I recently had a billing question that I was initially confused about, but Courtney was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to explain everything to me, went through the situation, and made sure everything was taken care of. I really appreciated how helpful, professional, and understanding she was. The entire office is friendly, organized, and easy to work with. They communicate well, everything is explained clearly, and you truly feel like they care about their patients. It's refreshing to deal with a business that actually takes the time to listen and resolve a concern rather than just brushing it aside. I've always heard from everyone that I grew up with hyping up about Dr. Truman since middle school and I'm 26 now! I had a consultation when I was 18 but felt so embarrassed about getting adult braces. It wasn't until now that I have a big girl job and after watching a couple of tiktoks about fixing your teeth to finally full send it. I wanted to fix my overbite, I felt like my teeth were already straight. I was so surprised that everyone welcomed me back with open arms during my consultation and even Dr. Truman remembered me even years later!!! I ended up getting braces immediately after my consultation and I was so surprised they even offered this option, they said to me "you took the time to come visit us and we want to make it convenient for you" I also love their payment plan they offer, it makes it so easy for me without taking a loan out. I feel like management here is really top tier, they really do have people here who love their jobs and take their time to fully explain something to you. It's always easy for me to schedule appointments and have conversations with everyone at the front desk and those working on my teeth. If I could give this place 100 stars I would. Treatment from Truman is truly top of the line, expert advice from professionals. They know what they're talking about and they take care of their patients. I'm an adult who got braces for the first time, and I've had a horror story of unfortunate circumstances happen with my treatment that did not go as planned. It was nothing Dr Truman did, but he had been so patient and empathic through my journey and really talked to me with understanding. He mostly works with kids but he still treated me with respect and empathy. I told him if I had to go through all of this, there's nowhere I'd rather go through it than here. He's taken such good care of me and my special case, so to say he cares about his patients is almost an injustice because it's such an understatement. Also, the staff are LOVELY. I've never had a bad experience, and if I did their customer service made it right. Lisa has always given me great attention as well, she's one of the best office managers I've ever witnessed. Dr. Truman is a perfectionist and extremely professional and knowledgeable with his craft. I never thought I would be writing a review for an orthodontist's office but here we are. I went in for a small correction cause smile direct club couldn't get it right (don't work with SDC btw, wasted 1 year doing touch ups and they still couldn't fix the issue) They recommended me TruSmiles (their internal "Invisalign" that uses the same tech) since my treatment is going to be shorter than 1 year. Overall pricing for ~9 months was a little less than 3k and they had a great internal financing program too and we eventually got it down to $200 a month (with a down payment and insurance covering a little less than half of the treatment). Was super easy and didn't have to run credit. The most impressive part was how fun and professional their staff and facility is. They had free latte's, popsicles, and a whole arcade inside. Staff was nice, friendly, and professional. If their treatment is as good as their onboarding experience was, I'm sure it'll be just fine. Highly recommended! read more
