We had Alluring Homes do a full roof replacement (home + detached garage) for us a little over two weeks ago. While we haven't had a storm to test the durability yet, we could not be any happier with our experience! The total footprint of our project was somewhere around 2700 SF and it was completed both on schedule (within 5 days) and on budget (no surprise charges). We had shopped this job out to a few different companies, and the estimate provided by Alluring Homes was either on par or better than the rest. However, it was their glowing reviews that really sealed the deal, as they had the best and most consistent ratings/comments across multiple review platforms. Now here we are, adding our own fantastic experience to help others! Sergio, the owner and our main point of contact, was extremely communicative and responsive throughout the process. "Communicative" in the sense that he was transparent and forthcoming about our options, his products and procedures, what we should expect and how to prepare, pricing, project updates, etc. He even sent us multiple video clips from the roof, showing us any potential issues and keeping us updated on the status of our project. Sergio was also "responsive" in the sense that he would promptly answer any questions we had... without making us feel belittled or like a bother (as I've experienced with a few contractors during other renovation projects). I tend to go down the research rabbit hole with subjects I'm not familiar with, so his ever-professional and friendly demeanor was truly appreciated. Sergio was neither pushy nor pitchy, and took care of everything including material sourcing, permit applications, and inspector visits. It was so easy to work with Sergio and his team that I'm honestly still in disbelief. While Sergio was on-site daily to check on status and workmanship, I think the work was primarily done by his crew who are deserving of their own praise. They were extremely tidy (including during demo), always on time (if not early), worked diligently and tirelessly, were respectful of our property and privacy, and gave a kind wave whenever I saw them. Not once did I have a concern about them, and I'm usually concerned about everything. I couldn't be happier with the job that Alluring Homes, Inc. did on my A-frame house in the hills. Since fire safety is extremely important to me, I wanted to find a company that could apply a flame-resistant primer to my all-wood house, which was somewhat challenging and a bit pricey. I also discovered a gorgeous paint color that I loved, despite its high cost. They not only matched the color but also ensured it was heat-reflective, which was fantastic since it was a darker shade. The attention to detail was exceptional. They repaired my roof, cleaned and restored the gutters, installed rain barrels, and even replaced the wooden stairs leading up to the house, all while keeping me informed throughout the entire process. Getting a new roof can be a very daunting experience. There are lots of options, but little guidance. Many other roofers want to charge you just for the initial consultation. We were at a loss before we found Alluring Homes. Right from the start, they offer a free inspection and consultation. Cesar was very understanding and answered all of our questions both big and small. He was kind and courteous throughout the visit. He got right to the point and took his ladder out to inspect our roof. Within a couple of days we had our quote which was fair and within industry standards. We really could not say enough great things about our experience with Sergio, the owner of Alluring Homes, and his crew. On January 7th, 2025 high winds blew shingles off the roof of our garage and rain was coming soon. Sergio came out immediately and gave us an estimate and completely covered the roof with plastic so that there would be no more damage. He said that we were not obligated to use him, but that he didn't want us to have any further damage from the rain, whether we used him or not. He is truly a kind soul. First of all let me say that I've never really done a project like getting a new roof. However, Sergio and his team made the whole process seamless. Sergio came highly recommended by my neighbor and a friend. He has great communication skills and he described the whole process well, thoroughly discussed options and choices and helped me to decide what's best for my roof. Thankfully, there was not a lot of repair required underneath the three old roofs, so that the final amount was the same as the original estimate. There were no surprises! (And I hate surprises). The project was completed in a timely manner; it started Monday morning and was completely finished by mid-to-late Thursday afternoon. We called when we smelled wetness in the attic. He came same day, and discovered flashings had failed around the chimney, a/c unit and vents. He sealed them free of charge. In the end, we chose to replace our 18 year old roof with "cool" roof shingles, and converted an open patio to one that's covered with a shiplap finish, new paint and gutters. We're absolutely pleased with the outcome that took just two days to complete. Sergio was on site with his large team of specialists of roofers, painters, HVAC, and gutter installers. Sergio, the owner of the business and his team, did a great job in repairing the roof. I contracted the Alluring Homes Inc. after getting bids from three more vendors. His prices were fair, and warranty was the best among the rest. In addition, Jose did a great job in taking the solar panels off and re-installing them back on again after the roof repair was complete. The electricity production has been most optimum after the job was finished. A few weeks after completion of the job, there were some issues related to the solar panels. Jose showed up immediately and determined the issue was related to our energy provider and the microinverter manufacturing company. His determination was correct, and the issue was addressed by the respective companies. Indeed, Alluring fulfilled its warranty commitment quickly. Alluring Homes installed my new roof about a year ago and I was extremely pleased with them from beginning to end. From first contact to finish product. So when I needed a new skylight, I called on them again. They installed a new skylight that was perfect, new features and nicer look outside. They were able to retrofit the skylight into the existing roof and shingles. You can't even tell that any work was done. We have had some big rains and no leaks, which is what I always worry about when holes are put in the roof. Since the new skylight was a slightly different profile inside, they also had to do some drywall and painting. It is perfect and looks better than before. read more

I had a great experience calling Sergio after tropical storm, Hillary, during which we sustained a small leak in the roof. After an early morning visit from another roof contractor, citing us $6,700 for a comparatively minor roof repair, I called Sergio to come and inspect to give me a second opinion and the quote. Turned out that the leak was indeed minor, coming from a vent in the roof that could be sealed by simply using a tube of Henry's roof sealant, which I can do myself. We called Sergio out for a roof inspection thinking it may be in bad shape and told him so. He could have gotten away with just about anything at that point, but instead, after doing a thorough roof and attic inspection, informed us that it was in good shape and probably had about 10 years left on it. He knew time was of the essence and came out right away. It's wonderful knowing we now have someone to use for our own roofing needs in the future as well as someone we trust enough to recommend to friends and family when the newd arises. We contacted alluring repairs to get a roof repair estimate. Their project manager named Cesar came out and did a full inspection of the roof. He was so polite and straight forward with details on the condition of our roof and even took pictures while he was on the roof to show us so we could get a visual perspective of what needed to be done and made the break down of the estimate super easy to understand .
