This is the only place on Maui that you can go to if you need to send something via DHL. The…read moreprices are very high but not Islandwide's fault as DHL sets their extremely high prices (think 2-3 times more than UPS). Staff are nice and helpful. Would have given four stars but had to wait long time for my receipt. They take your card info and then message it to someone that then processes your card and the faxes (Yes, I said FAXES) your receipt to Islandwide for you to sign. That's a little WTF in my opinion.

I told him my situation and he was amazingly helpful with a "No, problem, we got ya!" Long story short it was the easiest process on his online payment center, he got back right away letting me know he got the order and guaranteed it would be delivered as I had noted. He then contacted me during delivery, added a picture and let me know all was good! Trusting things to happen being so far away is new for me but Alan made this the best overseas experience I've ever had!!! Super grateful, recommend him and his company to all!!! I was sent through hoops by Ramone, the owner of the mail room, and told to speak to UPS. Then UPS sent me back to the shipper...and I bounced back and fourth with no responsibility claimed by Ramone or UPS. All in all, after 2 weeks of trying to get my 100 dollars that came with each package, my claim was denied by UPS based on insufficient packaging. Ramone prior to sending my items said that it was packaged fine. UPS upon receiving the claim said otherwise. I was redirected to Ramone to despute these claims and he denied the despute and said he refused to help any further. I then asked him if he just rips people off and he then replied, "YES". This is a dirty businessman. I highly recommend paying the extra money to ship through a company that isn't there to screw over the consumer. I am a poor person, work really hard for what I have, was yet again robbed by big business.I hope nothing more than for this person to out of business. The Mail Room in Kahului is ghetto and sleazy at best.
