I was very pleased with their service after 5 years. They did not have gelish which is my color/brand of choice and why they got a 4 rating, but they were able to match my color pretty close. My tech was very good, a young man, very quite. His skills we're very good. The shaping was wonderful. When I come back next year I will make another appointment. I recommend this business!!!!!

I am not remembering the tecnhicians names that I had but I remember the owner was super friendly and nice and was willing to fit me in for both services even tho it was close to their closing time. Many times I go in and they say, "No sorry we are closing." But she did not do that. They did bot mani - acrylics, and pedi gels. My fingers looked good but the product was so thick on there I always have trouble picking stuff up. I like it better when they do them thinner. They did french, and I think the whites could have been wider. It was a very think line of white, so it didn't last as long. Also the technician I had decided to take out my ingrown toenails and that really hurt so I am not sure how I feel about that! LOL. No harm done, but not sure I would want that to happen again. I would def go back but would stick with gels or just regular manicure as the acrylics always destroy my nail beds.

Yesterday I had a mani/pedi. Tracy is OOTO so I went with Ben for my mani and Henry for my pedi. Suffice it to say that I won't be driving back to Dallas for a pedi anymore! They were great! This a good salon - very clean. They will do walk-ins but an appointment will get you to your tech of choice. Tracy, Ben and Henry are all great so give them a try!

I had Eric and he was AWESOME! He spent 45 minutes on my pedicure and did a wonderful massage! The chair was doing a pretty deep massage as well! (nails) all that stress clinging tight to me has released and I feel well grounded and cared for. Everyone I encountered here (including the lady at the front desk and cleaning) is friendly & caring, creating a welcoming space. I love the peaceful grounding vibes throughout the place from the different treatment rooms, cozy quiet space (waiting area), aromas, coffee and tea bar and serene music playing. I like how a robe and slippers are provided to relax in. It definitely has a very fancy vibe which I wasn't sure about at first, but the whole experience has been good! Everyone is excellent at what they do. I highly recommend and will be saving up to come back again. Im honored to have them be the ones who were the first in allowing me experience these things.

I live in Los Angeles, and we were excited about relaxing and being pampered for a bit. Despite the fact that the spa sits in the midst of a complex with hard-to-find addresses and absolutely no signage outside, we managed to locate the place and arrive on time. From the moment we entered, it was obvious that something was off. The reception area was empty, save for a lone masseuse who casually walked past us without making eye contact, and a receptionist who continued her phone conversation for ten minutes before bothering to look up--no greeting, no "I'll be with you in a moment", no smile, no nothing. Seemingly oblivious to our presence, along with the fact that we were now running into our appointment time, she chattered on. When at last she hung up the phone, she looked up and asked if we were there for appointments. We confirmed that we were, and she informed us that, unfortunately, there was a problem. She stated that there was only one masseuse present (apparently the one who had completely ignored us when we entered) because the other one doubled as a midwife and had left to deliver a baby. (You can't make this up!) When asked why we hadn't been notified before our arrival, she stated that they had tried unsuccessfully to reach my sister's phone. Given that it was my brother-in-law who actually made the appointments, we asked if they had called him. No, they hadn't. No reason. She went on to state our options: one of us could receive treatment as scheduled, or both of us could either return later in the afternoon or the following day. Neither option worked for us, so we left. To be clear, I understand that unpredictable things happen. However, the chilly reception, the blatant rudeness we were met with from the moment we walked in, and the failure to contact us ahead of time left a very bad taste in my mouth. I can think of many ways I would rather have kicked off my final day of vacation in beautiful Tyler, Texas. If you're looking for a spa that will honor its appointments and treat you with courtesy and respect, I suggest you look elsewhere.
