Couldn't recommend this place more! We had a great consult with the doctor and begin our two oldest at the same time. I had an issue with them not wanting to put bottom braces on my second kiddo right away, but the doctor made sure to addressed all of my concerns. I have Invisalign and only actually needed it for 26 weeks but with life getting in the way (and me not being a responsible adult lol), it ended up taking a lot longer than that. Absolutely HORRIBLE correspondence and inaccurate business hours. Told us multiple times we could come in to pick up retainers. They were closed multiple days before 5pm. Now we're coming on a day that they said that we could come in sooner at 1pm. They decided to tell us last minute that they're deciding to close even earlier. After I took the day off to try and be more than on time and took an early out from work to be here. They still chose not to be available. Even though I was calling before 1 PM for at least at 12:30 to let them know I was close by they decided not to answer the phone and still close up after texting them back saying we would be there before 1 as they ALREADY AGREED. Horrible horrible horrible service and consideration.. I don't know how this business got a five star rating because that just makes me feel like they're trying to snuff out reviews that has to do with their poor service. I usually never write bad reviews but when a business does this multiple times, there is absolutely no excuse. Whoever messaged us we could come at 1pm and decided to ignore our calls and leave even earlier will be hearing from me. Update your businesses hours for gods sakes. I Came to Aloha orthodontist last min for a consultation. To get a second opinion on my daughters braces. It went very smooth and fast. I left the office in 90 min start to finish. The office manager took care of us promptly and explained our options. She put everything together and made it very smooth. I didn't get the same information at the other office I visited before Aloha. They had plenty of help and made things very easy. Dr.C and Carolina took the time to explain everything and were very friendly. I wasn't planning on getting braces for my daughter the same day but they made it that easy so we went ahead and had them do the procedure. Last December we went for consolation with Dr. C and I end up signing to get invisalign from Aloha Orthodontics and my daughter got braces on the spot and we both love how easy and smooth everything was even thou my daughter broke one of the brackets and it was New Year's and we contact the emergency # and they end up opening the office just for my daughter to fix that broken bracket, we never had a single issue since and my invisalign working great, i love my smile more and more and can't wait to be all done and all perfect, highly recommended ( specially insurance paid a lot of the cost ) which was nice read more

I started with braces in Oct 2016 and recently got them off in July-ish of 2018. Well before I pointed it out, Dr. C recommend doing Invisalign. Since there were some changes I wanted that metal braces couldn't provide. Once I made up my mind that this was the best option, I got Invisalign this month. Just finished my Invisalign ! Super happy with the results and with Dr. C and his staff. Was so excited to finish my treatment in less time than predicted. I had braces twice as a child and when my wisdom teeth became impacted it messed everything up. Dr. C was able to adjust my bite and close up my gaps and now my smile is straighter and even better than before ! Makes the entire process very easy. Never had any braces experience before, they make this entire process very welcoming and easy.

***BEST IN TOWN**** Being in the medical field and the type A person I am, I did alot of research and had consultations with 3 different orthodontists (one who is supposedly highly ranked in the Las Vegas area) before deciding to go with Dr. Chelian. Different orthodontists all gave me different treatment plans after doing the impressions. One said I was only a candidate for braces. Another said I could do invisalign but they would have to remove an entire front tooth and when it was done, the bottom tooth would not align symmetrically (like Tom Cruise's asymmetrical teeth). I wasn't 100% satisfied with any of them. How can 3 orthodontists provide such different treatment plans? I have several friends who are dentists and oral surgeons so I asked them who they recommended. They all recommended Dr. Chelian. Dentists and oral surgeons should know who does good work because that's their field so when I went to Dr. C for the initial consultation, he provided me a treatment plan with the exact results I wanted without having to remove any teeth. One of the other orthodontists had also recommended I use an accelerator to help move my teeth faster. It was also a few hundred dollars more. When I asked Dr. C about it, he gave me his honest opinion and that it was optional. He's not trying to find ways to charge you more or sell you on extra necessary things so I definitely appreciated the honesty. Both of his offices are far from where I live and work so it is a bit out of the way for me to go to my appointments but with the service and results I've received, it was well worth it. The office also did their best to accommodate my busy work schedule and to make it as convenient as possible for me. My teeth have been a little stubborn so a little over 2 years later, I am currently in the refinement stages. I've gotten so many compliments on the results so far. I should be done soon and I can say that I am so glad I chose Aloha Orthodontics. The staff are always very nice and accommodating and I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Chelian. Not all orthodontists can provide the same results. Not only is Dr. C excellent at what he does, he is so caring and friendly to all his patients. He addresses every little one of my concerns (even if they seem very trivial). He really goes above and beyond what I expected!!! I HIGHLY recommend Aloha Orthodontics! At 29 years old you would think getting braces is silly but for me it's not. I have always dreamed of "perfect teeth". From The minute I walked in the door everyone was super nice! You don't get that often in this town. After getting X-rays, I received my consult by Linessa who definitely knows her job and was able to answer all my questions! She went over all my options, asked me questions I may have, and even helped me with a payment option to fit my needs (unfortunately my insurance stopped paying for braces at the age of 18 :( A little later I was in the chair and getting my braces on, Dr. Chelian was nice, honest, and fast!
