After accepting an offer on my home, receiving an earnest money deposit, scheduling an inspection AND the request of a short term escrow of thirty days, our prospective buyers realtor, Maria, realized she did not properly compute the finances nor communicate for her clients and summarily cancelled the sale. As someone who has had experience buying and now selling a home, I would not recommend a company that would employ anyone who would pull out of a sale after adamant interest and signed paperwork due to their own negligence and failure to perform duties. Shameful. After posting said review, Maria came scrambling back to ask to negotiate. My realtor then had to discuss her clients potential loss due to poor planning surrounding rental properties with her clients lender, who was the only other open and honest party in this failed transaction, as 2 days after her shoddy, miscommunicated, and rushed offer, she went on vacation! In this market and economy, I'd expect significantly more honest and competent service. The realty division will certainly hear about this failure of due diligence.

Found the place on Zillow and it had only been listed for a few hours. Sent a message to see if I could view the house over Zillow and received a response within minutes that he was at the place and ready to show whenever. Drove over to check out the place and loved it, good price, nice upgrades, good neighborhood, but was unsure about Mike and the logistics of the company because it seemed like it was just him. More people need to review this guy because he's a badass! We wanted some small upgrades and finishings done before we would rent the place. Mike did them, no haggle. Everything we had listed that we wanted done was done by Mike himself before move in. The place was spotless on move in! Huge plus! So many rental property companies don't give a crap about the tenant once the place is rented in Vegas but I never felt that way living in one of Mike's properties. We had a water leak in the ceiling from the bathtub, Mike had an expert (who was a friend, a really nice dude!) out to fix it and follow up with us the next day after personally coming to check if he could fix it himself first. Our air conditioning went out, Mike had two people from two different repair companies out to fix it the same day. One so he could get a proper quote and two to make sure it was done properly! We forgot to pay rent once, Mike was understanding because we had good history and didn't charge us a penalty for an honest mistake! Our dog Lucy loved Mike whenever he came over, and she was a little crazy usually with other people. Eventually after a couple years our living arrangements changed and we had to move in a hurry. We weren't able to give Mike a full 30 day notice and he was still able to accommodate an early move out, stress free, and paid our deposit in a timely manner as well. Thank you for being such a great landlord Mike, I hope others learn to be as compassionate and efficient as you are.

Over the years (approximately 7) Wayne performed adequately and it was obvious he did not go the extra mile. As an out of town landlord it was difficult to change property managers despite the fact I should have. As an example he attempted to contract for an airconditioning repair that was quoted at over $7200 dollars, I got the work done for $3200. In todays world electronic bank transfers happen immediately. But I kept getting the rent on the 8th-10th of the month over the years. Until February of 2019 when after third week of the month I had not received the rent. I contacted Wayne and he provided a flimsy excuse that he was having software problems. After numerous calls I got the rent 3 weeks late. The following month (March 2019) three weeks went by and the rent was not forwarded. I attempted to contact Wayne and found that he was now avoiding my calls and not responding to my texts. After I finally contacted him he again made up excuses as to why I was not getting the rent on time. After multiple demands he finally sent the rent on 3/28/2019 four weeks after it was collected. I terminated my business relationship with him for malfeasance. I asked that the security deposit money which was collected at the front end of the lease and was allegedly put into a trust account be remitted back to me. As of todays date 5-29-2019 (2 months later) I have not received the funds owed to the tenants of the 2 properties. I was informed by one of the renters that after he (Wayne) was fired he attempted to collect rent from them using heavy handed tactics and attempting to intimidate (he threatened to charge late fees).

The agent used our bank statements as the reason for rejection, but it did not add up at all. There are clearly discriminatory leasing practices happening here. They also ask for sensitive financial information outside of a secure mailbox, so please be wary! All in all, I'm happy I did not get far in the process because it would be a gamble down the line. There are a handful of individuals who have reviewed this business on Google who have had a negative experience. Unfortunately I would not recommend properties managed by this group as they will deny you regardless of meeting requirements. Not sure what the bias was but there was definitely more to the story! We have lived here for over 15 months and we've had such a pleasant experience. From touring to…read moremove in, it was an easy process and meet all our needs as a family of 3. Specifically Crystal and Daisy in the leasing office. They are so pleasant and made our move in process super easy. Aside from a few hiccups involving a recurring leaking AC unit, maintenance has always stayed on top of work orders. At one point, Quinton, maintenance supervisor, and Marcos were super quick to fix any maintenance orders we put in. All the staff are extremely friendly, always made us feel seen and welcomed and knew us on a first name basis. The units itself are very nice and loved the large kitchen and the view of the mountains every morning. Having elevators and the safety of locked building with front doors being inside was an added advantage for a family with small children. I could easily take anything up and down to my apartment with a wagon and not have to worry about stairs. The complex is super safe and close to any and all amenities. Despite a leaking AC during summer months, Quinton was always there to fix it same day and provide a permanent solution. Daisy and Quinton have gone above and beyond to make this place our home. It was always a pleasure to bring to toddler to the office and say hello and grab the mail and coffee along with fresh fruit in the community kitchen. We are very sad to leave as we are relocating out of state for my husbands new job. I highly recommend this complex to anyone, especially families as it felt safe and secure.
