quality stuff and no warranty. Even it is still in the warranty. They will find an excuse to blame on you. read more
