Our first visit was fantastic! The staff was friendly, the restaurant was impeccably clean, and the food was exceptional. We can't wait to come back. Highly recommend!!!

Food was so good! Fresh and flavors were on point. Pork katsu curry was fresh and crispy with just the right amount of breading. The combo hibachi was so flavorful. The shrimp was the star, seasoned with generous amount of butter and fresh garlic. Service was good and clean and simple space. Will be back soon!

Been here twice now after they recently opened and this place is now a staple in our short list of take out spots (they do have plenty of tables to eat there). I've tried two menu items, the chicken and beef tenderloin hibachi. The beef is definitely my favorite and their yum yum sauce is the bomb. Recommend doing the 50/50 fried rice and noodles. Decent amount of veggies but I may add extra next time i order. Friendly folks and quick service.

They took their time in building Domo. Every inch feels thoughtfully planned. The decor transports you to Japan. 10/10 on decor. The tables indoors are unique. The seats are uncomfortable. They're like tree stumps. No space to put your bag or back support. Service is friendly. Food comes out quickly. The dipping noodles were pretty good. We got the matcha soba and the soy milk. I think the soy milk could've used more umami flavoring but I enjoyed it. The karrage was kinda plain even with the sauce. This is a solid 3.5 but I'll round up because a portion of sales so go towards the charity that they do so it feels good to dine here. Uni was buttery texture and did not have any fishy taste at all. The Aburi Hako was delicious. The salmon belly had the right amount of sear and was super flavorful. Had their Sushi Masters ramen. This broth was fish based and much lighter than the tonkotsu. It was packed full of flavor and the madai fillets was cooked perfectly. It was tender and had such a good flavor that complemented the broth. However the noodles were undercooked and chewy for me. In general good price for good portion and quality of fish!

They have a very solid lunch special and prices are appropriately priced, making this a great sushi place to indulge without spending your piggy bank savings. Highly highly recommend this to folks looking for high quality fish, authentic preparation and execution of Japanese dishes, and a no frills/chill atmosphere assisted by great service.

Uncle is a small, Asian fusion shrine that one should place on your must visit list. In the Northwest area of Denver, Uncle has limited seating and a show if you sit at the bar. Reservations are strongly suggested and well worth the wait. Crazy combinations, flavor bombs throughout and a culinary delight you won't regret. Tonight, we sat at the bar and watched the magic happen. These guys are cranking out amazing and delectable treats you won't forget. The Uncle salad was a great starter with charred cabbage, lemongrass, mint, cilantro, arugula, and peanuts lightly coated in a Thai coconut dressing. A slight burn only leaving you to crave just one more bite, ha! The fried soft shell crab in a bao bun with green papayo slaw, coconut mayo and cilantro nam prik was sweet, perfect crunch and memorable. Two for two with one dish left. The cold spicy sesame noodles with seasoned chicken, granny Smith apple slivers, arugula, cashews and nanami togorashi, a perfect closing dish for an exceptional meal. The service, food quality, flavors and preformance from the bar seats were second to none. The concept, portion size, flavor and cost were a real treat in the big city food scene of Denver. If you haven't been here yet, get to the internet and book a table, I promise you won't regret it. To the staff, chefs, and all members of Uncle, thank you for a surprising and incredibly great meal, we will return on our future trips to Denver.

Everything was incredibly fresh, and you could tell the team puts real effort into balancing flavor while preserving the freshness of each ingredient in every dish. We also had a great conversation with Chef Christopher about the fish we love -- a really nice personal touch. Our only nitpick: the salt seasoning was a touch too strong on a few dishes.
