In addition to not receiving a complete fix, what really disappointed me was the service or lack thereof. The man working there barely looked up from what he was doing and never asked me to try on the shoe to see the problem for himself. He gave short, vague suggestions and seemed uninterested in actually helping. I had to walk back and forth to the shelves three separate times to find the products he mentioned, rather than him taking a moment to show me where they were. The whole interaction felt dismissive and rushed. The shop itself is tucked away inside Tysons Mall, so it is easy to miss unless you are looking for it. While it is convenient if you are already nearby, I would not make a special trip back. For a store that specializes in shoes, I expected more attention and care. The experience left me unimpressed and still struggling with the same pair of shoes.

We first came into the store to place the order, returned again for corrections when the initial suit arrived with severely uneven sleeves and disproportionate shoulder pads, and tried to be patient while a replacement was ordered. Unfortunately, the second suit arrived with similar defects as the original. When we requested a refund, it was denied. The showroom manager offered no meaningful resolution and stated he would email his manager, who might respond within a week. When I explained that we may need to dispute the charge with our credit card company if the issue could not be resolved, he threatened, "If you do, you can never shop here again." He also remarked that situations like this are common and customers sometimes wait even longer. After multiple in store visits and good faith attempts to resolve this directly, the matter remains unresolved and has raised serious consumer protection concerns. I am sharing this experience so others can make an informed decision before purchasing.

We walked out feeling exhausted and honestly walking in the store was quite pointless. Highly recommend Suit Supply instead - such a knowledgeable and kind staff there! Not only did I get a great suit, but Andrew was also extremely knowledgeable about the history of suits and we got a nice little history lesson as to why certain things are the way they are. We went in during the World Cup and they put the game on for us. I can't say enough about how great of an experience it was and how highly I recommend checking them out!
