Pink Box and N.Cat do share the same business as you see the sign on this store as well but it was nice to visit here as they do have slightly different merchandise from the other Kaneohe and Ala Moana location and with lots of free parking making it an easy stop to shop for various reasons...lol! They got great deals to bundle for multiple item purchases so if you're grabbing one for you grab one for someone and the service is very helpful if you're looking for a particular character or item. The layout is quite spacious so it's so easy to browse the various merchandise they have which is quite a lot and I'm just so impressed with how creative each various items are. Known for the fun coasters that has makes a great gift to pair of any item, the hats that has built in Mickey ears are just so fun and entertaining but the luggage strap that has the built in TSA lock is super cute and makes searching for your bags easier and secure as well. But if you want something a little more special, definitely look for the local vendors. There are some great spots with handmade items. A few of my favorites that I actually bought from and brought home and I am using: - Cheeky Beach: super cute beachwear by Vivian and her son (they also have a shop in Haleiwa) - Touch of a Goddess: handmade jewelry by a mother-daughter duo - Leonardo Dale Photography: beautiful photo art of the island now displaying at my house. There's a ton to see, so go with time, it's a big market. They also have food and sometimes live music. Admission is $2 per person (cash only), and I'd recommend bringing cash since a lot of vendors don't take cards.

I can usually find one at Longs card display but knew I'd just have to come here for the others so decided to fight for parking and get it done. Believe me the prices and selection are better here. I've purchased their adorable musical Christmas trees, singing Christmas Penguins, ceramic gingerbread houses etc that adorn my house for the holidays in addition to the many cards. "Kaitlynn" was incredibly authentic and genuine - it's rare to find such dedication and care in customer service these days. I really appreciate her outstanding work and wanted to applaud her for it. I was hesitant on posting this review, but unfortunately this certain situation keeps on happening and I am not going to stand for it anymore. Me and my partner frequently go to this shop whenever we are wondering the mall, and almost every time we have gone and shopped, we are almost ALWAYS being watched... it is very disturbing and disappointing seeing that it seems like they are profiling us. Things to note about us: my partner ALWAYS wears small fanny packs, and me, a purse that is closed at all times. We wear casual clothes, and yet, they continue to stare at us, and follow us around the store. Of course, we had NO INTENTIONS of stealing, and yet them watching us makes us feel like criminals. There should not be an excuse of the employees being "too shy" because this is inappropriate behavior, and again, makes me feel very uncomfortable, leading me to my next point. I will no longer shop here again. The amount of times we have caught employees literally WATCHING US is unacceptable, especially since I have previously worked retail myself, and am always frustrated with theft as well, but just choosing random people to watch without any actual ques or a real reason is just disgusting. There are things that you are trained to watch for when you work in retail, and it seems like there is a lack of that. It makes me sad because I loved your products and what you had to offer, but I am sorry, if I can't shop here without being watched like a hawk, then I can just take my business elsewhere. Please train your employees better and train them correctly on watching for theft in the right way. I hope no one else has to experience this. :(
