Not a fan of this orthodontist. He doesn't really listen and at every appointment I think he forgot what he told me the appt. Before lol. I spent 2 years with Invisalign trays to try and correct my bite. The trays didn't correct my bite so he put me in a splint to then try and help it. The problems I had were far overlooked by him. Not only did he not correct the bite but my teeth are tilted in again like when I first started the bite is even worse. I've met with another orthodontist & dentist that sent my info to a radiologist....im now starting treatment with them beginning with a bite ramp and splint. The only difference between them and him is that they are going to do this to ensure an expander will fix my bite. He tells me I'm getting ripped off if anyone does anything but actually he ripped me off time and money. Also at my last appt. I asked about him opening the bite back up(like he said he would do after I wore the splint for 6 months) he said no that to move it 1mm he wasn't. I called the office to make sure I was paid in full and let them know I wasn't happy, they asked for me to come back in but I'm pretty sure he made it clear at my appt prior to this he was done . Dr Fellers Office is amazing! We were referred here from a friend, and were so grateful for the referral. Everyone at the office has outstanding service, and they really care. The equipment is super state of the art. My son loves he chapstick and slushies The office theme is adorable. Beach and ocean. Decorations are really fun. The front office ladies are rock stars. However, Dr. Feller only cares about your money and won't listen to your concerns, doubts, or even how you feel about the treatment. He destroyed my smile by shaving my teeth, pulling them out, and repositioning them, resulting in consequences that altered my face shape. I am physically and emotionally exhausted after years of treatment with very bad results, leaving me with anxiety and depression. Dr. Feller won't prioritize your well-being; he will just dismiss your complaints by saying everything is okay. In case of an emergency, it's better to visit another orthodontist unless you're comfortable with the assistants taking care of you, as he's rarely in the office. I have 2 teenage daughters that both needed braces. Not sure the cost or how this works we were thinking that we could do one set of braces first and then do the other set of braces for my younger daughter. We went to Feller Orthodontics and they gave us a price for both and with our insurance we were able to afford braces for both girls. We were happy with the monthly payments and Dr Feller went ahead and put braces on both girls that same day. Dr Feller seemed extremely knowledgable and we felt confident in his ability. He put Damon braces on for both girls with clear on top and to save a little money put the metal braces on bottom. The girls were happy because you can hardly tell they even have braces on. Both girls actually ask me to go to the orthodontist. They love going here. We have been back for a number of check-ups and every time the Dr and his assistants are so friendly, they remember everyone's name. This has to be the friendliest orthodontist in town. My exam was very great and I was even offered a blue slushee which I politely declined.
