When she got her first series done it was on a busy weekend. The work was sloppy and not the experience you'd expect. She kept telling me that I used acrylic, and that what I was sharing about the product that I've used on my nails FOR YEARS, was not true. I'm a licensed cosmetologist, and know my products and the business. All I can say to the tech, my apologies on waking you from your nap, and it might help your business if you learn more about current products being used. If you're uneducated about a certain type of product, don't offer that service. You've wasted my time and money (paid for a Lyft to get there)
