Absolutely exceptional service experience! I stopped in during lunch and Nichole took my order. She was sweet and made me a really delicious drink! I can't remember the name of it, but it had coconut and a banana liqueur I believe. I ordered a seafood boil with crab legs to go, but when I got my order it didn't have any legs in it. I called the restaurant and Nichole answered, apologized and came up with a reasonable solution! I came to the restaurant when she was not there and was still taken care of due to the accident. I am very impressed by the service and the food was definitely fresh and worth it!

It's always your birthday at Aloha Krab :). I'm not sure whether that's the message, but this restaurant is kind of a playground, not only for kids, but for adults as well. Have a drink and get messy. No one is going to judge you, for sure. My question is, what is the proper way to eat a seafood boil? :) Aloha Krab has the vibe of a beach party. There is always a loud dance playlist. Some of the songs you'll love, some not at all. The food is good, but not exactly consistently. The green mussels are always delicious. Our last visit was delightful in every way. From the hostess, through our waiter Jackson who made us feel welcome and invited, to the yummy food. I know Buffalo, New York is not the best place to get the freshest seafood. Well, I enjoyed fried calamari and fish. Our catch of shrimp and green mussels was very good. Next time, we'll order the Aloha Special sauce to be spicier. The fries were hot and crispy.

Huge place--if you do not like seafood, this is not the place for you. I'd never heard of this chain before purchasing a Seize the Deal certificate to try it out. Fairly noisy with loud background music plus ongoing conversations. Not the place to try and have much of a conversation. They have a limited craft beer menu much to the chagrin of my husband. He settled for a 16oz. Heineken in can. I refused to pay $14 or $15 for a specialty cocktail at Chain restaurant. Next tip: wear clothes that can be easily washed as there's a good possibility you will get butter, grease, etc. on them as you fight to get your seafood out of its shell. Unfortunately, they do not provide wet wipes, no there is a huge dispenser of paper napkins the table alongside a bucket for discarded shells. The good was plentiful with 2- 6oz lobster tails that were pre-cracked for easy access. 3 half ears of corn and 3 potatoes. A large amount of shrimp and crawfish. We actually ate our full of shrimp and took 6 home with us. We gave the crawfish a valiant attempt, but there was so little meat in their tiny little tails that we quit after trying 2-3 each. So, unless you're well versed in eating crawfish, you may want to pick another option for the 2nd seafood. Very efficient service and we were in and out in about an hour.

Larger than the picture shows. Didn't notice until after I ate it.

We decided, after attending an event at Aloha Krab, to get takeout to enjoy later at home. We ordered the crab meat Po Boy with a side of Cajun Fries. The Po Boy was topped with lettuce, tomatoes, and Bo Boy sauce. Ever get a sandwich where the toppings actually overpowered the rest of the dish? Not here. The delicious crab meat (real crab) was allowed to shine as the main flavor. Just as it should. I'd say the roll was average. Not bad, but nothing special. The fries were plentiful, crispy, and seasoned properly. Can't wait to go back and check out more of their menu. Did I mention it's all reasonably priced? 2024-26

Aloha Krab does hot pot now!! Never had hot pot? You need to try it! And Aloha Krab makes it easy! First they bring it the tray so you can craft your own sauce with ingredients like green onion garlic flakes, chili, salt, soy sauce, oyster sauce, etc. Then comes your personal pot of broth. You can then order various pieces of meat, vegetables, and noodles to drop in the broth and cook. The spicy Mala broth that I chose is fantastic, and everything cooked in it picked up a fantastic flavor and seasoning. It's not for the the tame though; when you get to the end of the pot, the sichuan pepper cracks open and turns your tongue numb on contact. It's an unusual sensation! I very much recommend anyone try this experience where you build your own soup and add an unlimited amount of meat and goodies into it.

Love the concept. The food was good, just could've been seasoned a bit more. The crab bread was amazing. I would love to have that again. I really enjoyed the different combo options for the seafood. I got the lobster & shrimp and added a cluster of snow crab with the Aloha flavor. I wished the Aloha came with some pineapples or pineapple juice mixed in it, thar would've been amazing. It came out nice & hot with 3 corn on the cob & potatoes. The lobster was really good. The shrimp and corn were ok, just didn't have enough seasoning on it. I had the mild spice but it still could've had more seasoning. Was sorta unflavored & greasy. The coconut shrimp tasted pretty good too. They offer a Happy Hour with $1 oysters and a DJ on Fridays after 6pm. Overall I would recommend giving this place a visit.

I had never been here before tonight. My friend told me that 4.0 was playing so I met up with her for some music. The band was awesome. Tanya is awesome. Superfriendly and A great bartender. This is really a seafood restaurant but I am not a huge seafood fan. So I ordered in Caesar salad, which was really good. There are 2 reasons that I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 stars. The first was that it took a really long time for the salad to come. The restaurant did not appear to be overly busy, but maybe they just were very short staffed in the kitchen. The other thing that bothered me was that bar was very sticky and the bathroom could have used a little attention. I will most definitely be back. Especially now that I know they have Live music.

Pleasant place; it was quiet. The waitress was a little slow. The bar area was sharp looking. Steam pot was very good. The hamburger was very underwhelming; seemed like a premade burger patty with a cheap bun. It's easier to park at the opposite end of where it actually says to park.

    Calamari... delicious and huge!

Aloha Krab is under new management and has gone back to being a place I like to frequent for drinks and delicious appetizers. They offer great bar deals during happy hour and have entertainment on Fridays and Sundays with a DJ or band. I highly recommend stopping by to have a bite to eat!

This place was okay for my first time coming here, the food came out hot. I got the ahloha something sauce which was good but in my opinion didn't have enough garlic in it. Other disappointment was they didn't have broccoli on a Saturday night which is crazy on a scale1-10 a 5 is suitable not the worst seafood boil but I've had better!

Stopped in before the dinner rush and was pleasantly surprised. Only reason I went here originally was because my wife was dying to try it. Got the steam pot with peel-and-eat shrimp, baby clams, sausage, potatoes and corn and it was wonderful! You could chose from several seasonings to have it boiled into it also (had juicy Cajun-medium which was not really spicy). My wife tried the lemon pepper and raved about it. The hush puppies we ordered for an appetizer were great too. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very clean and neat. Would definitely come back again.

My fault, they were lost under a fried fish. They had a good crowd despite the frigid conditions and the lot was well plowed. I should have gone with the mac and cheese. It looked great and everyone else liked it. Shout out to Ruby who certainly made our night. A great place for Mardi Gras reveling in a few weeks!

Indoor was very much reminiscent of a typical bar area on one side and then regular table seating on the other side. The bread and butter they served was delicious and we appreciated being able to try different breads. The shrimp and grits were delicious and they use really big sumptuous shrimp. I actually got pretty filled up and couldn't finish my seafood stew so ended up bringing half of it home. So portion sizes here are definitely big and everything tasted fresh! It was very good! Can't wait come back and try lunch and dinner. But this review on brunch. Of course started with a Guava Bellini, yum! This is what I ordered it was jalapeno cheddar cornbread biscuit, chorizo gravy over eggs, which I don't eat so I held this off, BUT I added fried chicken breast. This plate of food was so delicious! Warm onion bread with salted butter brought to the table immediately. My companion's pork Milanese was a generous cut topped with arugula and dandelion greens, vinaigrette and grated cheese, all served in a delicately flavored vodka sauce. My brown buttered scallops were served in a butternut squash purée with hazelnuts, a touch of Sherry and topped with pickled apple. Lovely. We chose for a side, the crispy brussels sprouts which were sprinkled with grated hazelnuts, served with smoky bacon chunks and drizzled with balsamic vinegar. Perfection. Their selection of wine, beer, and other drinks is small, but well thought out. My companion had a creation called "Common Exponential" which was decidedly orange flavored with cinnamon and cloves. She loved it. For dessert we shared a generous slice of a magnificent lemon - almond cake with poached pears and good coffee, mine with real cream. I was impressed by the quality of the table setting. The La Tavola flatware is beautifully weighted and unmistakably upscale, while the Robert Gordon stoneware has a handsome, handcrafted look that feels both modern and sophisticated. These are small details, perhaps, but they contribute enormously to the sense that Grezi has put real thought into the entire dining experience. The candlelight and single red flower in a bud vase added to the intimacy of the evening. And the service was spectacular. Cynthia and her colleagues made sure that everything was perfect. They came by often enough to make certain we didn't need anything, but not so often as to become annoying. Cynthia was warm and friendly and I can say that all of the staff who came to our table truly seemed to enjoy what they were doing, and that matters to diners who seek a complete culinary experience. We intend to return as often as it takes to sample everything that this exciting Restaurant has to offer.

Some of the BEST pancakes I've had in a very long time. Eggs were good and I really enjoyed the thick cut bacon. The consistency of the grits were the perfect texture and required NO extra salt. Con's- I asked for more strawberries and was denied. They said it was just a garnish. I would've paid extra if need be, so I was taken a back by the response. The fruit complimented the cakes like jelly does with peanut butter. You can have it alone, but together it's even better. Another con was they charge extra for cheese in the grits and in the eggs. The charge has become customary so thats no big deal, I just hate when you're not told it'll be an extra charge and get a surprise when you're settling the bill. Lunch: Pro's- Shrimp and coleslaw were very tasty. Con's-My husband was disappointed with the fish. He stated it lacked flavor despite it looking well seasoned on the outside. I guess it didnt soak into the actual fish. The greens were ok and he didnt care for the mac and cheese. Overall, good. However, just an ok lunch which was surprising because we used to come here for our Black History celebration every year and the food would always exceed expectations.
