Her featured flavors are: -Dark chocolate -Crunchy chocolate with cacao nibs -Coconut (white chocolate) -Passion fruit or lilikoi (white chocolate) -Kauai coffee -Almond All of the flavors are intense but balanced by the premium chocolate and condensed milk used in making them. I suppose one could compare them to ganache that is used in making chocolate truffles. These brigadeiros are creamy and fudge-like though it melts smoothly as you might pop them in your mouth. If I recall it was around $18 for one box. These chocolates literally melt in your mouth have the smoothest flavor profile I have ever tasted. I am not really sure how to properly explain Royce chocolate and it's something you just have to eat to find out. I love the dusting of cocoa powder on them as well. My faves are the Champagne and Matcha, so far. I still haven't tried them all.
