It had been named one of Yelp's top food trucks in the nation, so I had to give it a try--and it did not disappoint. Located right on the side of the highway in Kapa'a, Kauai, Tony's Catch sits in a group of about six other food trucks. From the outside it looks pretty simple--just a white truck with a menu--but don't let that fool you. I ordered the mahi-mahi fish tacos, which came with red rice and beans, and I have to say they were some of the best fish tacos I've had in my life. My wife ordered the fish and chips (also mahi mahi), and it was delicious too. I've eaten at plenty of food trucks over the years, and this one takes the top spot.
