That kind of service is rare. When I arrived, a kind woman answered all my questions and walked me over to find exactly what I was looking for instead of just pointing me in the right direction. After I paid, a young man walked me to my car and loaded my plants neatly with a bag to keep everything clean. What meant the most to me as someone starting their very first garden is that no one made me feel silly for being a beginner. They were patient, encouraging, and genuinely helpful. That kind of welcoming environment makes all the difference when you're just learning. I will absolutely be back. Highly recommend to anyone, especially first time gardeners looking for a place that truly cares about its customers.

The only place to get plants!…read more I have been purchasing Christmas trees from Ed's Plant World for years now. They make it quick, easy, and convenient. They're also incredibly informative and helpful. I recently purchased some herbs from Ed's and their team meets you at the entrance to try to guide and assist you. It's a nice touch. Once you move on to the area where the herbs are, other folks will assist you there as well. Additionally, the selection of herbs is superior and more varied than what you'd find in the nearby home stores. Ed's also carries a ton of flowers - fortunately they are around to answer questions because the selection can be overwhelming. Bottom line: there is no better place in the area for landscape that beats Ed's. Even for Christmas trees or herbs.

We were having an…read moreissue with our patio and retaining wall lighting system, and Rico did an incredible job troubleshooting and repairing the problem. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and communicated well throughout the entire process. Although he was running behind schedule, he kept us informed, which was greatly appreciated. For anyone concerned about arrival times, I would encourage you to be patient and give them some grace. Not every project is cut and dry, and Rico never knows what he may encounter when he arrives at a job. Some projects take longer than expected because he takes the time to properly diagnose and fix the issue rather than rushing through it. What impressed us most was Rico's dedication to getting the job done right. He did not leave until the problem was fully resolved and the project was completed. His attention to detail, persistence, and commitment to customer satisfaction were outstanding. Thank you to Rico and the entire team for providing exceptional service. Huge shout out also to Conrad for quick communication and frequent updates. We highly recommend Outdoor Lighting Perspectives and would gladly use them again in the future.

Though he had plenty of time to do so, he did not give us any kind of heads up he would be late until I called numerous times and emailed the owner. At that point (30 minutes late), he told us he was still an hour away. When I mentioned to the owner, Conrad, that we understand these things happen but the lack of communication created a lot of inconvenience for us, the response was very snippy and unprofessional. Additionally, he tried to convince me of an untrue version of events, which was such weird way to handle the situation. I expect he will respond to this review in a similar manner. I would not recommend this company. They are rude, overpriced, and definitely consider their time to be more valuable than yours.
