I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I spent over two hours in the salon for a simple gel pedicure, no upgrades ($43). I asked for a gel manicure, the man spent 20 mins painting a gel coat on my pinky. It had been over an hour when he was done doing the first gel coat on my right hand. It was the worse gel manicure of my life, I had politely asked him to remove it. Instead of a soak off he began removing the gel with a drill bit. I told him that my nails were going to be thinned out too much. I requested a soak off 3 times and he finally partially fill it and then continued to file the top of my nails again. I had to pay $20 at the end for this. Mind you I left without cuticles and my nail beds extremely thin. It was such a disappointment overall. read more

Lady would not use 2 different colors on my toes. I only wanted one foot one color and the other another. No big deal. She didn't even try the 2nd color then said it would be too light. She wouldn't even try to see what it would look like. At the end, one foot was a different color anyways because she did not paint them evenly. 0 rating i went to go get a basic french pedicure. i was attending by a man that works there. he asked if i want a trim i just told him to file it down a little. he barely even file anything so i asked him to trim the nails but not to much because i dont want them too short. he trimmed one shorter then the other so then he had to trim doth of them short. when it came down to the color i asked him to apply two DIFFERENT COLORS to see which one i preferred, i picked the one i wanted. when he finished with one foot he went to the other one and i asked him to remove the polish from the right big toe because it looks thick he started to get upset. he said it's not thick but it looked thick which i do not like at all he removed it and he started to put a different color on. so now i have 2 different base color i told him thats not the same color. because it wasnt he kept saying it was it was, another lady that works there approached and asked me whats wrong so she can explain to him. i told her its not the same color he put the color away in the box after that he finally took the color out of the box finished with the base of the french now it came to adding the french tip. as someone who works in a nail salon doing nails. u can clearly see which one is thicker than the other . some trips are thicker than others and cricket at this point i was frustrated and just wanted to leave i was unsatisfied in how he did the job. how i was treated. i dont recommend this place and if u do go don't let the man attend you. read more

Moving forward, I am unable to compromise my discomfort or how I have to heal after my salon visits here. Especially since the same experience just happened with another guest I referred and accompanied me to this salon on Sunday. I feel like I support small businesses pretty fairly and within reason. I have to bring this recent visit to the salon's attention so that maybe it can help in the future and I recognize that I should try to speak up more as well during the visits: my guy and I are still feeling the discomfort from another cut (thumb for me and four toes for him) and soreness from our recent fill and pedicure on Sunday (now Wed). This past visit felt a bit off and impersonal too, not sure why, but I just didn't feel welcomed, despite my years of patronage. Also, despite beautiful acrylic nails and gel polish. designs painted so cleanly and well, I have to admit that on more occasions than not, as it happened this weekend, I leave with cuts on my cuticles or sore nail beds due to nail glue peeled back during a filing and then it cuts my skin, or cuticles cut too deeply on pedicures and having sore nails (the soreness that happens similar to when you have a hangnail, and it's very painful and uncomfortable.). The pain is like getting hang nails, or like paper cuts and it's just not visible all the time, but the pain is there and it is very uncomfortable. While I always have beautiful nails without fail, I do leave with discomfort and pain for the first 3-5 days after. Maybe the salon staff can keep this in mind for reference. The attached photos show one instance just for reference, but it occurs often, so keep that in mind and/or anticipate mentioning to the staff if it's happening during your appt. (I don't speak up, and I probably should- I recall once I spoke up only because of burned so painfully during the filing and I could r tolerate it any longer). They always do heel fine, but it's just uncomfortable for some time after. My nails always end up looking beautiful though. Not to be so lengthy,,but I feel like I should explain myself more as this isn't a complaint to cause any harm. Moving forward, I would hate for myself or anyone else to experience this pain if it can be prevented. I visited this past weekend with my guy and he wanted a pedicure to just hang out that afternoon together, like we often do every couple months. I appreciated getting in for an appointment last minute, just a couple days prior. I only mentioned this recent visit because my guy has been having issues wearing shoes since the pedicure. Keep in mind, we frequent salons for pedicures every couple months together just as a day date or impromptu break from work together. We aren't fussy about salons for pedicures and I felt like bringing him back to this salon since I needed a fill at the time. Wendy is always kind enough to schedule me in. Mind you, if by chance I am on a close time schedule I do double check and mention to her or her staff that I have a time schedule to keep just in case she may be running late to get to me (which it does/can happen usually) As previous clients may have mentioned in reviews, while I've turned a blind eye to it when it happens to me, I rarely start my appt on the scheduled time. If I see she may be running behind, sometimes I'll change my mind and get a pedicure as a walk-in. If making appts, keep in mind to keep a flexible schedule if making appointments at this salon. read more

I think this nails salon needs to get with the times a little. First they dunk your hands in acetone or whatever the chemical is to get your dip nails off. The other salons I have been to put cotton swaps straight on the nail and wrap them in foil. Dip nails are supposed to be done without uv lights. That's the whole point. They used gel. My other salon does a 3 min setting air dry polish. They also do that crap where they tell you 15 min. And then stick your hands in a bowl for 20-30 min before they actually get to you. Why oh why do salons do this. Just be honest. Say 45 min wait. And then you can plan your day. My nails are ok. They look nice enough. Although they are all different lengths and the filing job wasn't stellar. Won't be back. Atmosphere. Nothing special. read more

I was happy with this experience today. I want to say Wendy did my pedi. Whoever she was, she was just super cool. I decided not to shave or wax before my pedicure and she said she didn't care. And I never felt awkward about it. (Kinda liberating if I'm being honest.) it was the 4th of July and they were the only place open and they were surprisingly packed. Here's where she won me over. I got the top of the line pedicure and she did not skimp on the massage time. There were three people waiting to get a service and she could have easily rushed the massage and she didn't. I am so grateful for that because I needed it. Honestly this place just has an old school vibe and I am realizing that I find comfort in that. Won't ever go again. The lady who gave me my pedicure did about as crappy of a job that was humanly possible. Feet barely got a face to get wet and she was pulling them out of the water to cut my toenails. After she cut them she did the cuticles and rushed through that as well. This place is so cheap they pre measure the foot scrub and lotion. Come on now. So after she used the foot scrub (what little bit was used between both feet) she washed off my legs and then while they were still wet used the little thimble of lotion while my legs were still soaking wet. Who does that? Cheapskates that's who. She didn't even do the callus remover on my heels. I'll never go back. Not for a cheapskate 25 dollar pedicure and then a 5 dollar tip. Waited 45 minutes after scheduling an appointment!!!! Rude and and aggressive, the pedicure was the worst we've ever experienced.

My boyfriend and I came in on a Sunday at noon with a walk-in since we are new to the area and wanted to try it out. We waited for approximately 15 minutes for two pedicures which was really nice considering being a walk-in. The staff and customers both had masks on when we came in. Dana walked me over to the chair first to get started while my boyfriend had to wait for 5 minutes while Hana prepared and sanitized for his chair. As for our experience, it was really good. Amazing actually. Dana is so gentle, detail-oriented and has the attention to detail. If there was anything that stood out to her, she would take care of it. Hana had only took care of my boyfriend's pedicure without the nail polish but he overall really enjoyed the experience - he just wished the massage was longer haha! I have been to this nail salon a couple of times. I was satisfied so I came back. This review is for one particular nail technician, her name is JESSICA. I noticed that she was rough on doing my pedicure but I didn't worry about it. There was a little soreness on one of the areas where she removed my cuticle. I said no big deal. Then came to my manicure. My cuticles are soft and thin. So I was worried she would cut me. I told her beforehand there was a place nearby that almost cut me so I never came back. I thought that would be a warning. When she was removing and cleaning my cuticles on my left hand, my fingers were so tense. I told her I'm scared about getting a cut. Lo and behold she cut my skin ouch! She profusely said sorry, of Course I forgave her. I know she didn't mean it, but I think needs a review like this. Just be forewarned about her services. I guess the rest of the girls there are better than her. Sorry too one star for you and i don't think I will go back. read more

I honestly feel like crying rn, with all the holiday stress I snuck away with my daughter to get come to this salon for some relief and they just added to the overwhelming stress im already burdened with, first my daughter wanted her nails and toes painted red & green so red green red green red green across the board and the lady painted her finger nails green and her toes orange? I'm so confused on why she took it into her own hands to change the design and the color? or was she not even listening when I explain what service my 8 year old wanted. I noticed the sadness on my daughters face then I realized her nails were wrong, they corrected the design pattern but kept the orange and never changed it to red like we requested. then nail tech couldn't paint a French tip on my toes? French tip is generic not a crazy design, she had tried it 3 times before I asked her to remove it, and I asked the owner if someone else could accomplish a French tip and she said yes but the next tech also could NOT paint a French tip, I could've painted my toes better myself not one line is straight or even and 8/10 of my toes are cut up, my feet are sore and ugly now. They attempted to correct the issue but my daughter left with orange a green nails for Christmas and I left with a botched French tip so sad and no discount on the charge and not one word as we walked out, Shameful. read more

Updated review... not very happy with my 3rd visit here... an older gentleman did my nails and cut me during the process. No ointment or disinfectant was offered to me. Also some of my nails still turned out slightly crooked even after telling him multiple times. The shape isn't right either, I wanted very sharp square nails and he kept rounding them out. His acrylic application was too thick especially when gel color was applied on top. Also when I walked in, they told me the wait was 15 minutes when in reality I waited for 40 minutes. I did not have an appt so I understand the wait but if I knew the wait was 40 minutes I would have gone somewhere else. Unfortunately, I won't be coming here again. Just had another AMAZING PEDICURE with DANA! She goes the extra mile and makes sure to keep cuticles in line so in don't get ingrown and took great measures when she first started gently taking them out. I have big toe nails that always break in the corners and she has been slowly reducing the acrylic needed on them to get them strong again. read more

And I literally pointed to what I wanted on the menu. The lady put gel on instead then charged me an extra $15. First and foremost Wendy is hands down the BEST nail tech I've ever had and I've been getting acrylic nails for over a decade now. The quality and time that she puts in her work is incredible and so pretty! I honestly can't stop staring at my nails each time LOL and always get so many compliments! The best part is that it lasts for weeks and doesn't lift like other nail salons I've been to. I have been coming to this nail salon for more than a year. I feel sad to have to post this but it is the honest truth. They have a lot of colors to choose from, they are not the cheapest in town but I am a loyal customer and they normally do a decent job. My most recent pedi while doing this review my toes got butchered. I have noticed that in the last few months that every time and I mean every time we call ahead to schedule an appointment my daughter and I arrive at the time and we end up having to wait 30 plus minutes. It would be understandable for this to happen once or twice but not EVERY time. The last time my daughter waited to get her acrylic nails filled she had to wait closer to an hour after her appointment time and she ended up being late for work and she had to leave in the middle of her fill. She had to go back the next day to have her nails completed. They just got so comfortable with us as regulars that they have little to no respect for our time. We always arrive on time and not once in the last 4 or 5 visits did we get serviced at the appointment time. This is a busy place and that's good for them. I let them know that they should tell us the time that they can actually take us so we don't have to waist our time. And my toes got the wrath, my toe was bleeding during the pedicure after I spoke up and complained about the long wait. read more

Simple right, NOOO... she starts cutting spin off all of my big toes. And I tell her it's hurting and she replies no that's def skin... while cutting me. Now i cannot walk without pain and throbbing.
