If I could give this place 100 stars I would. Treatment from Truman is truly top of the line, expert advice from professionals. They know what they're talking about and they take care of their patients. I'm an adult who got braces for the first time, and I've had a horror story of unfortunate circumstances happen with my treatment that did not go as planned. Truman Orthodontics are the best! I am on the latter end of my teeth straitening journey (2 yrs) and I could not have selected a better office to help me reach my goal of correcting my smile. Dr. Truman is a perfectionist and extremely professional and knowledgeable with his craft. I never thought I would be writing a review for an orthodontist's office but here we are. I went in for a small correction cause smile direct club couldn't get it right (don't work with SDC btw, wasted 1 year doing touch ups and they still couldn't fix the issue) They recommended me TruSmiles (their internal "Invisalign" that uses the same tech) since my treatment is going to be shorter than 1 year. Overall pricing for ~9 months was a little less than 3k and they had a great internal financing program too and we eventually got it down to $200 a month (with a down payment and insurance covering a little less than half of the treatment). Was super easy and didn't have to run credit. The most impressive part was how fun and professional their staff and facility is. They had free latte's, popsicles, and a whole arcade inside. Staff was nice, friendly, and professional. If their treatment is as good as their onboarding experience was, I'm sure it'll be just fine. Highly recommended! read more

Fast forward 2 new locations, a new Doctor and I called 48 hrs in advance to reschedule a standard orth visit for my youngest and the "first availability is 7 weeks out" !!! First time I came here was no lie by default. My son was scheduled at another Ortho and they messed up by not advising me about my insurance at the time being out of network and not covered, so they attempted to waste my time. Soon as I left the other Ortho's office I immediately called my provider and was ultimately given a long long list of various Ortho's in my immediate area. I decided to research Dr. Truman's Orthodontics and saw all of the excellent positive reviews, so I called the same day and was for the first time lucky to get not only the same day for my son, but also my daughter. That said I was greeted by his staff and given a tour of the facility and what takes place at each section. My son then had his X-Rays done, pictures taken of his teeth, and then we went to another room to have a more in-depth discussion and overview of the goal and plan for my son. Brittaney was by far one of the most down to earth people person who was beyond understanding and caring while going over the plan for my son. She knew allot about the insurance process which again beyond helpful and gave the prices that could go different ways for my sons care. Dr. Truman came in and took a solid exam of my son and when he was done. He was very thorough with helping me understand along with Brittaney about what my son needed and why and how the phases work. I never in my life had such a really positive straight forward visit at any office, but Dr. Truman 100% his Office and staff are seriously fantastic. The imaging that was taken was also in 3D and gave 100% a real look at what was going on with both of my children. What I did was I left and returned later with full payment for my son and brought my wife and daughter. While there Brittaney again went above and beyond for us, she asked if we wanted to schedule our daughter and I said yes as I didn't want any sudden shockers as I had with my 8 year old son and my daughter only being 7 I could only imagine. While getting the receipts and schedules for my son, Brittaney stated she made room for our daughter right then and there which surprised me as many places I have been to basically are either weeks or months out. Once my daughters imaging was done again Dr. Truman came back in with a positive smile and greeted my family and again did his exam. After the exam he went over thoroughly a plan for our daughter just like our son, everything was straight forward and no hidden guessing games or left out questions. Truth is Doctor Truman even gave suggestions for our daughter to have two teeth removed and return in roughly 6 months to be rechecked. From calling this office, to the staff, and Doctor, I cannot say it enough how professional they truly are. I would highly recommend this office to anyone with kids or even adults.
