They promised me that the car was all good with no problems when I went to purchase the car and check it out everything seemed fine the only issue that I could see was the driver side mirror broke but they said they would fix it and I wouldn't have to worry about replacing it so I was happy and excited about my first big purchase they made it seem like it was a good deal but little did I know the car had a head gasket problem and a bad leak from the passenger side that would let rain water flow under the seat that they never brought up so I ended up finding out on my own the lady kept promising that she will make sure the mirror gets fixed but it never happened when I contacted her about it she said (oh the car wash is supposed to take care of that) and I informed her that she was supposed to let me know when she had the part but she ended up taking down to me like I didn't know what I was talking about I ended up buying a all back mirror myself because she was no help and by then she scammed and completely lied about everything I ended up rebuilding the engine after it had tons of other problems that I kept poring money into it which i wouldn't have done if her and her husband told me the truth from the start they lie and scam in all honesty doing business with them was a big waste of time money and energy I was beginning to get back on my feet when I purchased the car but since they lied it financially and mentally broke me it's been nothing but a headache doing business with them. Bought car March 11 and drove it home. While driving home check engine light came on. Next morning car started to over heat. A mechanic from a shop came to look at it and said the thermastat and some sensors and my catalytic was bad. I had it towed to the mechanic shop and fixed the thermastat but they informed me that the catalytic converter had been modified and that it will never pass smog in the state of california and they also said it was illegally smogged prior to the sale. I've contacted the bars group because these people refuse to to take the car back or pay to have the car fixed. So i now have a 7000 dollar paper weight. And its gonna cost 6000 dollars to fix. I do not recommend these people to no one. read more

When you buy a used car with a lot of miles you know it's a hit or miss experience, especially when the car is sold As Is. When the cars transmission went out after 200 miles on the road I was sure I was in for a painful awaking and expensive repair job. Please make sure you do your homework before EVER buying a used car period. I bought a beautiful Mustang from Aloha last year. They do their cares up really well. When I drove it it seemed fine. The only thing was the driver side door wouldn't shut all the way without giving it a good push. Tammy said the car hadn't ever been in an accident, but no offer to fix or anything. After a couple of days of driving it, it began to leak fluid all over the driveway. And then within that same week out of nowhere the car started smelling burnt when I would drive it, and all of the sudden one day, I'd give it gas and all it would do was rev, RPM's would go up, but the car was going nowhere. Mechanic said BAD TRANSMISSION! My worst nightmare. I had saved my money for a car and thought I bought a good one, and now it needs a new tranny. Another 2 grand for a car that was already over priced to begin with. I found out it came from an auction yard, and I was told they got their inventory from a Toyota dealer that gave them their trade ins. Never once did they say they got cars from auction. So far, I've had to replace the alternator, a/c unit, starter, and will have to fix my transmission now. Also I noticed the fenders were not matching Ford factory fenders. One of them was an after market fender. Tons of over spray in different places on the car, even though the CARFAX says zero accidents. At the end of the day, please research everything before you buy a used car. From anywhere. read more

Purchased my first car at Aloha. As a single mother with a broken down car, in need of a reliable and economical vehicle, I really expected honesty, great service from a dealer that would walk me through their current deals, and was open about any issues or at least try showing me around as a first time buyer. If that is what you are seeking here, i strongly recommend trying other car services. The dealer on site basically just said go look around and let me know if you want anything. When I asked about any additional information on the car i ended up purchasing, the person helping me had nothing more to say than... "it's great, nope. Nothing wrong with the car." Little conversation, and yes, it is extremely easy to purchase and get you going in one of their vehicles. Overall, my car ended up getting a check engine light about three weeks later, and i can honestly say car was not reliable as i needed it to be. This was my experience only.
