All in my favor... I was lucky enough to have given the cutest fortune cookie made by Olive Branch Hawaii which I do follow and always love and admire for it's stunning work of art that's just too lovely to eat. This Lunar New Year there was a box of Fortune Cookie Dipped in Red Coloring and sprinkled with golden sugar and the boxed was passed around I was smiling with glee deciding on which cookie was calling at me and there was one sitting right on top ready to be picked. As many opened their cookie and read each of their fortune I kept mine as it was still the eve and waited to do so on the very next day the actual Lunar New Year. Absolutely grateful for my treat I opened it to the delight that no one had this fortune that I know of "Relax and enjoy this evening with good food & good friends" which I didn't lol but did enjoy my evening doing what I wanted. To humble yourself and be grateful is the greatest gift as you're given a path and though it can be rough it's the learning experience that I wouldn't trade...other than for a massage lol! Thank you Olive Branch Hawaii for providing lovely treats like this that does brighten days more than you know. Thank you!

Valentine's Day Goodies!

So....I would like to highlight the fact that Misha's customer service is just..Fabulous! Her communication is on point!! She is the nicest, most efficient, & 100% puts a lot of love & care into everything that she creates. I ordered Valentine's Day treats for my family & friends. Misha accommodated me with all my needs and even delivered on the day of..with the help of a really good friend of hers. We should only be so lucky to have friends like that! Our goodies were freshly made and ohhhh so yummy! I don't know how she made those but dang I am obsessed! Creamy, crunchy, sweet goodness. I will recommend Olive Branch Hawaii to anyone and everyone who will listen. You will not be disappointed. Her service alone is what will make me go back for more good eats! Thank you Misha! Aloha

Nice presentation of the Mini Box

I always wanted to get a Charcuterie set & we found a really good one from @olive_branch_hawaii in the Kakaako area. We ate everything in the box set; from Fruits & Nuts to Brie Cheeses & Crackers to Olives & Cold Cuts; (Sliced Salami & Prosciutto); everything in it was great! Even the presentation of the food items was top notch! I've ordered their mini box about a month ago & more recently tried their large box. I definitely recommend the Charcuterie sets from @olive_branch_hawaii. Misha is the owner & is a super nice person to meet. You can tell she enjoys what she does. She also has other snack items like White Chocolate Oreos & Pretzel Sticks & has themed goodies; depending on the season or holidays. Look the company up on Instagram & you can place your order on it's bio link. Then set up a pickup with Misha at her location behind Whole Foods in Kakaako in the A'eo Condo building.

Misha truly sets the bar HIGH! She responded with minutes of my first IG message to her. We exchanged numerous texts back & forth for almost 2 hours as I tried to decide what our family wanted to order for our son & daughter-in-law's elopement wedding day. Misha thoughtfully created a generous and beautiful charcuterie for our couple, even delivering it to their hotel! They were thrilled and added that everything was incredibly fresh and tasty. Thank you Misha, for going above and beyond in customer service and creating such high quality products!

Olive Box (large)

For all your party needs, Olive Branch Hawaii will take care of you. They provide charcuterie and sweet boxes perfect for a date night, a girl's night in, a birthday get together, etc. Olive Branch Hawaii is located in Ae'o, the building next to Whole Foods and around the corner from Rinka restaurant. I was able to easily pull up into the front lobby area for pickup, which was perfect since I'm healing from a sprained ankle (lol). The owner is Misha, and she is the sweetest. I had recently ordered an Olive Box (large) for a friend's birthday dinner, and everyone (me included) enjoyed it. The box was filled with an assortment of meats, cheeses, fruits, veggies, nuts, olives and honey. It was beautifully packed in a white box and even decorated with a sweet Happy Birthday sticker. The crackers were even packed separately in a sealed clear bag so they stay fresh. Knowing it was for a special occasion, she even threw in a few extra surprises for the birthday girl. So amazing. The Olive Box was such a hit, that I purchased another one for this weekend. It's always great when you get to support local, especially when the business makes each purchase so special. Thanks again, Misha.

I reached out to Misha 6 days before a 3 day event, where I needed to feed 540 people. She was responsive, professional, and a joy to work with! She worked with us on pricing while still delivering a great quality product, and it was exactly what we needed. We ended up going with the "Cup-cuterie" and couldn't be more pleased. She delivered early each day, was great at communicating with us, and the food was delicious! Thanks again Misha, 10/10 recommend for large events and small!

I really can't recommend Olive Branch Hawaii enough! Misha was so easy to work with, sweet, and communicative. I've worked with her on several occasions and have been lucky enough to enjoy a few of her charcuterie boxes and other treats myself ! Everything is made so fresh, packaged so well, and you can tell she puts a lot of love and thought into all the work, boxes, and treats she does. These boxes and goodies are the perfect addition to any party, picnic, or gathering you may have ! I love the cucumbers in the box, they make for a light and refreshing crisp snack while the mix of nuts (cashews and almonds) give it an earthy nutty flavor. The fruit (grapes and strawberries) is also a refreshingly sweet burst of flavor while the cheese is creamy and delicious. My husband loooved the salami and really tried to eat all of it and the olives and cashews (mind you we were at a party and sharing this box lol). It's also nice to know she has vegetarian options as well for people like my mom who don't eat red meat. I can't wait to order this for another special occasion and totally want to get more of the chocolate dipped treats, or maybe one of her lox box or breakfast boxes if she has them in the future ! Overall, I highly recommend Olive Branch Hawaii if you're looking for a delicious, and reliable charcuterie and treat vendor to work with!

Yummy chocolate covered strawberries.
Carla L.

Stumbled upon this business on IG and decided to try them out. Ordered some chocolate covered strawberries for my and my husband's 10-year anniversary. The whole order process was smooth. They checked in with me a couple times before my pick up date, which was greatly appreciated. The strawberries looked great and tasted even better. Will definitely order again. Highly recommended.

Momi Dolce's owner and confectioner is Michelle Serota who is from Brazil and she brings her tradition to Hawai'i. She sells her brigadeiros (pronounced "Bree-gah-day-ro") by 4-pack or 6-pack. Her featured flavors are: -Dark chocolate -Crunchy chocolate with cacao nibs -Coconut (white chocolate) -Passion fruit or lilikoi (white chocolate) -Kauai coffee -Almond All of the flavors are intense but balanced by the premium chocolate and condensed milk used in making them. I suppose one could compare them to ganache that is used in making chocolate truffles. These brigadeiros are creamy and fudge-like though it melts smoothly as you might pop them in your mouth. The good thing about Momi Dolce is that Michelle can be reached online so you don't have to wait for her appearance at the Kaka'ako Farmers Market. You can thank me later... Obrigado!

We saw some people illegally parked on the street right on the corner, but they didn't care, they would brave a citation just for these amazing treats! I am sure the neighbors who live across from this place think this is a massive headache, to have such a popular chocolate place right in their own neighborhood - either that, or a blessing, since they can just walk right across! There are 4 tiny stalls in the driveway in the front of the Doggie Bakery and this place, but it looks far too challenging to get in and out and onto the main street, which is insanely busy on a weekend. We parked in the neighboring lot and purchased something from another business just so we could get some chocolates here. If the parking situation were better, I'd come back. I purchased the Hokkaido Soft Serve (weekends only, I think), it was delicious but I was expecting more fatty mouthfeel for something that was labeled as "Hokkaido". It was lighter than I was expecting. The chocolates, on the other hand, were fabulous and worth every, expensive, penny. By the way, who the heck nowdays says "worth every penny"? Probably old folks like me who knew what a penny was, and now due to inflation and the Federal Reserve nixxing the penny, it's probably worth 0.0012 cents now. Rainbow Shave Ice - it really does taste like shave ice! I came here mainly for this, as I've heard the hype and the hype is real! Hibiki Whisky Chocolate - nice and lovely. Dubai Chocolate - with gold leaf and everything. The Dubai craze is insane. This was good, but the least of my favorites. Six chocolates + one soft serve = $30.

Hubs had to fast from 6 am for his 2 pm surgery so I thought he would probably be starving and would enjoy a delectable salt and butter roll from here. At $4.50 a piece I consider this a luxury for us. I found a close stall in the parking structure. A very cheerful polite male employee took my order. I had seen two occupied tables as I walked into the shop. Both had matcha drinks. Why not? I asked the young man assisting me, what's the best matcha drink? He said his favorite was banana matcha with extra banana foam. Okay I'll try it. He repeated it to the cashier. So popular there was a wait for beverages to be prepared. Soon enough mine was ready. I think Doc would enjoy this drink. This shop is a working bakery. Many yummy pastries displayed. Menu is posted high up above to choose from. Rather tiny shop with room for customers to stand in line to order and wait for drinks. Clean, busy with a few tables and chairs outside but pretty much in direct sun.

I don't really have a sweet tooth-I'm a no icing, no frosting kind of girl. I wouldn't dream of eating a cinnamon roll with icing, that's a no for me. But their donuts are delicious all the same and can definitely scratch the itch if you do have a sweet tooth. As someone who's vegan, it can be hard to find a dessert I actually feel good about, and this is one of those places. Everything is taro-based and cooked in coconut oil, which I really appreciate. Just a heads up-all of their donuts are taro donuts. The flavors come from the toppings, so if you see something like a strawberry one, the donut itself isn't strawberry--it's the topping. Their offerings change, ( they do have their core donuts that don't change-and I usually go for one "naked"--no glaze. Sometimes I'll get the honey and sea salt one. They also have an app where you can check the menu, keep track of your rewards, and manage gift cards, which makes it really convenient. Also, if you're not signed up for their rewards program, do it. You're basically passing up free donuts if you don't. Give them a go, share your experience and if your taste buds celebrated. SYOY! We arrived right when they opened at 5 pm on Wednesday, so it wasn't crowded at all. I was immediately impressed by the interior design and atmosphere. We started with cocktails: the Lychee Martini and the Pooka Punch. Both were tasty. The martini was sweet and not strong, and the punch had a flavor profile similar to a Mai Tai. For the appetizer, we ordered the Onaga from the Crudo section. It was refreshing, and the beet garnish added a slightly sweet and unique touch. Next, we had the King Crab Pasta. The sauce was Uni (Sea Urchin) butter without cream, which was great for someone lactose intolerant like me. The pasta was freshly made in-house and cooked perfectly al dente. So good. Our main dish was the Branzino. It was fresh, delicious, and had plenty of meat for the two of us. The sauce complemented it well. For sides, we chose the Asparagus and the Crispy Garlic Potatoes.
