Kind, clean, and quality describe Allure. I have thin sensitive nails and so the usual choice that other stores choose of using the electric sander to get rid of remaining gel is not an option for me. This team takes care in respecting my request to manually remove it and their coats last! (I went to another salon on the East Side and their gel coat lasted less than 1 week!). Very courteous but nails were uneven and chosen color was not provided. I asked pale pink but was given white. In dip nail manicure you can't tell if color is wrong until nails complete. I asked twice about the color not looking correct but was told it was pale pink - once in daylight outside salon it was obviously white but too late to ask redo and it takes a long time removal and redo plus can damage nails. It was easy to see once color on and outside that the nails were all different shapes rather than all the same proper shape. Very disappointing and looked bad. For $55 expected much better. read more

So bad!! I called prior to making an appointment to ask if they had hybrid gel and if they had pink acrylic for my friend and they said yes to both. They didn't have either the tech lied and said the gel she was using was hybrid gel but it was not (I am a licensed nail tech as well). The shape, product, everything was SO BAD. Lumps everywhere. After she painted she even realized how many tumors were growing off my polish so she had to re drill and repaint. And it was still terrible. Now after getting a fill I have green everywhere on my natural nails. I've never had this issue before. Disgusting. 10/10 recommend going anywhere else read more

To start off, I was thankful to get an appointment the day of due to having a bad day. Well, this turned my day from bad to worse. Do not let the man who works there touch your feet. They give you a pillow to rest your hands on, but I wish I removed it to watch what he was doing. Instead of shaping my toe nail, he removed and cut my skin! Went to this place last minute with a friend, their pictures looked good so I thought okay let's try them out. I got both my nails and toes done, after looking at my nails they look terrible(got the gel x). They're unevenly shaped and some nails are different lengths, the texture is wonky also. Both me and my friend got the deluxe pedicure, which comes with cuticle care and callus removal and I don't think either of us got that. I'm not sure if the pictures they're using online are actually their pictures or maybe just a different nail tech was in. I was with Shawna who left a 1 star review as well which you are claiming you can't find us in your system (not surprising) not only did she get green nail fungus but I did as well. We called prior to making our appointments to make sure you had my color which you said yes and once we arrived you didn't have it, my nails started popping the very next day, and as mentioned two nails got green fungus. Immediately had to remove these as soon as I got home. WOW. I cannot express the quality, service and customer service this nail salon provides its clients. I called on a Friday afternoon for a last minute pedi, and they were able to get me in there & then. I arrived and was attended right away. The chairs are great, look brand new and offer back & shoulder massages. I was given a pedi by a very nice gentleman, who not only took his time to shape my toe nails, but went above and beyond to make sure the nail polish was evenly distributed. Received a little foot massage/scrub too. I literally am so picky about my toes and haven't been happy with my toes the past times I have gone to other nail salons, but I will for sure be returning here! We (me and my daughter) went to get pedicures before we left for vacation and I was not as happy with their service. This place by far meets or exceeds my expectations and please let it be known I am not overly picky once you get me down. They even impressed my out of town guests for a wedding! I called late one afternoon to find out if they could fit me in and luckily they could. It was slow, but there were 4 people working so there was no waiting. I got a dip manicure and I was happy to see that while they used a drill, they were careful not to touch my nail bed. A soak in solution and my existing polish came off easily I had someone training on the dip manicure, so it was a little slow. Once done, Tram came over to check the work and filed and refined the shape to perfection. A little art, and she was done. I was so happy that Allure was able to get me in at the last minute! I called at 5:45pm (they close at 7pm) I'm 31 weeks pregnant & just wanted a chance to rest & relax a bit.
