I started coming her about 2-3 years ago, and I have never went anywhere else. I get threading done on my eyebrows, and then for legs, bikini and under I get waxing services. I LOVE IT! I'm a mother of two young boys, so being able to get "pampered" at a great price is what I'm all about! The threading is great quality, and unbeatable prices! This place is DISGUSTING. I went in to get my eyebrows done, and one of the workers there double dipped in the wax, this is very UNSANITARY. Walked in here today. 10 women sitting on couches with no clients. No one greeted me. Last time I was here the young girl over threaded my brows that I told her im trying to grow in. I've been coming to Allure for about two years now, and their service used to be great! Recently they've been rushing my eyebrows and making them uneven and far too thin. I've had numerous amounts of cuts on my eyebrows and upper lip from them pushing too hard against it and going too fast. It seems like they're just trying to get you in and out fast, which is understandable but not when their work is bad. The lady who I always seem to get keeps telling me my skin is bad and that I need to get a facial. Every time I'm there she tells me what's wrong with my face. Not only is this incredibly unprofessional, it's just plain rude. I have done countless research on my own and gone to a dermatologist for my skin--and know that a single facial is not going to fix that. She has gone so far as to try to get me to come to her house and offered a cheaper price. This business is all about making money. There is no care for the customers, only their money. Most of the time they stop threading to answer their phones or reply to text messages. Again, would be understandable if they were answering calls regarding the salon and appointments--but no, they're all making personal calls. Although their prices are great, it does not make up for the unprofessional and poor quality of work they do. read more

I waited 20 minutes & when she was ready she took a women before me because this women had to go back to work. I signed in before her. There's no point in signing in if they decide who they take. I love this place. $5 gets you a fantastic eyebrow threading that'll make you vow never to wax again. Plus it's inexpensive enough that you can go back as often as you need to keep those unruly brows in line. PLUS - you don't have to make an appointment! These ladies work quickly, and I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes or so to get my eyebrows done. I'm always happy with the results - what's not to like about this one? read more

This place has HORRIBLE Customer Service. Everyone who works there seems to be Upset or has a problem with their coworkers. I've been coming to this Salon for a only a few months and wish I would have read these reviews before I went. They are cheapest in the area though. If somebody knows of a better place, please let me know A.S.A.P. Nobody greets you at the door Or reminds you that you have to sign in! Their waiting room furniture is completely sunken in or on the verge of breaking. They play Bali wood videos that nobody seems interested in except the people that work there.Then once they try to call your name none of them can read our names on the clipboard, and if they cant pronounce your name they just skip you. So pay attention who comes in before you and after you so you dont get skipped. Once you finally sit down for "service" they keep getting interrupted by whatnot, the phone, personal cell phones and etc...I was just in there on Friday 1/30/15 There was a kid screaming her head off while her mother got her hair dyed, nobody bothered to say anything to the mother or kid?! Why?! Because they were "usuals" I'm paying for a service!! Next time leave your kid at home lady! This Salon needs to get their act together. Please!!! read more

I have been going to this place since it opened, but my last few visits have been extremely disappointing. Allure Salon is good for a cheap mediocre eyebrow threading, but nothing else. The salon has broken equipment and was absolutely filthy, not to mention the rude employees. The last time i visited this salon was on a Friday afternoon during their normal hours, yet the door was locked and the staff was sitting down socializing. I have been going to this place for almost 7 years and..I stopped going couple of months back because of bad service. I don't know when the owner is going to get serious and straighten out her employees. There's way too much gossip and overall unprofessional behavior. There is only 1 person there who knows how to do eyebrows good and I also find it really idiotic that they just tell anyone to do facials..even the employees who have no idea! They all look frustrated, bored and just stuck up. I recently started going to a new salon opened 5 minutes from my house and they're far more professional and they even do my eyebrows better! I just want a place where they take care of you and Allure Salon unfortunately lacks that. read more
