They promised to have three technicians waiting and available at our time slot. The packages were all reasonably and competitively priced. The technicians were available and did great. They accommodated a baby on a lap well. The place was clean and cute. They did say that the weekends are busy and time slots cannot be guaranteed with walk ins. So I would keep that in mind. For what we like to get, we would recommend this place.

She ask for her nails to be done in pink and white he refused to do her nails as she ask. He did them like he wanted to do her nails and she told him the whole time she did "NOT" want them done the way the whole time he was doing them. He didn't care he kept doing like he wanted them done. Then when the customer told Michael she did "NOT" like them he stood up and screamed at the customer cursing and saying horrible things and refused to fix them like she wanted. I was getting a pedicure and seen the whole incident. I will NOT be going back to Elegant Nails and I'm sure the lady will "NOT" be going back. The Salon was full of customers that seen what Michael did. i feel bad for the lady because she was a longtime customer I have seen her in there many times. Dont use Elegant Nails unless you want screamed and cursed at by Michael the Owner
