She greeted me with a warm welcome and was very personable, professional and timely (all very important factors for me). During the lash application, Deion was highly engaged (I just love good ole fashion girl talk lol) and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. She was also considerate of my modest lash preference and gave me the perfect natural set! When I first saw my "new look", I instantly fell in love! My lashes were the perfect blend of modesty and glam! I couldn't stay out of the mirror and, somehow, I found 50+ new selfies in my phone by the end of that day! Lol. I loved loved loved them! After I spent roughly 10 mins admiring my new look in the mirror (lol), Deion completed my service with maintenance instructions and a lash kit. She accepts cash, card, or Venmo, so the final transaction was very convenient. Overall, I had a great experience and I will trust Deion with my beauty needs in the future. For the microblading appointment, she made sure I was comfortable, mapped out where she'd be microblading and that I was okay with it. One thing I loved was how detail-oriented she was; making sure each side was even. I was given numbing cream, so the pain was a 1/10 with the cream stinging just a little. Right after the few hour session, my brows were DARK! It stayed this way for about a week - just something to be prepared for. I tried to diligently follow the healing instructions & not to get it wet the few days following the first session. My second (follow-up) session was about 4 weeks later. Denisse added more strokes and evened out one side that had faded a bit. During this session, the numbing cream started to wear out, so the pain was about a 6/10 for a small part (if I'd asked, she would've made sure to numb me again!). The brows were dark again for another week. They are now HEALED and perfect! I'm very happy with the results and love how natural the strokes look. LOCATION/SERVICE This place is located in a little plaza next to the beach. It's metered parking, but I found parking super easily on Saturday mornings. The area has lots of cute coffee shops and a good acai shop nearby. The studio was clean, bright and well maintained. Denisse was also very nice and accommodating. She had advised that Anna would be the tech. When I came in, I was greeted by Anna who was super friendly and nice. After filling out some paperwork, it was time to get it done! Anna asked what kind of style and length I had in mind. She took her time and gave me different options on what would look best for my eye shape and how to take care of the lashes after. During the service, she would periodically asked how I was doing and if there was any discomfort. I didn't have any and as a matter of fact, I kind of fell asleep for a bit (too relaxed haha). After about an hour later, I sat up and was very impressed w/ the results. It took a little time to get use to since I haven't had extensions for a while, but after 15 or so minutes, it felt fine.
