DO NOT GO HERE! I just had the worst and most disrespectful nail salon experience I've ever had. I get my nails done every two weeks and decided to try this salon after my regular place closed. From the start, the service was incredibly unprofessional. My technician spent over 30 minutes on her phone while I sat waiting for my old polish to soak off--a process that should not have taken nearly that long. Things got much worse when I politely asked if she could file my nails into a different shape. She repeatedly refused, and when I asked again, she became visibly irritated. At one point, she slapped my arm away and then aggressively yanked my hands around multiple times while working on my nails. The way she handled me was completely unnecessary, rough, and unacceptable. At that point, I gave up on getting the shape I wanted because I just wanted to leave. I've never been treated so disrespectfully at a salon. There is no excuse for speaking to or physically handling a customer this way. I will never return and would strongly encourage others to go elsewhere. read more

I had such a great experience here that I actually went back the very next day for a pedicure! I first came across this salon on Yelp while I was in the neighborhood waiting for my daughter's half-day summer camp. I wanted to replace my old set with Cat Eye gel nails (猫眼美甲), and I'm so glad I chose this spot. The ladies here are super friendly--warm without being overly chatty--and very attentive while doing the nails. I love how my new nails turned out, and the pedicure was just as great. Came here multiple times now and all my visits have been wonderful. Never got the same nail tech twice but all the ones that have taken care of me, have done a great job - so that says a lot. Consistently. The past couple times I've came were strictly for gel pedicure's but I want to brag about my experience today for getting a French gel manicure and was assisted by Ivy who was meticulous and detailed when it came to shaping my nails and making sure the cut/color was exactly what I had wanted. I also broke a nail and she fixed it with gel extension and I can't even tell since it looked very natural! I added a small bow design to my nails as I mainly wanted to get my nails done for my baby shower and it turned out so cute!! Thank you Ivy. I'm very happy. This is a reliable nail spa near my office. I've been coming here on and off for the past two years. The ladies who work here are extremely courteous and professional. Nails always come out looking solid! My only gripe is that they remove gel nail polish my soaking your fingers in acetone. I prefer electric filers to remove old gel, as it takes less time and your body does not absorb the acetone. read more

Requested a cracked dip manicure removal (I had received that service from a different nail salon in Brooklyn on Nov 5th) and basic manicure. The technician who was using the drill was a bit overzealous with it. I could feel the heat and my nail began to hurt a lot. I kindly let the nail technician know. Into the basic manicure. been here a few times first time they did fine and i came back to get very simple gel x nails no design and my nails literally pointed upwards? they were so ridiculously crooked. i complained as nicely as i could for her to try a few of the nails again (right after they were stuck on) and she seemed to be really irritated and immediately mimicked my voice and angrily spoke in another language to her coworkers. her redo was exactly how it looked the first time she did them. i wont be coming back here. read more

Stopped at this salon by my work office. There isn't a waiting area so if you need to wait because they get rather busy. You just stand there awkwardly. But the staff are nice and I think they did a great job on my gel mani and pedi. Totally was $105 but you get 10% discount if you pay cash! So bring cash! The salon seems new and the pedicure chairs have massage options. Overall I like this salon and would come again. Next time I want to try the designs they can do. I work close by so I passed by and asked for pricing which is reasonable. I got a pedicure under 45 mins so that's amazing. Good quality polish, friendly customer service, very attentive. I am very particular with getting pedicures but no complaints here. Since the pedicure went well, I decided to return for a gel manicure about a week later, I read reviews and found that Emily is good for first timers & she did not disappoint. Overall experience at this nail salon was not great at all! My friend and I booked a nail appointment in advance for the two of us at 7pm. Two pedicures and one eyebrow. Her and I did end up getting there around 6:30pm. That was early I know, but the staff was clearly informed. The staff got her and I in within 10 minutes or so. There were two spots left there for us. Seemed great right? No that was not the case. Someone worked on my pedicure right away, but my friend was left with no one there until probably 30 minutes later. I was almost finished at this point which was frustrating. My friend was just sitting there. I mean what else was she supposed to do? She thought someone would eventually come. I got burned on my foot in the process of my pedicure. I really do not know how, but it happened. It truly did. I was added an extra ten minutes to my service for some random reason, I really don't know why. If it couldn't have taken any longer. Like hello? Toward the end of my service, I had this lotion left on my feet. That lotion made me keep slipping in my shoes which was very uncomfortable. I could not properly walk. It was embarrassing. My feet were hurting. I got done while my friend was barely started on, so I headed onto my eyebrow. I was done within a few minutes. Very quick. Eyebrows did not turn out that great, they were just eh. That service was probably a little too quick. I went up to the counter, and the staff informed me just when I got up there that they do not take debit card payment at all. Hm. No cash either? Oh? Well, I was running out of luck. My friend eventually comes back over after she is finished and has the same reaction as I just did. Were both stuck. The lady up front tells us that only Zell is the form of payment. Well, who has Zell? I remembered that I did have Zell with my bank, but my friend did not. My friend gets her mom on the phone to try and figure it out. My friend's mom figures it out, but it takes a little bit obviously. Then here comes the tip. The lady is demanding a tip over and over. All this while everyone is cleaning up and trying to close the salon in front of us. The salon has been closed for quite a while now. There is still one lady there next to us getting her nails done too! We had to pay for the big tip by Venmo as well. I didn't even have Venmo. Neither did my friend, so again she had to get her mom on the phone. Tip was way too much. Still been demanded even though its optional. My friend's mom insists no more tip. We tell them that up front and they're still not taking that for an answer. Trying to get more out of us. We say it a few times and then the woman lets us go. Wow. read more

Why provide a guarantee if you're not gonna hold up your end of the deal!! Never going back here again. It's just not worth the price. Their manicure is not high-quality. omg writing this review as soon as I left cause I'm so happy!! I dont usually do my nails because I've never been really happy with the results/ price I paid for said results. But for my husband bday and a wedding, I decided I needed to fix up my nails and deciding to come in since I live close by. I didnt have an appointment but I was able to do a normal pedi, gel mani + old gel removal right away- and for less than $100!! The pedi chairs were massage chairs! And Emily did my nails and she was really attentive and made sure my nails were trimmed and cleaned up. During the pedi, they also scrub the dead skin off and do a mini foot massage which was great For my gel mani, same thing- she filed and made sure I liked the shape, cleaned up my cuticles without damaging them and did a great job with painting. She was also so nice and personable unlike other nail techs I've been too before.
