We have not found one SINGLE issue to complain about, Nuri our property manager along with Nancy and the rest of the Stout Team that are on site almost 24/7, we have armed and unarmed guards on duty and as a resident that has security cameras I will tell you the guards make rounds constantly and they are amazing. People keep commenting that these APARTMENT homes are expensive and newly upgraded. Folks this was intended to be a much higher "high rise" there were also suppose to be multiple building las on site, but do to the horrific recession in 2008 the owners lost funding and the building sat unfinished. Then in early 2009 the building and lands sold at auction the firm that owns the Echelon hired a few Managment companies and had a rough time at first but then they hired Stout and that's all it took. They got stuff back on track. The building aren't upgraded because they don't need to be, THEY WERE BUILT THIS WAY, the smallest unit was selling for $1.8 million. Take that into thought 1,200sq ft! That's Vegas money folks. There are only 62 units in the building in NO WAY is this a rental money making goldmine. Most of the units are 1 bedroom and 3 bedroom however there are three penthouses of 4 bedrooms and numerous studios as well as lavish two story studios. The units are all full of the most lavish amenities; there is floor to ceiling marble in the shower, we have a massive I MEAN MASSIVE Jacuzzi Brand soaking bathtubs and marble everywhere, we have beautiful shag carpet and the appliances and equipment is all high end. All the units all have massive utility closets with huge huge high efficiency quick heating hot water heaters and are peplumed and wired for in unit waters softeners, we have a trash compactor a wine fridge a MASSIVe chefs kitchen featuring all Bosch appliances, compete with a five burner marble counter mounted stove top also with a huge convection microwave double stacked full size Bosch automatic cleaning ovens, yes OVENS TWO!!!. The fixtures are all high end. People if you get the chance to call this home you should! My husband and I don't plan on leaving ever. We are on a higher floor we have an amazing Mountain View, all the units have massive sliding glass DOOR WALLS! Yes like entire walls that slide open to our 1,110 square foot wrap around balcony. You read that correctly 1,100! Our unit is a 3 bedrooms 3 baths with a full computer nook a walk in closet the size of most studio apartments lol and so much storage you will not have a hard time storing your things with a total of 2,100 square feet! As well all units include two secured and permanently assigned parking places in the underground garage. We have also huge storage rooms you can rent and we have two units that we were able to move all of our items in our offsite storage to our building and have it just downstairs in the basement eliminating the need to rent a van or truck to get stuff we need out of storage and it's saved us $100 a month. They building has a STAGGERING 17 DIFFERENT FLOOR PLANS, apartments don't offer that. Back to what I said these were suppose to be lavish high end high rise homes. I'm writing this because we sold our home and stepped away from the shackles of being a homeowner and we sold a multi million dollar home. Finding a place to meet or lifestyle and taste was ROUGH VERY VERY ROUGH even for Vegas, because we had to live in the NW it's just home to us and there wasn't anything like that up here. All I can say is if you're blessed enough to stomach the lease payment and you can get lucky enough to get a unit, also keep in mind it may mean you need to take a unit you didn't want and ask to get on the waiting list ASAP to get the unit you want. We did that and two months later we got our dream unit. If you want the best service that you can be pampered with and a home that you can make your own then Echelon is it. They have approved us to repaint. We also have painted other rooms and accent walls, we've been allowed to change and install some of our beautiful high end Swarovski light fixtures and chandeliers. The units are 100% fully wired, fully wired for Cox, DirecTV, Century Link, the units are all pre wired for an alarm, there are CAT5e plugs everywhere so you can hardwire your networked electronics allowing them the fastest most extreme connection. There is a massive commercial dish on site and every unit shares it so there is no ugly satellite dishes all over the place. Echelon is the EXCEPTION! You won't find many building or if you can even find one ever again like this. What we've discovered living here is most people don't leave because they aren't happy, the truth we've learned is that most move because it's expensive it is so let's not lie. But I'm telling you it is worth EVERY SINGLE PENNY! It was intended to be sold as single units offering the finest amenities and the high life of NW Vegas and the surrounding so why not make it home!? read more

For what this place charges for rent you would think that their maintenance would be in pristine condition but nope just more greedy Californian owned company squeezing every dime out of you. I got trapped inside their elevator and their so called emergency call button goes to some answering service that can't even call 911 ; so I had to call 911 myself it took the firefighters over 30 minutes to get me out; I think the city of Las Vegas should send the bill probably $10,000 for use of fire truck; equipment ; and 4 firemen's salaries. Being the manager here at Echelon I am not rating myself or my property, I am responding to the reviews. I am responding to Sean P. Hi Sean, I am the manager at Echelon and have been for 5 years. I don't have any record of you being a resident here, nor do I have any record of you getting stuck in the elevator. TK elevator owns the elevator equipment as well as maintains it and is the emergency call center. I will definitely contact them and have them review their call log and check the call system inside the elevator. If you did in fact get stuck in the elevator I apologies as we work very hard here at Echelon along with our Vendors to provide a beautiful and luxurious community. I am sorry to read this review as I was under the impression that you and I had a great relationship. I can assure you that there is zero discrimination here, and I am very surprised by the review. We have a high standard here and sending patio beatification notices go out to everyone that has a patio that needs to be tidied up, you weren't the only one to get them. We have to allow the right for everyone that is disabled to have the convenience of parking in the handicap spot. Unfortunately it can't be deemed by 1 person and that is what happened. You parked there and didn't move. We make sure before we notify someone of violating the parking that we do our due diligence, and unfortunately the vehicle was never moved preventing the use to other handicap residents. I am very sorry that you felt the way you describe in the review, I can't speak on the residents at the pool, but I can speak for myself and say I was very fond of you and your family. If I could give NO stars I would! DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! In the first week that we lived here our car was broken into in the underground parking garage. We told the front office and they said they would review the security cameras and get back to us and they never did! The same parking garage that I got stuck in a week later because the gate was broken and I was 30 minutes late for work. (This happened twice.) The security gate on the side walk was broken for 3 1/2 months of the 7 months that we lived here so anyone off the street could walk into the complex, and our balcony was on the ground level. This place charges $2685 a month for the 3 bedroom that we rented. That should be enough money for them to do repairs in a timely manner. Our stovetop was broken for 3 1/2 weeks. Our garbage disposal had to be replaced, and it took over 2 weeks. We had a leak under our kitchen sink in the first month and it was on a weekend so they said if it wasn't flooding we would have to wait until Monday! The interior hallways had leaks for 2 1/2 months and there were empty trash bins throughout the halls catching the water falling from the roof! The AC in the halls was also broken over the Summer months. The garbage shoot was often piled up and overflowing and smelled terrible! I paid $900 in a security deposit and they only gave me $269 back even though they did a walk through at the end of the lease and said everything was fine! They subtract the cleaning, touch up paint, carpet shampooing, carpet stretching (whatever that is) from your security deposit! This place is a joke! We had an issue almost every week! You will not be happy living here! TRUST ME!!! read more

Okay, I left a review before I moved in thinking everything would be great living here! If you are young I would 1000% stay away! I'm not sure if it's age discrimination or whatever you want to call it but since we've been here we've had nothing but targets on our backs! We get complaints against us when we mind our business! My kids play innocently on our patio it's an issue! The day they leave some toys out and we don't get them right away it's an issue! We go to the pool, even use our key to get in and older people sun-tanning stare as if we don't belong! You have older people here telling the landlord petty things instead of speaking to you as an adult! If you have an issue talk to me directly! I am a disabled veteran and barely got a placard and now all of a sudden I can't use the handicapped parking or it'll get towed yet there are only 3 of us with placards here! There are two spots and from what I know handicap is first come first serve! I leave during the day and come back and guess what the spot is still open! I'm probably the only one who received a complaint about parking there and you could assume why right, Oh because I am young so I don't deserve it! Unfortunately, we renewed our lease! I wish we hadn't because I am so ready to go and done with the place! I should have listened to the people telling me this place sucked because it does! Not worth the price nor the headache! If you want to live with a bunch of old grumpy people then this is the place for you! read more

My family and I have only been here for a few months and we are so in love with this place. We love the space, the privacy, and how quiet it is here. We are so impressed with the professionalism and efficiency with maintenance and management. We love the atmosphere here. It is so welcoming and homey!! Been here since March 2017 and I must say I do enjoy living here. Very spacious and my view of Red Rock Canyon mountains from my bedroom and living room makes it all worthwhile. I feel safe. Gates stay closed and codes are needed to get into building. This makes me feel very secure. Nice pool and hot tub area. I use it almost every night and work at home during the day, so I'm here almost 24/7..Great place. I'd buy a unit if they were for sale. read more

This is getting one star for just how much I've fallen in love with the complex with what I've seen online. My current lease at another complex will be up soon and I've been trying to call someone to set up an appointment to see the grounds. I've called for 3 days, left 2 messages, and no ones gotten back to me. No on has even picked up the phone. Seems very unprofessional that no one is available during open hours EVER. The unreliability this staff is providing is making me doubt my excitement as readiness to move here. I just want to be able to talk to someone and take care of everything in a timely fashion! read more

I moved in to one of the 3 bedroom units that is a little over 1900 sf and after 3 weeks as a resident, I couldn't be happier. The building is quiet, the apartment is great, and when one of my 2 A/C units blew a fuse or something, maintenance was there within 5 minutes to work on it. The lightly perfumed hallways are a nice touch. I'm hopeful of not having to move again for a long time. read more

Stopped by this property cause I live in the area and have seen it in the distance for a while now. My current lease is coming up for renewal and I wanted to see what else was out there, First impression when pulling up to the property was it was extremely clean and quiet and immediately felt safe with the gates being closed and not open what you find at a lot of properties I called the office from the call box and the lady answered the phone and buzz me in. I then drove to the back of the property and walked into the leasing office and was greeted with a huge smile and infectious energy from the beautiful manager by the name Nuri, after sitting down and getting to know each other and what I was looking for Nuri showed me the property which was stunning unfortunately they are 100% occupied and won't have availability in my timeframe but I would 100% leased from this location absolutely stunning I must go see! You will be treated with the upmost customer service and respect which I found hard to find in my experiences in going into a new apartment communities. read more

Great place to call home and conveniently located next to several grocery stores/shopping centers, two major freeways, and neighborhood parks. Not to mention, the pool is gorgeous around the summer time and I've always been impressed with the management team and their ability to exercise professionalism and still have a fun, outgoing personality. We looked at a lot of nice complexes - but none compare to Echelon! When you walk in it feels like your living room goes on forever - it's huge! Gorgeous high end appliances, plenty of storage areas, laundry room, pantry (or computer room), wine cooler built in, gorgeous bathrooms. Beautiful grounds - convenient to shops just a short walk away. Neighbors are super friendly and kind. Manager Nuri is very responsive and Oscar does a great job with any maintenance requests. They truly want you to love your home! And we do! So happy here! read more

I have absolutely loved living here. The property is kept so clean. Everyone in the office has been so amazing and helpful. My unit is beautiful with marble countertops, stainless appliances, nice plush carpet. It's no nice to have a gym, pool, and media area at my fingertips if I need it. This was the perfect location close to my son's school, freeway access, shopping, and dining. It's so quiet and all of my neighbors have been so friendly. read more

If you want your car broken into move here.... I've been here for 11 months and there's been 10 cars, trucks and motorcycles being vandalized! They even hired a security guard and some of theses incidents happened while they were here! They say it's a secured community because we have a gate to enter the property and a gate to drive to the garage, it sounds nice right but the gates are broken half the time and are left wide open! I give this review 1 star because the apartments are spacious and nice! But who wants to worry about their vehicles all the time! read more

We have been looking to move into this residence for roughly 6 months now and at every turn it was full. There was finally an opening I went to view the property, it was just like the pictures on the website. Nuri, the property manager. answered all my questions. We have lived here for about six months. We absolutely love our apartment and the entire complex. What attracted us most was the large floor plans, the high end stainless steel appliances, large balconies, interior elevators & pool with beautiful cabanas. Upon arriving in Las Vegas from another state, I was uncertain as to where I should live. A few friends showed me around and we ended up here at Echelon. It was absolutely breathtaking. I took a tour around the place and was very impressed. Even though the pool isn't heated all year round, there is still the hot tub. I like the under ground parking but was most impressed by the "home" feel. It is more than an apartment. I looked at the different floor plans especially the ones with the lofts and fell in love. The best one was the balcony that wrapped around the entire apartment!!!! Needless to say I am and will forever be a resident here if they let me!!! Devin, Tammy and Gus are an awesome team! The three of them do more than some complexes that have 5-10 people on staff! Those guys Rock!!! read more
