Yesterday I picked up luncheon meat - provolone, capicola, and some salami to make sandwiches at home - and it only cost about $20 for 2.5 pounds. Hard to beat that! The owners are so nice and they have everything. I often stop by in the summer to get some ice cream sandwiches or other frozen ice cream desserts. The trust deli is a neighborhood treasure!

She said she needed to clarify with my doctor directly, because the cough medicine was a controlled substance and she didn't know how much the prescription was for -- even though the amount (in mL) was specifically written on the prescription. What's the point of having a pharmacist who refuses to read and follow the written prescription? Of course, my doctor was already gone for the weekend so he wasn't answering phone calls. I later went somewhere else to get my medicine & and the prescription was filled without any problems. Basically, this pharmacist refused to give me my medication even though I had a perfectly good prescription. If you're looking to fill a prescription, do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

So yesterday (1/13) I went into this Wawa location to get a bag of the mesquite bbq (which I love)...get back in the office and most of the dam chips didn't have the mesquite flavor on them. Secondly they were stale as hell!!! Messed up my whole lunch! I tried to salvage what I could from the bag (which was close to nothing because it was filled with air) but since I paid $2.49 for the dam bag I tried to make the best of it. No - you won't like the questionable clientele - but YES - you will love Vince Meo. He cheerfully fills my prescriptions and has given me manyhelpful pieces of information over the years concerning pharmacology and which prescription drugs I need. He even saved me time and money once, when I was very ill one winter. Helen at the front counter is a doll and the people who work here are so nice. Bring your insurance card - and be prepared to WAIT if its busy - but Vince - man, I love ya!
