Found my new nail salon! I had an amazing experience here today for my first visit. They are a new salon that is super clean and has tons of gel, dip, and matching polish options! Casey did my gel mani today and did a fabulous job. I asked for a design and she literally did exactly what I showed her. She gave really good recommendations on what color would be best and suggested I used hot gel under my gel mani so I could keep my natural nails long and super strong. My pedi was good too, massage felt amazing. Brand new spa chairs spaced out nicely. Employees wore masks. Bring cash for tip or they have an atm there to withdraw cash with only 50 cent fee! But they know I don't complain so they let him do my nails. Two days later my acrylic came of so I went back to get it fix. I paid $50 for a fill and it wasn't nice and it breaks after a couple of days. So went back and the lady I think her name is Tina wasn't very happy. And she keeps Talking to Kayla and the other Vietnamese people there and I know she's talking shit about me. I just see it a good service. It's very rude to speak in their language. All these nail salon should speak English. I am definitely not going back to this nail salon. Rude and not friendly. Not to mentioned Kayla tried to charge me $168 for a fill and pedicure. No gel just polish. $60.00 My fill for acrylics and gel was a whopping $40.00 wow When I went to pay first the lady said $95.00 than spoke to the male receptionist and than said $100.00. Wow that would make it over $200.00 a month plus tip. Outrageous. If you want us to shop local and support local businesses you need to have better prices. The same pedicure elsewhere is no more than $45.00. Sorry won't be back. Way too expensive. I've been going here to a girl named Tina for close to a year. Tina did an excellent job. Then I was told Tina was out. Went twice to another girl. My nails were destroyed. First time with other girl I was back in 2 days with 2 broken nails. Ten days later more broken nails. Tina was fantastic ! My nails were always perfect. She also was very irritated the second she came up to me. Told me in a bothered tone not to put my other foot up when I was just adjusting it. She did not trim my nails like I asked and didn't push back my cuticles enough. I also couldn't see the colors up close so both colors I tried I didn't like. I just stuck with the second one as to not be a bother to change it a second time. Not to mention the actually nail color job itself was just sub par.
