Everything from frame up rebuilding to any repair you might think of. Mike is really thorough in everything he does and it definitely shows in his work. He makes sure the customer is happy and takes pride in his work, which is not a given nowadays. I brought my bike in to have some work done with a front fork once and a broken spoke recently. I'm always impressed and very pleased how it was professionally repaired, very meticulous and knowledgeable. Aloha Friday Wheelworks also carries a good variety of topshelf supplements and suppies for runners and cyclist. Also AFW has a weekly Thursday run for runners. You can check it out by following him on IG @alohafridaywheelworksrunningco and you'll see the post come up on stories. If you want it done right by someone who knows his stuff and will go the extra mile, Mike at Aloha Friday Wheelworks is place to go to. He had me sit on my bike and used precision tools to fit me at certain angles as I am riding on the bike under his watch. As it turned out, my angles were off, and my legs were not exactly aligned. No wonder I had more pain in the right side. Now I am so happy not to have any back pain after riding for 3-hours pushing at least 130 watts. I am thankful for Mike's help, and appreciate the professionalism and care he showed by following up after my bike fitting, making sure that the bike fits well. Be sure to contact Mike ahead of time for bike fittings appointments. Also, every Friday there is a community run of 4-5 miles starting from the store that sounds like a fun social event to participate in. The store also supplies top of the line nutrition for triathlon, clothing, fuel, shoes, sunglasses, camel pack. Highly recommend.

Zero callbacks or updates on my repairs and parts that I'm waiting on. Not these guys! OMG! I brought my bike in with a part to install. I had to order the part myself because the other shop never called me to let me know that it was back ordered until September and I had a look somewhere else. I found that out by calling the manufacturer myself. I dropped this off and they told me it would take 72 hours to repair and they called me back in 24 hours and said it was done! Excellent service and excellent customer service. Skip the other bike shop that may have a big name and multiple locations. This is where customer service lives!

His youthful appearance & his willingness to help answer my long list of questions was so delightful!l I would have bought a bike right on the spot but unfortunately they don't sell that brand. He showed me some other options encouraging me to try but I am loyal to the brand I've loved for so many years. Cole would be the only reason I would buy anything in that store because he was so helpful & kind- like he really wanted me to find what I was looking for. THANK YOU TO COLE! For future customers, ask for him- he is just wonderful :)

I bought it brand new like this but ordered it online so it would be a pain just to send back for this. Ben answers and says sure bring it in and he can take a look. I take it in first thing Thursday and am told it would take a couple of days. Ok no problem...... I call Saturday @3 to check on the progress as they close at 4 and are closed Sunday. Ben answers and says he never had a chance to look at it as they were busy with walk in customers, He says I can come pick it up and use over the weekend and bring it back Tuesday(?) I think not! I assumed they'd do repairs before and after set open hours as they're only open for 4hrs a day? I assumed wrong! Maybe it was because it's an ebike and not a bike they're accustomed to working on? Either way thanks for wasting my time.

Great service and awesome choices for triathlon bicycles…read more We made an appointment with Ben, the owner, to get a fitting for our first triathlon bike. Ben scheduled us to come the next day, on the memorial Sunday, where he closed the shop and gave us VIP service to fit the bike for us. The fitting process was very precise. Ben has a machine that is connected to the computer, where you sit on, and he can adjust the seat, the bike bars, and fit you to your body's dimension and comfort. This process took an hour, and during which, Ben was very patient and diligent in helping us to get the exact right fit and be comfortable. Fit us to the best position possible for racing. After that, Ben suggested the best bike that fits our budget, and adjusted the bike while we went to lunch. An hour later, we came back to the shop, and Ben has adjusted the bike to our exact measurements. The bike looked super nice, high tech, and we got great VIP service. It was definitely worth every penny to come here and purchase our bikes. Ben is a triathlon professional, and his service is impeccable. He know what we need and gave great suggestions. We enjoyed the process of picking out a bike from his store, and look forward to training with him as well. Highly recommend!

I'm not one to come on yelp to give bad reviews, but this was just a terrible experience. Sorry…read moreabout it. Bike factory has the worst customer service and on top of that Stacyc is rip offs! Long story short, but we bought 4 brand new Stacyc bikes for my children for Christmas, go to plug in the batteries to charge my son's 18 inch bike which cost me mind you $1800. The battery was not working. So I couldn't even give my son his Christmas gift on Christmas because the battery was not charging. I had to wait for after Christmas until they opened the following day to go and replace the battery and they still wanted me to place it under warranty, which that would've taken weeks to get replaced and if I hadn't give. my opinion on it that I just bought the bike. This is not my fault that the battery does not work and I want a battery today. They are responsible for checking to make sure the battery and bike is working when we leave out the door cause they do have a policy once you buy the bike and leave the store. It is nonrefundable. So I said I will not leave without a brand new battery for my son's brand new bike that was supposed to be a Christmas gift so that was already terrible news to my son! Then my daughter's smaller 12 inch bike. They ride it through the dirt got some mud on it and it started to smoke and then they wanna claim that the mud had ruined the motor which I highly doubt it because the mud was just on the frame and the tires, but because of the mud on the bike, they wanna claim the mud has ruined the motor and want me to pay out-of-pocket which I had just purchased the bike for Christmas and it was still technically under the 90 day warranty! But they called and said it's not covered, right on Stacyc! Will never be buying that brand of bike probably any brand of Bike from Bike factory again! ! !

Thank goodness I took it upon myself to contact Trek and speak with them directly. They told me the part I needed wouldn't be available until September. This bike shop told me the part would take 2-3 weeks to come in. That was almost 2 months ago. The kicker is I told them I was moving in about 2.5 months and I needed to get the bike fixed before I shipped it. Well that day has come and gone and still no call to update me. Complete waste of time going there unless you want to spend a couple grand on an illegal e-bike.
