I hate to post this, and I am really saddened as I still like them. As a regular who has done quite a bit of business with them and gotten my nails done quite often, the experiences and quality of work have declined. Every time I try to have them fix my nails, they never have time and are always booked. When trying to schedule return appointments, there's just nothing available. I wish they would do better in assisting their regulars who want to come back rather than just accommodating other customers who don't come in as often. read more

I had such a great experience here! They book up quick, but do take walk ins. I lucked out. They were packed, but somehow were able to squeeze me in. The man who gave me my pedicure was so sweet and considerate. I am pregnant and had been on my feet all day and my ankles were pretty swollen. He got me water and helped me in and out of my seat and was just so attentive to every detail. My manicure was just as good. I was so happy with how my nails turned out. Thai place is the best I've ever been to! I switched over a year ago because quality at other salons was going down and my manicures weren't lasting as long as they should. At Neo nails my manicure last the longest, no chips, no breaks, just perfect nails! I'm pretty plain when it comes to colors but I've tried the chrome and the jelly nails even some cat eye nails, and let me tell you they are all fantastic! The attention to detail is unmatched! I will never get a manicure anywhere else! Everyone is so friendly and I love the calming vibe. You have to make your appointment ahead of time because they book quite fast but I usually book my next appointment when I pay and just mark it on the calendar. Great results, everyone was very kind, but I was there for a mani/pedi from 3:30 until 6pm!! When I arrived it was busy and I had to wait 15 mins past my appointment time to start the pedi, but the tech was very thorough and I was happy with the finished result (perfect shape, clean cuticles, polish applied evenly). Once my pedi was finished they did not have anyone to do my gel mani and I had to wait again. It was frustrating as others walked in while I was waiting and were taken before they finally started my mani 20 mins later. Luckily I had the time to wait, but I would not recommend Neo nails if you need to stick to a schedule as they seem to accept more clients than they can service efficiently. read more

Paid $85 for a full set of acrylics and the nails lasted less than 2 weeks! Major grow out and all lifting. And my nails are healthy and am not hard on them at all. They weren't accommodating. I never write reviews but I HAD TO. This was my first time going here and it is the best manicure I have ever had. Pictures don't even do it justice. I got a gel manicure with a French tip. Lucy nailed the shape and execution flawlessly. She was so gentle and thorough. The vibe in there is so good, they have lowfi music playing and it was relaxing. 100/10 will go again!!!!
