It's easy to make an appointment here: I recommend making it through Yelp, so they can set you up with someone who specializes in the service you're looking for. Appointments can be made a week in advance, and there's always availabilities. If you're more spontaneous though, they can almost always accommodate walk ins too! Miki is my girl. I always get gel nails and love a good nail art moment, and Miki can always pull off any design I bring to the table. She's freehanded all sorts of crazy designs for me, and I get compliments from people all the time about them. I don't know what they put in these gel nails either, but they last super well. All my sets have lasted long enough for my nails to grow out, get cut, and then some. I'm a nurse, so I wash my hands all the time, but these nails not only stay on, but stay uncracked! I've had nails from here that lasted 2-3 months easily. Also, if you're into cat eye polish, this place has a lot of color options! I get my nails done every two weeks and decided to try this salon after my regular place closed. From the start, the service was incredibly unprofessional. My technician spent over 30 minutes on her phone while I sat waiting for my old polish to soak off--a process that should not have taken nearly that long. Things got much worse when I politely asked if she could file my nails into a different shape. She repeatedly refused, and when I asked again, she became visibly irritated. At one point, she slapped my arm away and then aggressively yanked my hands around multiple times while working on my nails. The way she handled me was completely unnecessary, rough, and unacceptable. At that point, I gave up on getting the shape I wanted because I just wanted to leave. I've never been treated so disrespectfully at a salon. There is no excuse for speaking to or physically handling a customer this way. I was booked with a student of hers. the nail tech was very detailed in her cuticle clean up. she definitely took her time making sure my extensions were done to the correct length. I did have to correct her in terms of design. I wanted it done according to the photo where it was on the pink, ring and middle & she started putting it on my middle, index and thumb. her line work wasn't bad, but definitely can tell where she stopped and started a line. also you won't get any treatments along with your manicure here, it's just the manicure - no lotion, no wax, but I am 100% fine with that as they put a lot of time into your nails. my only gripe was she put way too much glue under my nails. I ended up messaging Ting the next day who was willing to see me and to clean me up! she ended up apologizing & did a fabulous job grinding down the glue! I love the way my nails look & I'd 100% return next time I'm in the area!

I already had builder gel on my natural nails so that they could start growing out but they started lifting (these were done at a different salon). My appointment was with Liam and he prepped my nails really well after removing the old gel and did a fill in for me. I also showed an inspo pic of a design I liked and they were transparent with letting me know that I didn't select the correct service option since the inspo I had needed a more complex design. So I went ahead and chose to do a single color cat eye and I love it (: I would definitely recommend going here!
