We chose the five-course tasting menu and added a couple of sides, and every dish was perfectly executed. But the service is what really inspired me to write this review. It's that kind of thoughtful service that turns a great meal into a memorable experience. The next time I'm in Denver, I'll definitely be back. Don't skip the Chiang Mai Wonton and the dumplings,

Malaysian noodles were decent with bit of flavor, but overwhelmingly, egg & bean sprouts with very little noodle & overcooked pork belly. It was so rough... I was really expecting some being that would basically melt in my mouth and that was not at all the experience. it made me miss San Francisco Asian food so much... as a treat myself kind of meal, it was fine, but I'm glad I went by myself rather than a date night with my husband cause I think we both would've regretted it on the plus side if there is one is that the staff we're remarkably friendly even for the lunch crowd. My favorite was the French toast, crunchy on the outside and warm, soft, and savory on the inside. It was also good I usually don't like anything with coconut and this has it in there. Never would've guessed that's what I was eating because of the way they incorporated all of the other ingredients! Me and my friends ate the ants on a tree, the Korean chicken, sweet and sour chicken, the potatoes, French toast, and the Korean corn dog. We shared everything and all were very full by the end. It was a great atmosphere to have a delicious dinner with friends!

Which makes me very sad. I finally tried delivery from Ginger pig, and ordered the only two vegan dishes they offer Only one was actually delivered. It was delicious. It was not a very generous portion, and the price was high for what they gave me. I stopped in once during lunchtime to see if I could try the other dish and take it to go. But they didn't offer it during lunchtime. They offered one thing that was vegan, it was eggplant. No other vegetables. Just eggplant. That is not a meal. The person working the counter clearly could not care less. I am honestly confused and disappointed that they seem so uninvested in meeting people's needs. So I consider Ginger Pig to be just another heartbreaking potentially delicious new Asian restaurant that doesn't care about those of us who choose not to eat animals.

As a smaller…read moreadult, I love having the option to order a more reasonable portion size, or to order a couple of smaller items so I can try more of the menu without ending up with too much food. The standout for me was the taro fries. I absolutely loved them. They were crispy, flavorful, and something I'd order again. They were also surprisingly good as leftovers the next day, which isn't something you can say about most fries. If you're getting takeout and won't be eating right away, these still hold up really well. Overall, ZOMO is a great spot if you're looking for generous options, flexible portion sizes, and some unique menu items. The taro fries alone are worth the visit.

Uncle is a small, Asian fusion shrine that one should place on your must visit list. In the Northwest area of Denver, Uncle has limited seating and a show if you sit at the bar. Reservations are strongly suggested and well worth the wait. Crazy combinations, flavor bombs throughout and a culinary delight you won't regret. Tonight, we sat at the bar and watched the magic happen. These guys are cranking out amazing and delectable treats you won't forget. The Uncle salad was a great starter with charred cabbage, lemongrass, mint, cilantro, arugula, and peanuts lightly coated in a Thai coconut dressing. A slight burn only leaving you to crave just one more bite, ha! The fried soft shell crab in a bao bun with green papayo slaw, coconut mayo and cilantro nam prik was sweet, perfect crunch and memorable. Two for two with one dish left. The cold spicy sesame noodles with seasoned chicken, granny Smith apple slivers, arugula, cashews and nanami togorashi, a perfect closing dish for an exceptional meal. The service, food quality, flavors and preformance from the bar seats were second to none. The concept, portion size, flavor and cost were a real treat in the big city food scene of Denver. If you haven't been here yet, get to the internet and book a table, I promise you won't regret it. To the staff, chefs, and all members of Uncle, thank you for a surprising and incredibly great meal, we will return on our future trips to Denver.

The ambience is very nice. It is open and bright and clean and Asian. They also had a case of desserts (like tiramisu) and ice cream. I've been going to Fairplay for years. I never stopped here because I didn't know what it would be like. Well let me tell you, the service could not have been better. Welcoming, efficient, readily able to make requested adjustments to dishes. There are many items on the menu to choose from. We had tofu and vegetables sesame chicken. Both were just so amazingly delicious. I actually find myself thinking of finding an excuse to go back to FairPlay so I can get such wonderful food again because in my area it's hard to find such good Asian food. I cannot recommend this place enough. It checked all of the boxes and then some. The only downside is there are no lunch specials but I felt like the food was worth every penny we paid.
