The customer service at Allure is top tier . I have had to hunt down a medication monthly because CVS never has it in stock and they do nothing to help as you are faced with running out of your prescription . It was a blessing in disguise when I couldn't get through to CVS and instead asked for my prescription to be sent to Allure. I was able to call in and actually speak to someone and confirm my prescription was received. Kim, the staff member I spoke with, was really kind and helpful. I so appreciated her and just generally being able to reach someone in the pharmacy when I called. Getting my prescription was a similarly pleasant experience and it seemed like everyone on staff was happy to be there. When I mentioned how helpful Kim had been, the pharmacy clerk (I'm sorry I didn't get your name) brought Kim up from the back so she could receive the compliment. I thought that was really nice and encapsulates the energy within the pharmacy. Highly recommend and I'm excited to have a new pharmacy! read more

I love everything about this pharmacy. They always seem to have stock of things, the lines are always very short, the staff is incredibly nice and helpful and responsive. When we had to move out after the fires and replace some medication, David the lead tech spent a lot of time on the phone navigating things with Insurance companies and a couple of different drug companies to make sure that everything was handled. Just wanted to update my review after David reached out to help me with my insurance situation. David went the extra mile to make things right. He understands how some insurance plans require pre-authorization and worked with me to make things right. He also looked for a coupon to lower the cost of my medication. This pharmacy has helped me by compounding unique medications at a reasonable price. Unfortunately they don't always call when they get a new prescription so you can pay and have it compounded. Compounding can range from 3-14 days. Once completed they also don't always notify you so you need to stay on top of it. Overall I'm thankful they can make my medication. read more

I use allure pharmacy as a recommendation from my dermatologist and they were 100% right about having the best deals on medications over chains like CVS or Vons. They are quick to follow up and usually I have my medication next day. I specifically worked with David recently to fill an expensive medication. While insurance did not cover and the best deal on GoodRX was $400, David hooked me up with $125 price point for my medication. I have all my scrips sent to allure now. Allure's employee David saved the day!! The prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy by the doctor's office. There was a substantial discount via coupon involved and the first pharmacy used it but could not ship to our address. The doctor's office also sent the prescription to Allure and when the tried to fill it the coupon could not be used. David graciously went the extra distance to confer with the other pharmacy, getting the coupon usable again. The prescription was received 550 miles away within 48 hours. Very disappointed in this pharmacy and their price gouging. Received a text today regarding availability at their pharmacy of in-home covid tests. When I called Allure to see about pricing they said it would $65 for a 2-test pkg! Outrageous when the company that makes the tests Allure wase offering only charges $13.98 for the same 2 tests. Seems like the company who makes the at=home covid tests is aware of companies overcharging for their tests as they have a scrolling banner on their website with a contact to reach to make complaints of overcharging. Allure Pharmacy should be ashamed of this overpricing scheme and taking advantage of people in a crisis. read more

I live in Las Vegas and got the first set of my medication from Allure the day after my surgery when the doctor in Los Angeles ordered it from them. I picked it up in person and requested to have the written prescriptions transferred to my local pharmacy in Vegas.They did not want to do that and said they could mail the refills to me but since the temperature in Las Vegas is 115 degrees, I did not want liquid medication traveling in that heat and told them that. I said I would have my local Walgreens request if and when needed. A week ago (Monday) I had my local pharmacy send the request for them to transfer the RX. I wasn't actually ordering the refill yet but I didn't want to wait until the last minute to have the RX here. I was running low on Wednesday so I ordered the refill on Thursday. When I went to pick up, they were not able to refill the prescription because Allure claimed they had mailed the actual mefs to me a week prior. They clearly never mailed it because a) they didn't have authorization from me and b) they didn't receive payment for the deductible unless they fraudulently charged my credit card which they did not have on file. I never received anything. My local pharmacy tried to get authorization from my insurance but they of course would not do it a second time. Allure claimed they sent it to me and when I asked for a tracking number, they suddenly did an about-face and said they would send the prescription but three days later, the local pharmacy still doesn't have it! We got the runaround on Friday and again on Saturday and on Sunday they are closed. And I am without my meds. This is a serious situation because I can't get the meds without a prescription even if I'm willing to pay cash for it!! As of 1:45 on Monday, they still have not transferred the prescription to my local pharmacy. I reached out to my doctor's office. A full 7 days later, after hearing from the Doctor's office,, Allure had someone call me to ask why I wanted the RX transferred!!!! That was the first time I ever heard from them!! An entire week of stress and lies and holding my Rx hostage. I still cannot believe the unprofessional attitude and behavior of this Pharmacy. This could have had serious health consequences. David is a miracle worker! My daughter needed the name brand of a medication and there are only 9 boxes left in the country. David was able to source the quantity needed and worked tirelessly with her doctor's office to obtain insurance coverage which literally saved me thousands of dollars.
