Have been getting raw beef for my dogs from here for years. East parking but hours aren't as convenient any more (they open later), but they need to do what they need to, to stay in business. Follow them on IG and FB for updates on their hours. They provide quality products. Frozen raw beef, chicken, venison, duck, rabbit. (Not sure if the more exotic meats are always available). I like their grass fed beef stumps in 32oz bags. Grass fed USA closest I can get to organic, which I believe helps my dogs NOT have many or any skin allergies. (Would do chicken but it's not organic grain fed and I also try not to feed my dog non-organic grain, but that's just me.) The stumps come as 1 oz pieces and I can attest to the consistency in weight. They had changed from their own production to another vendor for awhile to try and save on costs but stopped when they couldn't depend on the vendor. I've even weighed the product and they are spot on. Great integrity. Their dried beef hearts, liver, etc. are great snacks for my dog. They are very nice, it's a family run business, and while it's pricey (because it's raw foods) I don't need to spend money on allergy meds/injections for my dog. I do mix it with dehydrated food and organic non-grain kibble to keep costs down somewhat. All worth it! I highly recommend the food at this place for your dog! The lady here was super helpful and sweet! I came in looking for meal toppers for our cat (a friend recommended I come here to buy chicken hearts). The woman who works there is very knowledgeable and gave me the run down of all their products and how much food my cat would likely need. This is my first pet so I have very little experience in animal nutrition. All of the food looks very fresh and high quality. Our cat is still a kitten so I'll probably be back for their sliced 1oz raw venison when she's an adult! For now I just grabbed the beef liver (cut into very satisfying little cubes) and the chicken hearts. Highly recommend! We walked up to door and they only allow people with mask on... in big 2025 so we walked back to car. The guy continued to yell at us, now asking if we have a problem. We told him no we are just leaving because we don't have mask on us. Then uncle (owner) threatened to fight my dad who is 65. But I feel compelled to inform people of some poor things as well as good things. 1) because the food is "RAW", I had concerns of Salmonella, E-Coli, etc. After all, my dog, like most of you, is regarded as part of the "family". So I emailed them with my concerns, NO RESPONSE!!! 2) I went down and asked questions to my heart's content, and felt "somewhat satisfied". If you feed your pet raw, then Aloha Raw Pet Food is a Godsend. All their food is frozen, neatly packaged, and labeled. They also have a selection of dry treats on the wall when you walk in. Our dogs love the beef heart and liver treats. As for packaged raw food, we normally get the green tripe, venison logs, beef logs, and duck feet. I think the prices are comparable to other raw pet food stores, so if you're in town, then this location is perfect. They do have a few parking stalls, so that's a plus, too. I recently changed my pup's diet to raw. I was ordering her food from a local company that delivered and though that was ok, I was always looking around for different things. Today I decided to stop by and pick up some tripe treats. I came by and rang the bell and was let in (I had my mask on) and the woman that helped me was wonderful! I feed my dog a combination of the chicken logs and beef pucks. Every time I go, there are a lot of stalls open. The private lot has about four to five stalls, but there's usually only one other visitor. The entrance is on Beretania Street on the right side in a yellow building. The store is small where only one family and pet can be there at a time. I'm not sure if it's always been this way or if they changed it due to COVID.
