Dr. Saxe and staff are amazing. My daughter has been coming here since July. Her treatment is pretty extensive and one night her expander completely fell out. I ended up calling the emergency line and Dr. Saxe called me back herself even though she was at an engagement. She had me send pictures of my daughter's bite and even I could tell there was a difference. We ended up going in on a Monday which wasn't at a busy time for them since it was when school was in session. Dr. Saxe put the expander back in and then she fixed my daughter's headgear. She actually had to work some "magic" since my daughter is on the smaller side. It fit my daughter much better and she was able to wear it comfortably. Overall, we've had a great experience and Leilani is also great. She's very knowledgeable when talking about the consult. I can't wait to see my daughter's progress next year. read more

On Wednesday, December 15th, at approximately 0820 my son had an appointment with Dr. Saxe. Dr. Hoban had highly recommended Dr. Saxe, so we scheduled approximately in the beginning of December. Needless to say upon my arrival I began filling out paperwork and was immediately taken back. While waiting in a room, the rep was basically advising me that my insurance for some odd reason was out of network, but yet had my insurance prior to this and did not let me know. Either way the reason why I am not upset about the fact they had my insurance and could have called me the day they were told the denial was simple, her office staff were beyond apologetic and admitted to the failure on their end. When someone owns up to a fault of their and own and apologizes that ultimately for me shows integrity and respect. I wish my son could've been seen by Dr. Saxe as I heard nothing, but excellent things and read all positive reviews. Yet I did ask my insurance about it and they said I do have an out of network policy which would have covered my son and daughter, but I found another Ortho that same day that took our insurance and the girl who was familiar with insurance even said that the office should've called the insurance to reverify as their is a out of network authorization and would've been covered as with most insurance there is a one time $1,500.00 coverage for any Ortho. Either way I honestly believe this Ortho was sincere and extremely polite and caring. They even offered a free exam with X-Rays, but I did not want to waste my time or theirs as every Doctor wants their own imaging done, so it would've been a waste of both of our time. read more

Dr. Saxe and her office were so amazing and sweet from the consultant who scheduled my appointment and who Took my pictures at my appointment to the front office staff. I really wish I found her before starting my orthodontic treatment. She has a great eye for detail, is super thorough with her patients and listens to your concerns on what your goals are for treatment. Don't be me and go to the first orthodontist you find and be unhappy when they don't listen to your concerns at the end.. go with Dr. Saxe who validated the few crooked teeth I had left who my last orthodontist told me couldn't be changed because my teeth were straight enough.. Dr. Saxe had a solution on what needed to be changed and took pictures at every angle to show me what could be done to align my teeth in proper place. My son was at ease immediately. Very impressed w/ X-ray. It is 3D & very comprehensive. It explained our game plan. Dr Saxe provided us w/a letter for our dentist BEFORE we left the office. I would give 10 stars if it were possible... Dr. Saxe's and her team are absolutely amazing. From the great personalities, greetings (by name) when I walked through the door, to the Hippie décor on the walls & video games that makes a 28 year old like me want to play until it's time to go get my braces tightened lol. I may have been the oldest "kid" there, but they always made me feel so welcomed. I moved here to Vegas from California in 2012. I came here 6+ months into my braces, and struggling to look for an Orthodontist to take over my treatments. I was almost faced with no other option but to pay nearly DOUBLE as a transfer patient than I did to get my braces originally. While at work, one of her team members approached me and gave me a business card. I called the following week & made an appointment. During my consult... I told her my budget, and she worked with me. I walked away shocked, but grateful. My braces are off and i am now in a retainer. She even contoured my gum line more than once to give me the perfect smile. That also saved me the trouble of looking for someone who completely understood my needs. A few weeks ago, she told me that my treatment was complete, took a picture with me to put on her wall and sent me on my way. My son had is braces taken off 1 1/2 years ago. Very happy with the results from Dr. Saxe and her staff, I even got her a referral so my friends son is going there now. I called her office last week because my sons retainer, which he wears at night, has a crack in it. Called to get a appointment for a replacement and was told it would be $150 to walk through the front door and above that the cost of the retainer. I knew we would have to pay for the new retainer, but to have to pay an office visit is unacceptable. So very disappointed. Time to look for another orthodontist. read more

Oh my goodness, if there were more stars, I would select them! We have just become part of the Saxe Orthodontics family, and I feel so at home already. My daughter is fearful of this whole process and needs lots of work done in stages. If there was ever a place that could help make her feel more at ease with this process, it's Dr. Saxe's office. We added the challenge of our daughter having severe metal allergies, and Dr. Saxe has creatively managed a way to treat our girl in light of this. The friendliest staff and such an appealing environment. Initially took my daughter for an evaluation as her dentist wasn't certain that my daughter's under bite could be corrected with braces. Dr. Saxe took the time to evaluate my daughter and one year later, my daughter's under bite is close to completely gone. If not for her genuine care and willingness to try with braces for my daughter, I might have been looking at possible surgery to correct my daughter's under bite.
