Found my new nail salon! I had an amazing experience here today for my first visit. They are a new salon that is super clean and has tons of gel, dip, and matching polish options! Casey did my gel mani today and did a fabulous job. I asked for a design and she literally did exactly what I showed her. She gave really good recommendations on what color would be best and suggested I used hot gel under my gel mani so I could keep my natural nails long and super strong. My pedi was good too, massage felt amazing. Brand new spa chairs spaced out nicely. Employees wore masks. Bring cash for tip or they have an atm there to withdraw cash with only 50 cent fee! So so happy to have this salon in my area! read more

This place is new and clean but a little pricey. I was really excited to come here because it's literally down the street. I've been here twice now and they were really busy, but still managed to have me seated pretty quickly. They have a lot of great colors and are familiar with a lot of the new trends and shapes. If I decided to go anywhere else, it would be because I didn't want to pay so much. Price wise - I asked for a fill with gel nail polish and 2 diamonds and a pedicure with regular polish. $70 Last visit price wise - I asked for a full set with gel polish and 2 tier pedicure with regular polish $85 Also, bring cash or check for the tip or else you might feel obligated to use there ATM machine. read more

The salon is IMMACULATE. It's in a new suite in a new building with everything clean, sterilized, and organized. The spa chairs and manicure stations are sufficiently spaced for social distancing. The overall area of the salon is much wider compared to other salons that feel like a cramped hallway. Kelly is my nail tech. I don't feel the pedicure I received was worth the $40 I spent. I've been to other places and they really work on my feet. Here it was like a drive thru car wash instead of hand wash place. lol I will continue to look for other salons to get a good pedicure. read more

nail salon: is clean and yes they are friendly BUT I'm surprise that I paid this much for fake nails that are so short. First of all I showed the guy what I wanted. Then when it came to the color he swears I only had two options of nude one clear and another pink! Whatever, I don't know if I annoyed him because I was like Um that all you have? He replied yes and gives me to the owner who is super nice. She does my design but when I get to the car I notice the polish is ruined on my thumb. I didn't have the energy to go back and I will never come back because I paid 95 in total for a basic pedi $25 added 10 minutes massage so additional $10 (that's an ok price) but my acrylic nails that are short, color isn't on right and not shaped right $60 is not ok. read more

I absolutely love my nails!! Steven and Kayla did a fantastic job. They were both very patient and didn't make me feel rushed despite it being kind of busy. Steven shaped my nails while Kayla did the design. I forgot the name of the lady who did my pedicure but she was also really nice. Overall GREAT customer service and a great new business! Kayla is still my go-to girl after all this time. Always a beautiful set and great with waxing too! I get hot gel with or without translucent pink on top. Don't come here if you can drive down the street or the next city over! Rude and they don't do a good job! Oh, if you make them do it right they just talk shit about you so save your money or go elsewhere! The owner knew I was upset and didn't give a shit!, I live 2 minutes away and would rather drive an hour somewhere else then to deal with these rude people! They don't do a good job at all, except for the tall man doing pedicures. He was good. Not to mention I specifically told them I needed a long nails specialist! Went for a pedicure on Sunday! They were open and I called for appointment and Tony did a good relaxing pedicure. I then asked if he had time for a manicure and he happily continued with me in the massage chair. He did a gel polish on my hands and they came out beautifully with no mess. I've been coming to this nail salon for almost a year now. The location is really convenient for me but what makes me keep on coming back is their work. I've had different nail technicians do my gel manicure and pedicure and they all do a great job! I always make an appointment so I don't have to wait but I've seen walk ins get serviced with minimal wait. The last time I went, I got a full set. Kelly did my nails perfectly! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she definitely NAILED it! I will make sure to schedule with her when I get acrylic nails. Pricing is comparable to other nail salons. I would give my pedicure a 5 star. No gel just polish. $60.00 My fill for acrylics and gel was a whopping $40.00 wow When I went to pay first the lady said $95.00 than spoke to the male receptionist and than said $100.00. Wow that would make it over $200.00 a month plus tip. Outrageous. If you want us to shop local and support local businesses you need to have better prices. The same pedicure elsewhere is no more than $45.00. Sorry won't be back. Way too expensive. I also want to say male nail tech and male pedicure tech NEVER spoke one of english to me acknowledged me except to comment how cute my 4 yo is. This is America and with American patrons I would expect them to speak English. We are not in asia.... and no I'm not being racist. Just feel like our hard earned money is good enough but yet they can not engage in simple conversation,doesn't make ya feel very appreciated. read more

My second time in this place 5 stars of course that if 1-clean 2- fast service 3- the most important ones did not cut my skin or hurt my cuticle I hope the service continues like this, a little expensive but it is worth spending your money here. read more

I been going to this nail salon since they open. I go there coz it's closer to home. I takes alot for me to give a negative review. A few times they did my acrylic nails it wasn't very nice given the fact I pay so much money and not getting a good nails. I'm not the kind of person to complain. But this time I decided to write a review coz i went there March 11 to get my nails done. They had a guy do my nails even though he only does pedicure. But they know I don't complain so they let him do my nails. Two days later my acrylic came of so I went back to get it fix. I paid $50 for a fill and it wasn't nice and it breaks after a couple of days. So went back and the lady I think her name is Tina wasn't very happy. And she keeps Talking to Kayla and the other Vietnamese people there and I know she's talking shit about me. I just see it a good service. It's very rude to speak in their language. All these nail salon should speak English. I am definitely not going back to this nail salon. Rude and not friendly. Not to mentioned Kayla tried to charge me $168 for a fill and pedicure. I complained about it and she realized she made a mistake. Nice try lady. read more

So sorry to say that this place was absolutely horrible. The lady that did my nails did not take her time. It felt like she was barely doing anything. She also was very irritated the second she came up to me. Told me in a bothered tone not to put my other foot up when I was just adjusting it. She did not trim my nails like I asked and didn't push back my cuticles enough. I also couldn't see the colors up close so both colors I tried I didn't like. I just stuck with the second one as to not be a bother to change it a second time. Not to mention the actually nail color job itself was just sub par. I should've just done my own nails and it would've turned out better. There goes $30 down the drain. read more

I've been going here to a girl named Tina for close to a year. Tina did an excellent job. Then I was told Tina was out. Went twice to another girl. My nails were destroyed. First time with other girl I was back in 2 days with 2 broken nails. Ten days later more broken nails. Tina was fantastic ! My nails were always perfect. The girl doing my nails used the drill too much and my nails broke, peeled, and weakened. When I went back a third time and asked for help with my nails. They told me to go somewhere else. What kind of customer service is this??? read more

Just is amazing with lashes and very affordable. The retention is incredible he always gets me in with my crazy schedule. I have never got my nails done here but the lashes are the best! I just had my nails done Monday 5/17. Today is Wednesday 5/19 and they are already a mess. 4 nails are chipping and cracking already... I have never had this happen with the powder dip before. I am on vacation to boot! So, now I have to either find a place to have them fixed, or walk around looking like a train wreck. Such a bummer. Thee best nail place I've been to in too long! Anything I have asked for they have delivered in 10 fold! Steven and Kayla are absolutely amazing with nail shape and designs! I showed them a picture off of Pinterest I wanted and they patiently let me choose every color I was looking for and the perfect shape! It is a challenge to find a nail salon that you can consider a "forever" nail salon. Dreamy Nails & Spa is clean, friendly and accommodating. They are a strong contender for my "forever" salon. Kelly was my nail technician and she did a great job on my new set. She listened to what I wanted and she NAILED it (pun intended)! I am definitely going back! read more

The purpose of this letter is to notify you that I will no longer be returning to or supporting your establishment. This was a difficult decision to make because I genuinely care about people, especially those with whom I have built rapport. I also hoped that your attitude toward others would change over time. Even against Katy's advice, I continued to frequently support your establishment and listen to the harsh comments you made about other people. I accepted your negative demeanor even when I made simple requests regarding services that I was paying for with my hard-earned money. I also tried to bring you more business by referring friends, including my closest friends. Each time, however, you had something negative to say, and you treated them so poorly that they vowed not to return. The last incident was the final straw. I brought a friend in to have her nails done, and you made her feel so uncomfortable that she later asked me why I would continue spending my money at a place with such subpar customer service. Your Yelp reviews are filled with customers expressing concerns about how rude you are, and every chance I had, I tried to defend you. However, you never extended that same grace or flexibility to me. When I asked you to try something new for me, you refused. During my most recent visit, you told me that you prefer your clients not bring referrals because you do not understand why "Westerners like to do everything together." You also expressed frustration that my friend and I were conversing with one another while getting our nails done. You were upset that my friend wanted to know the cost of services before receiving them, and you even stated that "people should not enter your establishment with expectations." I found that statement, along with many of your other comments and behaviors, to be offensive and dismissive of the very customers you serve. Your attitude is not welcoming, and when concerns about it were brought to your attention, you stated that you did not care. You said that you are "not a try-hard," that people either like it or they do not, and that you do not force anyone to patronize your business. With that understanding of your true perspective, your lack of professionalism, and your inability to provide quality customer service in an industry that depends entirely on customers, referrals, and word of mouth, I have decided to no longer support Fancy Nails and Spa. I will be posting an honest review on Yelp, and I sincerely hope that you find a way to treat people with more kindness and respect. This is especially important considering that you have expressed concerns about declining customer volume and competition from independent nail technicians. I wish you all the best, and I hope that the true teachings of Buddhism help you reflect on how you view the world and how you treat others, especially in your professional life. I should have paid attention more, so that's my bad too....but they should have been more vocal also.
