I chose to came here and get my nails done after seeing a 20% off banner while driving by. Funny enough, they were not still doing the promotion when I came in for the appointment. Appointments are easy to make via online where you select what you want, but I'm not sure if you can book two services in one appointment. You might have to make two separate appointments because I originally wanted to do a manipedi but there was no combo or deal with them together. Upon entering, they ask you to check in, and there's several waiting chairs. The staff is very kind. I had a hard time picking what I wanted, but Ivy was so helpful and supportive. I found out she speaks 3 languages: English, Viet, and Cantonese. I told them how I wanted nails done to match my formal dress, and they were so helpful in picking a sparkly acrylic color for me. They prepped and filed my nails, but didn't cut my cuticles. Surprisingly, the entire process took less than an hour! Usually, when I get acrylics done for my nails, it takes an hour just for prep. It isn't too thick, and they charge $55 for just doing acrylic, one color/no designs, and nail shape. The nail salon is spacious, with plenty of space at each table and pedicure station. It's definitely big, clean, and modern. Restrooms are at the back, and there is a sink in the center for the room for cleaning. There's a free parking lot right at the front. Upon leaving, they gave me a stamp card where if you collect 10, you get 10% off. read more

I'm actually sad that I have to write this, because I've been going to this nail shop for years on and off. My visits are hit or miss, sometimes I love my nails and sometimes I just let things go because I don't like to complain too much. However, when it takes 2-3 hours for a full set, and you are spending money, you definitely have every right to want your nails to look nice every time. My designs have been great, I almost always get complimented on my nails after getting them done. I am very particular about my shape as well but Tony, Danny and others have 99% made sure they were on point! The issue is not only the time it takes (this is common at many nail salons), but the quality... multiple times my gel polish has chipped the same day/next day after getting them done. I've had to go back multiple times for a touch up right after getting them done. I was also cut twice and bleeding the last time I went and the owner did my nails. I mentioned it to him and his response wasn't anything more than acknowledging that he knows. I was disappointed that he didn't offer to takin money off or anything, yet I still left a tip because I loved my design and knew I wouldn't be coming back. I walked out knowingI had to give them up. I hate that I have to find a new salon, again, but I'm really wasting time and money here. The biggest issue that happens almost every time I get my nails done is that they seem to lift up after 2 weeks. I've been getting my nails done for many years and have never had this issue. But my nails have started to break in very painful ways due to the acrylic not lasting. I've recommended this nail salon to friends and they've also had issues. So unfortunately I have to move on. Okay so I walked in on a Saturday afternoon hoping to get these soft French tips before a big photoshoot. I showed two girls how I wanted my nails and the First Lady that I showed showed the girl that did my nails the color she needed it for.. so she was def new. Anyways, I get my nails done so often that I know what they are doing wrong and right! The lady, did not remove the fuzzies that were on my nails and dipped it in the SNS and then I had to tell her twice that there's shit on it. Also, she shaped my nails completely different from my other hand. I told her multiple times the pink she is using is darker than the inspo pic and she's like the other lady told her to use this. Ok. Then I kept asking her how long they gonna last and how she's not filing them down right and she's like 3 weeks, 3 weeks while she put gel on top of my SNS for the French. I felt so rushed here and when I was done... I see these bumps on my nails and on multiple ones. How am I suppose to be okay with this? Everyone must wash their hands before service and everyone is wearing a mask which I loved. I had the pleasure of having the owner of the nail salon do my nails and she was so busy. I updated my review because I wanted it to be as accurate as possible. I called to make an appointment with Tony and learned that he no longer worked there I'm not sure if people have been asking for Tony or if left on the wrong foot but his tone of his voice Immediately switched with me when I kindly asked him to recommend a technician who does quality nail design similar to Tony's work. For that reason I decided it was a good idea to update my post. Most of my previous review was about my satisfaction with my nails due to Tony's work.Now that he no longer works there, and there is no one comparable to him that could have been recommended to me I'm more than likely will not be visiting this Nail Shop again. I understand establishments have no control over an employee leaving the however they should be able to articulate the employees departure and recommend a current employee respectfully. I would also like to give him the grace and assume that there may have been some language or culture barrier. If that is the case I would say learn your customer and communicate with them in a way that they will understand to insure there is no miscommunication. Came here with my cousin to pamper ourselves to prepare for our religious holiday, Eid. We did not make an appointment, but were able to walk-in and get seated right away. Appointments are usually required, however I did also notice a couple of people who showed up and were also taken care of, which I think is nice if you can fit people in! My experience here was okay. I didn't catch the name of my esthetician, she had short black hair with bangs, but she was very rough when cleaning and cutting my cuticles. I did bleed a couple of times. One thing I did like about her was that she was patient and I didn't feel as though she was rushing. She didn't apply my fingernail polish that well. On the second coat, you can see a line where it stops (see picture because I'm not explaining that very well lol). Normally I'd call them to fix it for free, I just haven't had the time to come in at all. I'm willing to give this place a second chance since my cousins nails looked incredible. I'll have to see if she caught the name of her esthetician to see if I can get her. It's so hard to find a trusting nail salon in the Atlanta area. Their COVID practices were incredible as well. All the staff were constantly cleaning and ensuring they didn't miss a spot. Love to see it. Masks are required and they make you wash your hands and sign a waiver upon entry. I went to get my nails done at this salon and I told them I did not want gel polish but the nail tech insisted on it. The man who was painting my nails was extremely unprofessional. He asked me out on a date in front of my boyfriend. Before the gel had finished drying the nail tech knocked some of the polish off of my nails. I had to return the next day for the polish to get fixed by a different tech. The nail tech who repainted my nails was extremely rude. Within 2 or 3 days the gel started flaking off so I went back to this salon to get the gel removed. I told the tech I didn't want the gel to be ground off of my nails but she told me that was the only way to remove it. The tech ground my nails too aggressively. For 6 months my nails were falling apart and splitting. I had to glue them together. You can not pay me to go back to this salon. read more

Been coming here since they opened in July, and have consistently had a good experience. They don't rush, everyone I've had for mani and pedi service takes their time to make sure the work is to your liking and to make it as relaxing as possible. The salon is absolutely spotless from the bathrooms to the service areas. The prices aren't dirty cheap but definitely reasonable ($38 for classic mani pedi). The most impressive thing is how long the polish lasts, at least a week for regular polish if I'm careful with my hands. They have a good selection of opi regular polish, gel, and SNS. I've seen people getting amazing nail art done as well. The location is very convenient, between my home and work. Plenty of parking. It was okay for me. I went with the kid and a friend. I got a pedicure and a gel manicure. I asked for a pedicure and gel polish, however, they charged for the gel manicure. I assumed because by the time she charged for gel take off - the gel manicure price made more sense. So no issue there. Anyway, the salon was empty for a Saturday evening - 5ish so we were immediately seated. The salon was clean and they used sterilized tools. You could see the sterilizers with tools in the back. I was a little off-put by how often they opened it - but I digress. The pedicure and gel manicure was pretty standard. It got the job done, but it was nothing spectacular. They did a good job with the kid's pedicure and polish although I was slightly floored for at the cost for kids. Overall, this place is underwhelming and higher than others in the area. This was my first visit to Allure. I went on a whim and just walked in. I was seated immediately and greeted by Sally. She gave me a fantastic manicure with shiny buff. There was no talking (which I love) just total relaxation. I couldn't help but notice how impeccably clean the place was. Even wIth very few customers, the Manager was constantly inspecting and cleaning the salon. They have plenty of room for clients. A young guy cut my nails in a weird shape and they were all crooked. After I mentioned it about 20 times the guys just ignores me and shakes his head in disbelief like I'm wrong. A somewhat secluded area adjacent to a church (maybe you need to pray), a new balance shoe store (maybe you need a last minute outfit), a papa John's (maybe you're hungry), and a books and comics store (maybe you need entertainment). Perfect place to get your nails done; even if you bring someone with you that doesn't want to. The salon is very sanitary, they use throw away plastics for the tubs. They cleaned before closing although it was already clean. The staff is very hospitable. They were very nice to myself and 2 nieces. One of whom was being serviced. The other was crying a bit which they helped to settle her while I received service. When I decided not to get the royal package due to the baby crying, they didn't make a big deal about it. BIGGEST TAKEAWAY: The add on products they used were of amazing quality. The oil, lotions, sea salt scrubs, everything was heavy and luxurious feeling. Went in for a gel manicure on natural nails. For some reason the nail tech used an electronic nail drill to file off the old gel. When she applied the new gel my nails burned a little under the uv light. I had the gel removed somewhere else(they didn't use an electronic drill). Ever since then my nails have been splitting and there are ridges from the nail drill. I will not go back here. They don't care about the health of the nail. read more

This is a very nice nail salon. I had visited here a few times while living in the area and I always had a pleasant experience. Whenever I go there's never a wait and I am seated right away. My nails and toes always come out looking nice. I always get the acrylic overlay with gel polish on my nails and a pedicure with gel polish on my toes. The polish selection is GREAT and they use my favorite brand of gel polish (DND). I once received the royal pedicure and that was amazing as well. I would definitely recommend this salon and would visit if I am ever in the area and need a fill. read more
